It was wonderful to see them so engaged, active, and having so much fun. One of the things I appreciated most was the enclosed Kids Zone. As a teacher, it gave me peace of mind knowing the children could play safely while still enjoying plenty of freedom to explore. There was also a nice covered area for parents and chaperones to relax, as well as a great space for eating and gathering as a group. This was our second year visiting, and it was just as fantastic as the first. The staff and facilities made our field trip easy and enjoyable from start to finish. My risk taker 8 year old had the best time and could have stayed for 4 hours. The 10 year old was done after about an hour. The kids cove rope playground is $10 a person and you could easily spend 2 hours there. It is hot! They provide water. TIP: if you want to do the 2 or 4 hour adventure or the ropes course, you need to take their 30 min training course on how to transfer the clips between cables, that happen on the hour and half hour. So you would need to arrive 30 mins before the 2 or 4 hours. Ie - we started the training course at 230 and then did the 2 hour from 3-5.

But we ended up in just a big shaded area. The employees were all mostly kind. Which can be tough with so many young adulting working a water park on a hot day. Only came across two employees that seem to be having a rough day. The food was not as bad as some reviewers I read said it was. The pizza was passable. The crust was good. The French fries were average. Not bad at all. The chicken tenders were more breaded flakes and less chicken. The pretzel was my girlfriend's favorite, but the kids really liked the ice cream shakes. The water park was fun. A lot of rides in such a small area, but it was well maintained and organized. The lines were not bad at all and it's all so much fun. The go-karts were a bit disappointing. I felt like more cars could have been out at once. Overall. It was not a bad time at all and I would come back for a bday party or to bring kids out for a fun day out.

We had 35 minutes of play in the space world and then moved over to 35 more minutes at the candy land. Then we moved on to the private party room for 50 minutes. The host would use a siren when it was time to move to the next room and to guide us over.  I'm thoroughly impressed with the way Wacky Tacky handles birthday parties. They clearly know what they're doing. The host took care of everything which took the stress away from me. She set up the room, put my favors and cupcakes out. She served pizza, cupcakes, and used gloves to serve! She even sanitized all the kids' hands before eating. I love how they take cleanliness and good hygiene very seriously. Plates, forks, napkins, cups, utensils, tablecloth, hand sanitizer, were all provided.  Food orders do have to be made in advance, but I was able to add juice boxes and soda while I was there. Pizza came delivered close to the time it was time to move into the party room and was kept in the heated bag, so the pizza was actually still hot when it was time to be served.  Wacky Tacky was highly recommended to me for birthday parties, and I can see why. Definitely recommend to host a birthday party here! It's very organized. They even played a personalized happy birthday song to my son which I thought added such a nice thoughtful touch.  My son loves going here for open play as well. We paid $500 for an all-inclusive birthday package, but from start to finish, the staff made it clear that they couldn't have cared less. The entire event was chaotic, uncoordinated, and stressful. There was no assigned party host, only a disengaged food server in the party room who offered little to no communication. I constantly had to track down staff to ask what was happening next and where we should be. When I arrived to set up, I was told I'd have 10-15 minutes to prepare the room. Instead, I had to repeatedly check in to see when it would be ready and was finally given just a few minutes to set everything up. During the party, the staff member assigned to our room showed no initiative or enthusiasm. He didn't communicate the schedule, didn't announce when food or activities were starting, and clearly had no idea who the birthday child was. He simply stood in the corner, quietly handing out pizza with no effort to coordinate or engage with the group. After pizza and cupcakes, we still had about 35 minutes left in our scheduled time. I was then told that too many guests had been allowed into Wacky Tacky, so the kids couldn't play afterward as promised. The children were disappointed and confused. I asked to speak with a manager, but no one ever came. I've since called multiple times to follow up, and not once has a manager called and spoken to me. Several of my guests mentioned they had attended other parties here before and had much better experiences, which only made this event more frustrating. Save your money and go elsewhere, Enchanted or literally any other venue would be a better choice. This was a disorganized, poorly managed experience, and we will not be returning

I love a good spin and flip ride, but when the flips and spins come one right after the other and don't seem to stop, that's when you lose me. I was surprised they didn't have more in between roller coasters, ones that weren't just for 7 year olds or the ultimate thrill seekers. I've been to Great America a ton and was expecting some more options like that. We came at Christmas time and were pleasantly surprised to see how great they decorated the place. It was so festive and fun to see. I loved the gingerbread village and the reindeer roundup. It was a cold rainy weekday when we were here, so the park was pretty empty and we didn't have to wait for anything. In fact, each time a ride ended they offered you to stay on and ride again without even having to move. We waited in line to buy tickets for just that day and luckily the guy at the window told us they were about half the cost if you got them online, which we were able to do on the spot on our phones. Kinda strange that the cost to buy in person is so much more than buying online, but we were very thankful that was shared with us.

I was not sure how to use the free bring a friend, so I used the "Contact Us" page. TWICE. I never got a reply or acknowledgement. We went and it worked out. The passes are scanned twice. I bought the all day dining passes and drink passes. Waste of money. Only able to eat once because when we were looking for a snack, all of the places that accept the plan were closed! It wasn't even 6pm. We went to the Funnel Cake place by the entrance. It is listed as on the dining plan. The employees said nothing there was. But the app says differently. $18 for a mediocre funnel cake was a complete rip off. Getting our cups refilled was another problem. Every place was closed! Why bother spending the money on that?? The rides were ok. DC Universe is rough. I like big roller coasters. But these were a bit rough. Maybe I am just old. Medusa and The Joker were my favorites. Ride operators seemed very unhappy or unfriendly. Parking lot... yep, very much unmarked. We had Preferred Parking. We found a space and we're told it was for employees only. We could park another row up. Ok. All handicapped. So we move yet another row up. The lanes were all coned off. How would we know it was staff parking if it is unmarked? Once you park, you walk. And walk. And walk. And walk a little more to get to the entrance. I guess there are shuttles. But we saw no info about where and how and when. Bottom line. Don't waste your time. We won't be coming back. California's Great America is a much better experience. Plus we don't have two bridge tolls to go there. We will use our pass there instead.

It's a great place for little ones to burn off energy, and the overall atmosphere felt lively and kid-focused. One thing we really appreciated was the included arcade games--it was a nice bonus and gave us a fun little break between jumping sessions. That said, some of the inflatables were a bit worn down and discolored, which made parts of the space look like they could use a refresh. It didn't stop the kids from having fun, but it was noticeable. I also felt the price was a little steep--about $40 for myself, my 3-year-old, and a pair of socks for 90 minutes of jumping. Overall, it was still a really enjoyable experience and my child had a blast, which is what matters most. If the inflatables were updated a bit and the pricing adjusted, it would easily be a 5-star experience.

I visited with friends and we had a great time!…read more We checked in on the digital kiosks and then selected balaclava colors before waiting for our turn. At first I was confused why the wait time was so long when the space seemed almost empty, but we learned quickly that the more runs you do the better deal you get, and racing can be pricey. We opted for two rounds since we were new to it and didn't know how long it would take if we did more. Our first race took some time to be called for (about an hour), but we had much less downtime before our second one. While you wait there is an arcade area and a bar. One thing we noticed is that the staff in areas other than the racetrack are much less engaging- I think they must be bored from the lack of people interacting with them or working on things in other places. The bar was frequently unmanned and we learned that they don't offer tap water, only bottled. We also learned that while some packages come with food, if you don't time it correctly you may have to leave the food at the tables to head down to your race. It might be best to wait until after racing to order any food. While we didn't get food during the visit, we found it odd that a bunch of sliders and other food were just sitting around in the bar area unattended, getting cold. There's gotta be a better system. The team on the racetrack was engaged and nice. They made sure everyone was set up, strapped in, and that the races were organized and safe. I was TERRIBLE, but did get better my second round. Our group ended up having a lot of fun. Some things to note- they do put groups together and fill the extra spots with other racers so your group will be together but you may have different people in each heat (depending on how many rounds they bought and when they arrived). Riding with other groups means you may get bumped into and have people of VERY different skill levels. We definitely had some regulars in our group. When someone spins out or needs help all the karts stop so it can really interrupt the race, but I guess that's part of the experience. Overall it's a lot of fun but there's some room for improvement in their non-racing areas.

Despite my…read morerace record, I was constantly told I was being slow and should move over for even kids behind me, even if my race record did not say so. Being told I was slow, being stalled to start last in a group of racers. Yes I flipped the "traffic police," but I fight back when I'm being stereotyped because they need to know SHAME! The manager was no help and kept saying they were just following rules, when I was clearly being singled out. Not even an apology. Don't take your girls here. This is where little girls sportswomen spirits get destroyed. FYI it's also my birthday today. I left the place in tears. But the manager seemed to think that was funny. He unconditionally supported his biased staff and made comments about me being slow without even knowing what happened, let alone offering to review what happened (I'm sure there are camera). I told the manager he didn't know how being stereotyped feels because he is a white male, and he proudly said "that is a stereotype." Boohoo, I guess that stereotype really hurts compared to what non-white-male people have to go through! What a great manager working in the customer service industry. He refuses any responsibility, offers no sympathy to people's experience of being discriminated and whines about his own being stereotyped experience to a minority woman. (I hope he feels proud of doing that for the rest of his life.) This is just the dose of discrimination boost I needed on my birthday. Anyways, this is the birthday experience you will have here. What can I say, women are told to "move over" for men even at K1 speed to go karting. Great job reinforcing that rotten value when women/girls just want to have fun! They deserve to wear my eternal flip like a scarlet letter on their forehead! SHAME ON YOU K1 SPEED!

Although the Sky Ride was closed, the kids still had fun jumping and flipping on the Apex trampoline and running through the Warrior course. It was very packed and busy. I felt that this visit wasn't as great at my last; place seemed like it needs a deep clean and better ventilation because of the smell of sweat and chaos. I ordered nachos at the cafe, the nacho cheese sauce they used this time wasn't good so I wouldn't recommend ordering these again. Way too oily and slightly bitter. We will skip the food at the cafe and just get refreshments. Hopefully our next visit will be great like previous visits!

I am beyond disgusted with my experience at Urban Air Adventure Park Sacramento…read more My 7 year old son went there to have fun, and instead left scared for his safety. A group of teenage boys approached him, called him "little N" multiple times, and tried to lure him by saying they had candy and telling him to come to them. Let that sink in. A child was racially harassed and made to feel like he was about to be kidnapped inside a place that is supposed to be safe for kids. He ran and told his godmother, who immediately reported it to management. And what did they do? Nothing meaningful. The teens were not removed. They were allowed to stay and continue occupying the same space as the children they just targeted. That is unacceptable. This is bigger than "kids being kids." This is racism and dangerous behavior being ignored. When a business allows that kind of environment to continue, they are part of the problem. My son is biracial but does not appear to be, and he was targeted without hesitation. No child should have to experience that kind of fear just to play. Urban Air failed to protect him. They failed to act. And they failed to create a safe environment. If you are a parent, especially a parent of Black children, you need to seriously consider whether this is a place where your child will actually be safe. Do better.

We've been to extravagant light shows, like Luminaria Lights at the Botanical Gardens in Southern Cali, so that was our comparison and we honestly weren't expecting much with Imaginarium. However, we went on a Thursday evening in early December to avoid the crowds and I, for one, absolutely appreciated not having any lines or difficulty going in and out of the parking lot. Hardly anyone was there on a Thursday evening on the first week of December but I can imagine it would've been annoyingly packed if we went during rush season closer to Christmas or weekends. Pretty hilarious how we initially thought the front entrance exhibits and cute little photoshoot setups were it, until we walked past some food vendors to be shocked and awed at the enormous amount of creative setups they had in the main staging area. There was even a little circus act for some entertainment! Enjoy your time with family, walk around to your leisure, and they even had lots of neat room setups to experience. The kids enjoyed the art exhibit the most where they could color in beautifully drawn artistry with chalk! Santa was available for photos towards the exit.m at no charge. Nice!
