It was wonderful to see them so engaged, active, and having so much fun. One of the things I appreciated most was the enclosed Kids Zone. As a teacher, it gave me peace of mind knowing the children could play safely while still enjoying plenty of freedom to explore. There was also a nice covered area for parents and chaperones to relax, as well as a great space for eating and gathering as a group. This was our second year visiting, and it was just as fantastic as the first. The staff and facilities made our field trip easy and enjoyable from start to finish. We will definitely be back again next year! Highly recommend for school groups and families alike!

We had our daughter's 7th birthday party here yesterday on June 27th and it was a great experience…read morefor everyone! Parking was easy to find and checking in was quick! Right away they had a cart with my daughter's name so that guests could place the gifts and their shoes. The host also took our cupcakes, goody bags, and party decorations so that they could set up in the party room. Our birthday package included 70 minutes in the Space World and Candy Land Playground which all the kids loved! Afterwards the host called my daughter's name through a megaphone and asked all guests to head over to the party room. Party room was 50 minutes. Our party package included 1 X-Large Cheese and 1 X-Large Pepperoni pizza with 15 juice pouches. We ordered one additional pepperoni pizza and a 2 Liter Dr.Pepper for a reasonable price! They use Pizza Guys as their pizza vendor, which we've tried before and love! Party room was so organized with everything we've brought and the host made sure to hand sanitize everyone's hands. He served the pizza with gloves and the service from him was fantastic! Afterwards he served our cupcakes and goody bags! My daughter opened up all her gifts and towards the end of the party we still had about 10 minutes left so the kids were able to play a bit more. Host also puts all of your left over decorations, food, drinks, gifts into the cart so that you can take it outside to load back into the car. Highly recommend having a birthday party here! Host does everything so that parents have time to speak to everyone, host was very organized and helpful, kids had a blast playing, and host cleans up everything afterwards! My daughter loved her birthday party at Wacky Tacky and said it was the best birthday party! Thank You Wacky Tacky, we will be back! :)

We paid $500 for an all-inclusive birthday package, but from start to finish, the staff made it clear that they couldn't have cared less. The entire event was chaotic, uncoordinated, and stressful. There was no assigned party host, only a disengaged food server in the party room who offered little to no communication. I constantly had to track down staff to ask what was happening next and where we should be. When I arrived to set up, I was told I'd have 10-15 minutes to prepare the room. Instead, I had to repeatedly check in to see when it would be ready and was finally given just a few minutes to set everything up. During the party, the staff member assigned to our room showed no initiative or enthusiasm. He didn't communicate the schedule, didn't announce when food or activities were starting, and clearly had no idea who the birthday child was. He simply stood in the corner, quietly handing out pizza with no effort to coordinate or engage with the group. After pizza and cupcakes, we still had about 35 minutes left in our scheduled time. I was then told that too many guests had been allowed into Wacky Tacky, so the kids couldn't play afterward as promised. The children were disappointed and confused. I asked to speak with a manager, but no one ever came. I've since called multiple times to follow up, and not once has a manager called and spoken to me. Several of my guests mentioned they had attended other parties here before and had much better experiences, which only made this event more frustrating. Save your money and go elsewhere, Enchanted or literally any other venue would be a better choice. This was a disorganized, poorly managed experience, and we will not be returning

However we went to the go karts and at the end of the ride another park member David was demanding things from a child who was hard of hearing and making snarky remarks and not being patient or professional. This is an environment with lots of families and children and all employees should make them feel welcome, safe and comfortable. My kids enjoyed the rides, and they also liked doing mini golf. The place wasn't too crowded. There wasn't too many attendants so we had to wait for one staff member to control about 3 rides at a time. I can imagine that is tiring for some of the kids working there. The arcade itself was fun, but when my kids wanted snacks, everything we wanted was unavailable (slushie, dip and dots, and hot dog). Not to mention, the soda was flat! The staff helping us was so nice we didn't sweat it. Really... we didn't need to spend money anyways lol. We brought water. What got me was that the park was split into two areas divided by a small parking lot. If it's your first time, start with the area with the mini golf . That's where you purchase points or wristbands for the days activities. All in all kids had an outlet for their endless energy. A time was had.

Got a fantastic parking spot close to the entrance. Opted to walk ~10 minutes to the entrance instead of taking the trolley/bus. My husband and I have the gold pass and are all about trying to maximize our value. The gold pass alone has been great for saving on parking costs after multiple visits. We were also able to buy Bring-A-Friend discounted tickets at Discovery Kingdom even though our home park is California's Great America. In comparison to California's Great America, I found the employees here much more pleasant and efficient in loading rides and doing safety checks. Waits for rides (included kiddie rides) didn't feel as long and it made a huge difference in our experience! My husband got the Fast Lane Ultimate and had a great experience squeezing in about 15 rides with no long waits. Mainly just needed to wait his turn as a car finished up. As for food, if you plan to stay a while and eat there, highly recommend the all day dining plan. The premium all day dining plan includes free refills (ICEEs included) and we totally got our money's worth within two meals! We shared food from two dining plans for five adults and a young toddler and were pretty full by the end of the day. There were plenty of tables with umbrellas for shade, so didn't have trouble finding a spot on a Thursday, but can see it being a problem when it's more crowded. Restrooms were very clean and plentiful. My husband and I accidentally forgot our diaper bag and thankfully, the shops had emergency diapers kits. Overall, very pleasant experience going on a non-peak day!

I visited with friends and we had a great time!…read more We checked in on the digital kiosks and then selected balaclava colors before waiting for our turn. At first I was confused why the wait time was so long when the space seemed almost empty, but we learned quickly that the more runs you do the better deal you get, and racing can be pricey. We opted for two rounds since we were new to it and didn't know how long it would take if we did more. Our first race took some time to be called for (about an hour), but we had much less downtime before our second one. While you wait there is an arcade area and a bar. One thing we noticed is that the staff in areas other than the racetrack are much less engaging- I think they must be bored from the lack of people interacting with them or working on things in other places. The bar was frequently unmanned and we learned that they don't offer tap water, only bottled. We also learned that while some packages come with food, if you don't time it correctly you may have to leave the food at the tables to head down to your race. It might be best to wait until after racing to order any food. While we didn't get food during the visit, we found it odd that a bunch of sliders and other food were just sitting around in the bar area unattended, getting cold. There's gotta be a better system. The team on the racetrack was engaged and nice. They made sure everyone was set up, strapped in, and that the races were organized and safe. I was TERRIBLE, but did get better my second round. Our group ended up having a lot of fun. Some things to note- they do put groups together and fill the extra spots with other racers so your group will be together but you may have different people in each heat (depending on how many rounds they bought and when they arrived). Riding with other groups means you may get bumped into and have people of VERY different skill levels. We definitely had some regulars in our group. When someone spins out or needs help all the karts stop so it can really interrupt the race, but I guess that's part of the experience. Overall it's a lot of fun but there's some room for improvement in their non-racing areas.

I experienced the epitome of gender plus race discrimination in sports/driving today. Despite my…read morerace record, I was constantly told I was being slow and should move over for even kids behind me, even if my race record did not say so. Being told I was slow, being stalled to start last in a group of racers. Yes I flipped the "traffic police," but I fight back when I'm being stereotyped because they need to know SHAME! The manager was no help and kept saying they were just following rules, when I was clearly being singled out. Not even an apology. Don't take your girls here. This is where little girls sportswomen spirits get destroyed. FYI it's also my birthday today. I left the place in tears. But the manager seemed to think that was funny. He unconditionally supported his biased staff and made comments about me being slow without even knowing what happened, let alone offering to review what happened (I'm sure there are camera). I told the manager he didn't know how being stereotyped feels because he is a white male, and he proudly said "that is a stereotype." Boohoo, I guess that stereotype really hurts compared to what non-white-male people have to go through! What a great manager working in the customer service industry. He refuses any responsibility, offers no sympathy to people's experience of being discriminated and whines about his own being stereotyped experience to a minority woman. (I hope he feels proud of doing that for the rest of his life.) This is just the dose of discrimination boost I needed on my birthday. Anyways, this is the birthday experience you will have here. What can I say, women are told to "move over" for men even at K1 speed to go karting. Great job reinforcing that rotten value when women/girls just want to have fun! They deserve to wear my eternal flip like a scarlet letter on their forehead! SHAME ON YOU K1 SPEED!

When we arrived, I was told my toddler could jump while I watched from the sidelines. However, after seeing how chaotic the facility was, there was no way I felt comfortable doing that. Children were running around unsupervised, teenagers were climbing up the slides the wrong way, kids weren't taking turns, and I didn't see staff monitoring any slides. To keep my 23-month-old safe, I ended up paying the additional 50% fee so I could accompany him on the trampoline. Instead of being able to relax and enjoy the party, I spent the entire time chasing and playing alongside my toddler to make sure he didn't get hurt. It was exhausting--I left drenched in sweat, and I'm 38 years old, a runner, and in good shape. Unfortunately, the experience got worse when we left the party area. Someone stole my Altra running shoes along with the zippered party favor bags we had received. My 5-year-old was heartbroken. On top of that, many of the arcade games were out of order, two major attractions were closed. I think this location would benefit greatly from having a dedicated toddler area where younger children can play safely away from older kids. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this Urban Air.
