I wanted a natural plump and described how I wanted my lips to turn out and Mari was able to create a shape that fit my face and wasn't too drastic. The process was pretty painless (I have a low pain tolerance) and the entire staff was welcoming and warm throughout my visit. The office itself is really cute and nicely decorated.
