The good: I came during their last weekend so prices were 60% off (so they were $9 per ticket). My daughter was free because she's under 2. It's also free for 65+ year olds. The music was bumping and the bounce houses are huge and so much fun. I felt like the adults were having just as much fun running around and revisiting their childhood. They had a snow cone station where you could add your own syrups. It was $7. They have socks if you forgot to bring yours. They also have a shoe holding station. There's open shaded seating outside the bounce houses where you can store your stuff. My daughter loved it here though she was initially scared and apprehensive. The bad: I came at 11am but it was already getting pretty warm. Though there were shady and breezy areas of the bounce house there were also really hot areas where it was tough to stand on because the floor was too hot. The toddler bounce house was right by a really loud speaker. My daughter covered her ears because she wasn't used to the loud music. The interesting: I'm unsure if they have lockers for purses but I just wore my crossbody bag with me in the bounce house. read more

Great fun for our 4 year old and some friends. The first 30 minutes flew by so fast, but by the end of the 80 minutes (they end 10 minutes early before the next wave enters) we were spent. Staff was very friendly and helpful, although if you don't actively need them, the ones in the bounce area are usually chilling on their phones in shady corners. I don't blame them. Other guests were pretty courteous. I don't have much to add beyond what others have said, but I do have some tips: Go early! We got tix for the first wave, 9am. By 10 it was getting warm and by 10:30 everyone was sweating like crazy. See my pic. If you want shade in the "sitting area", you need to grab one of the tables close to the bounce area. Of course, this only works in the morning before the sun gets too high. Also it means sitting close to the loudspeaker, so there's a tradeoff. You will have to leave your shoes and stuff unattended if your entire party goes inside. Expect mildly bruised knees by the time you get home. Bring your own bottled water. Chaos, fun, sweat, bouncing, music, with a 2 hour time limit. Our 2 1/2 year old daughter loved it! We saw the videos and photos on social media and knew we had to go. Fun Box is said to be the worlds largest inflatable bounce park, it didn't disappoint. It sits on a corner of the parking lot at the Westfield Promenade shopping mall in Woodland Hills and has plenty of free parking. They had timed entry, when you order your tickets online, with a two hours of bounce time. No shoes allowed, only socks. They have an area by the entrance where you put your shoes. Also, if you get there early you can score a table you can leave you shoes and personal belongings there. This self contained walled bounce playground is fun and safe, but the most dangerous part is older kids and some adults running, not paying attention to small children. As the day gets later, it does get really crowded with bigger kids and adults. Come early, if you want to avoid crowds. 2 hours is a great time for smaller kids. This bounce park includes a obstacle course, 23 ft. slide, Ice Climbers, Basketball, Ring Toss, Impossible Ladder, Wipeout inspired games, a giant maze, a live DJ in a giant octopus, games and climbing walls. Some of the larger slides and climbing walls were too advanced for small children. At one time they had a toddler area, but they discontinued it. If your hungry they have food trucks and shaved ice, also you can purchase sport drinks and water at the entrance. We did have a minor complaint, some areas seemed dirty, we found random things in the bounce house, like hair clips and small objects. They do clean 15 mins before your time expires, but we didn't we too many employees cleaning when we left. They did advertise masks were required and had signs. However, there was zero enforcement with no proof of vaccination required. It's is outside And the design allows guests to run, jump and play with minimal contact. read more

Me and a few friends took our kids between the ages of 3 and 6 years old. We went on a Friday afternoon at 3:00 to try to avoid heavy crowds and it was pretty chill. I heard a few horror stories of kids getting bloody noses and hurt. But thankfully all 6 or our kids had a good safe time. It is exactly what you would imagine a GIANT jumper to be. But they had so many different areas so there's something for everyone. The staff was chill, but there's very little supervision in there. If you have more than one kid going in opposite directions, you may want to bring back up or remind them to check in with you occasionally because there is no way to keep track of a kid who's not in your direct area. There are walls everywhere. You must wear socks, no shoes. I stepped on a few pine needles which really hurt! But there's no real way to avoid those since it's outdoors. It didn't feel clean in there at all. But what can you expect. They close down for cleaning 10-15 minutes before your 2 hr period is up. But I don't know what they're cleaning in that short amount of time. Our hands and socks were super dirty when we left. All in all my kids had a ton of fun. They were pooped at the end and said their legs were hurting. Mine too kids, mine too. They are having a sale for the final days, 50% off with code Final. So take advantage of that. I went to Funbox in LR, Arkansas and it was such a horrible experience. Throughout the whole place there was a major water leak that wasn't even attempted to be fixed and not to mention how unfun the place over all. The concessions stands, in my option was a bit pricey for what you're actually getting. I got over charged for a bottle of water which was 3 bucks, but got charged 5. I don't recommend since it isn't worth the time and money you'd be wasting. read more

This was a jumpers dream. I was amazed that it never felt crowded even though it was sold out! My 8 year old and 5 year old both had a blast. My 5 year old wanted to do the obstacle course again and again and finally got brave enough to do the big slide and loved that too. She also drilled the ninja warrior balls you could bounce from ball to ball on. My son loved everything, but I was amazed he was able to do this high grab that got you to a high slide as well. I was fortunate enough to meet the owner and was so impressed that this brightly colored fun land was his brainchild. The music was always great and 2 hours seemed like plenty of time to get your jumping fix. My kids would go everyday if I could afford it. I was glad I brought extra water. During mid day it was a bit hot, and my son drank 3 water bottles worth. I kept loosing our 5 year old because he was so curious but that's another story for another day. All in all the 2, 3, & 5 year old has so much fun exploring. Bought tickets the morning of 11/25 for entry at 10:30 am. When we arrived, the place was deflated, dirty, and abandoned. Several other families were waiting outside but no staff was there. Apparently they are closed today which is fine but we should not have been able to buy tickets if the park was closed. When I call the phone number, I am directed to press a certain number to leave a message for management but when I press it, I'm told it's an invalid selection. I can't find a recourse for a refund. You get 1.5 hours to jump (90min) but they kick everyone out 15min sooner to empty it out before the next group (which makes sense cause it did take about 15min foe everyone to actually leave). they have over a dozen takes with chairs or benches where parents can chill while they play. Place is huge so parents can play too! Definitely recommend, not very expensive. Located in the same plaza as the AMC theater with plenty of parking. read more

Second time and last time. It's a terrible, disgusting place. The staff doesn't enforce the rules. The older kids (7-9) rough houses too much for the little ones (toddlers 2-5) to play safely. Kids empire is cleaner, better staffed, and more value for your money. During the last visit there was a kid at about eight years old, whose parents were nowhere in sight and who kept pushing down the little kids including my toddler. I've scolded the boy who obviously didn't care and informed the staff. The group of staff were aware of the situation and even said "I know which kid you're talking about", But they did not do anything about it and proceeded to stand around talking to each other. Our visit was the weekend of Christmas and the place was dirty and wet. The Artificial grass that lay in front of the funbox entrance was soaked so your socks got wet before entering the bounce house. there were many wet areas/puddles because most of the funbox seem was leaking water. They were areas with tons of leaf debris and mud, some of which I was afraid my kids would fall into. I didn't recommend this place to my friends and I don't recommend it for younger kids. read more

Pros: the bounce (house?) Itself was huge and had multiple areas giving kids a variety of activity. Cons: you shouldn't have to pay almost $30 just to sit outside of the bounce house and wait at a table. They could have a staff member monitor the entrance to the bounce arena to make sure only those with a wrist band enter. Staff sucks. They let us in late. They were so busy directing people to the line and answering the same question about whether the line there was to get in was for people who purchased tickets in advance that they should've just had the info on signage. That way the staff could've focused on getting everyone in on time. With ZERO advanced notice they ended the session 20 mins. early for "COVID cleaning", which I'm not exactly sure entails. When I complained to a staff member that I was under the impression it was a two hour session, they just apologized for the confusion. All they have to do is post something on the website explaining this. I'd still have gone. I wouldn't go back. Money is better spent elsewhere. read more

We came to this location this past weekend and the kids truly loved it. We were there for a triple birthday party and the staff was welcoming and helpful. By the end of the day I had to give who I assume was the manager ( young woman can't remember her name) a big thank you and let her know how much we appreciated the customer service because they really went above and beyond for us. As for the jump house I thought it was a great activity, it was massive! I am getting to this review late but better late than never! I took my toddler on opening weekend during toddler time and we had a BLAST!! It was nice that only toddlers could be in the jump houses during the hours we went so she didn't get jumped on by older kids. I had a blast jumping with her, climbing up and going down the slides and playing in all the different areas. There were tables with benches to leave your shoes and items, to take a break and drink water and to just rest for a second. I took my 20 month old to toddler time at the Funbox Pop in Woodland Hills and he had an amazing time!! They have a large parking lot so there should be zero issues finding parking. We went opening weekend and they were still working out a couple of kinks, but overall it was amazing. They have a mini bounce section for small kids and a lot of other areas as well. My son loved the basketball area and going down the slides. It is very easy to socially distance with the large amount of space and everything is spread out really well. We went with a some of our neighbors kids who are all between the ages of 3-5. Our kids really had a blast and were so impressed with the huge bounce houses with lots to explore. My only feedback as a concerned parent would be to have more staff working inside the bounce house to monitor the kids coming down the big slides so they aren't all piling on top of each other. Also there were some bigger kids who were a bit rowdy, so if there was staff around to tell them to be careful of the little kids. Took my twins on their birthday yesterday to Woodland Hills Funbox and we had a lot of fun. I'd say it was pretty organized. Parking wasn't difficult as people were leaving as the next time slot of people were coming in. The line moved quickly. And then cleared out quickly for the next set. There were plenty of tables and chairs or space to leave shoes and not worry about anyone taking anything. It was pretty crowded inside the jump area as well as the outside area. There is one way into the bounce area & plenty of staff overseeing the different sections, all of who were very helpful and keeping things moving and flowing. Kids love to run off and do their thing so it's hard to always find them but overall I felt it was safe and didn't have to worry too much about where my 7 year olds were. Also, people weren't jumping on top of one another considering how crowded it was and I didn't see anyone getting hurt. The only "rough" area was the circular battle area but if you're worried about your kid getting knocked around a bit, keep them out. This place is so much fun, if you have kiddos, this is the perfect place for some outdoor bounce fun! It was very organized, easy to get in, and HUGE! There are multiple sections to the bounce house like a basketball/ring toss area, mazes, slides, obstacle courses, and just places to bounce around. Really enjoyed the music that brought a fun vibe to the event as well. It's two hours, which was perfect for my 4-year-old and they have a bunch of tables and chairs where you can post up and order food from the trucks they have on the grounds. No explanation was given, we were only told that we would be given an extra pair of free tickets for the inconvenience. We came back at 12 with the same crowd of 10:30 people, we were let in unaware and uninformed of the conditions. Everything was wet, dirty, cold, and moldy. You couldn't get on any of the bouncers without getting completely soaked in 56 degree weather. If the bouncer being wet was the case why would we be told to come back at 12 they should've closed down and not let people in. Terrible service, as the workers were finding joy and laughter in watching poor parents get on a freezing disgusting bouncer that will probably get them and their children sick.
