First time taking my kids to this park in temecula. Staff is young and disrespectful. We paid for time slot 3:00-4:30. at 4:20 I told my kids to go and jump one last time before we had to leave not knowing they had already closed the park. My son runs into the park and rudely gets yelled at to "Get Out" by a kid named anthony that works for FunBox. I confronted the employee and he proudly told me that's how the treats customers laughed and hi-fived his fellow employee standing next to him. After paying over $100 so my kids could enjoy the park that incident left a terrible taste in my mouth and we will not be returning. The owner didn't seem to worried about his staff treating employees that way! read more

Very fun also as an adult. The place is pretty big, durable and check-in was super fast. The walls are super high so there was lots of shade from the sun. I don't think it was worth the full price. We only decided to go because there was a discounts. The kids looked like they were having a blast. It wasn't too crowded. Well recommended to those who have children. Overall it's a good time but for safety reasons I wouldn't recommend it for kids younger then 5. For the most part it looks like all the social media ads just NOT as CLEAN!! It was extremely windy a few days before I went so leaves, pine needles & dirt got all over the place so it was uncomfortable bouncing around in socks without anyway to avoid the debris. Obviously the staff/organizers can't have control the weather, but they could TRY to clean some of that up since they let you in late & they kick you out 15-20mins early so that the staff can "clean & prep for the following group" (despite them charging by the hour) It also sucked that on a busy Saturday a few places weren't inflated or set up properly. read more

It's really fun. Great options for all the family. The people who work at FUNBOX are nice. They generally keep people safe and well-off. The only thing I can warn is that among families there may be rude children (You know, the big kid vs younger kids situation) or parents who behave selfishly: they take a table with a chair leaving their belongings without leaving any chance for other users to use chairs and tables to take a break. Many people do not understand that this space of tables and chairs is for a break, it is not to claim it as theirs for all the time that they are there (even if they are not using it). Putting that away, don't forget your sunscreen, keep your kids hydrated and have fun. read more

The combination of the loud music and endorphins from jumping with each step and the choice of ice cream and the burger truck makes it the perfect combo for great family time. We've tried the Slushy this time and it was served very generously for a cup of $8. We'll definitely try the burger thick next time- cause it smelled so good. So I buy my tickets online and show up for my 1pm appointment I approach the line and was told I needed to come back at 12:45 mind you the young lady (African American) she didn't give me her name, was very rude and when I came back to the line we're there was several people waiting I ask her the 2 lines are for the same entrance or like it says tickets on one side it's for that purpose ? Funbox does not disappoint! My husband and I brought our 7 and 3 year old boys, and they had an epic experience. It was much bigger than I expected. A magical bouncy house wonderland. It's really fun and colorful. There's a wide variety of play areas. Something for kids of all ages. If you accompany your kids, be prepared to sweat. Running around inside is a workout. We all had a blast. All of people that work there are very nice and love kids. I wish it was permanently in Woodland Hills. My boys can't wait to go again. read more

SO MUCH FUN!!! A couple of weeks ago my husband took my almost 5 year old and they had a blast. My little one wouldn't stop talking about it, so we decided to surprise him and take him again, this time, I went too! It was a BLAST for all of us. Of course, I'm sore today (LOL), but it was worth every penny and every ache! I would say it is great for any age once they are fully walking since the bounce aspect makes wobbly legs even more wobbly (and even adults fall down a lot). Parents of littles under 5 probably need to be willing to get in there and be involved too. Older kids can roam free if you feel comfortable letting them loose. Its a large area, but fully fenced. My almost 5 year old had a great time but was tired about 90 mins in after going ALL OUT! So the 2 hour timing was perfect for us. read more

2 stars for our visit today. I will say, this place has gone way downhill since we came here last (around 2 years ago). We had the first tickets of the day. You'd think the place would be clean since we were the first people in, it was disgusting! Dirty napkins, old bandaids, food wrappers, I even had to divert my 5 year old from stepping on a half-eaten lollipop. Second, the bounce houses were wet! This is before the rain, so no excuse. Our socks were drenched. Third, WAY too many people. They should not let this many in. It's a total hazard. My 5 year old was getting trampled left and right, and cried. We left early due to this. Completely dangerous & reckless. Lastly, why no food other than a $7 crushed ice? Last time we came, there was a burger truck. This seems like a no-brainer. Glad we came on a half-price day, because we did not enjoy it. Both my kids asked to leave after 30 min. Such a shame because we had so much fun the first time. read more

Took my 3.5 and 2 year olds to the Toddler Takeover this past weekend. They ended up having a pretty good time but it was certainly sensory overload for them at first. The place is huge with lots of things to do. But for us, it was a little too crowded and there was no mask policy being enforced. In the future, especially for the Toddler hours, maybe you have timed entry reservations (and make the toddler window longer than only two hours). That might avoid the long lines you have to stand in to get on a slide or go through an obstacle. I also was anticipating it being only toddlers and definitely saw a number of older kids running around being rough, which is exactly what you're trying to avoid with small kids. Overall I think its a good event, but I may wait to bring my kids back to something like this till they're older and can enjoy it more. read more

The reason I give this event a one star is because I was very dissatisfied with service I bought a ticket for my 2.5 year old. The moment she got in she got really scared and immediately wanted to leave. I'm sure not all events is satisfactory to kids and what might seem fun and exciting it is more like panic and fear to kids. I never experienced this event with her and as far as I knew she loves to jump and play around with other kids. My complaint is about the event organizer and management team. The first 10 minute when She had an issue I reached out to their staff and asked kindly for refund. I'm unemployed and I had to borrow money to take her to this event and it was a hard pill to swallow when she didn't like it. Staff told me she can get a voucher for different night . I told them voucher won't help because she doesn't like the event. They gave me Pam the managers email and told me to email her and see what she says about refund. I emailed her and she didn't event acknowledge my email or respond to it. It's disappointing place this big and organized doesn't have management assistant or service if something goes wrong read more

Ultimately we had a great time. Staff was super nice and other families were cool. My biggest complaint was how dusty and dirty it was. We went right at opening for the toddler hour and they had a guy with a blower blow maybe 5 mins before we got inside. It was completely inadequate and there was dirt and leaves everywhere. It is outside but considering we were the first of the day it should have been cleaner. They coulda done a much better job with an industrial vacuum over a blower. read more

I took four 12 year old boys here to play and we absolutely LOVED it! Super fun, great music, fun staff and lots of space to spread out! The staff was very helpful and even offered a return pass when our group had to leave 45min due to a family matter. Super excited to go back for our full 2 hours! videos looked great, photos looked great.. showed up.. it looks great! workers were super nice and helpful, for the most part parents were great except there is always that one parent.. who for some reason. has no idea that YES, this group of people waiting at the cool slide are in line, and although your son is so cute, he still needs to wait in line and not cut in because "he wants to go now". It's huge, it's open, and everyone was patient. Would definitely go again even though I braved 2 hours of traffic to get there..
