He tells you exactly what's wrong, what needs fixing, what…read morecan wait and what needs to be fixed asap and he was just blatantly honest with me with what was going on with my car and it was one of the best BMW experiences I've ever had. I've owned bmw's for many years and wish I had David as my mechanic the whole time. I dropped my car off on Sunday night at the shop after going over some things about my BMW a few days prior with David. I had never met David before, but I've heard good things so I winged it and dropped it off. He called me back on Monday and went over everything with me and he was very thorough and he explained everything so I could understand it. I picked my car up on Tuesday with full knowledge about my car, everything he fixed and what to watch out for in the future per David's suggestions. The pricing was more than fair, but more importantly, where can you go these days and get an honest job done? I will not be bringing my BMW anywhere else. I would highly suggest Foreign Motorcars. You get the straight scoop from David and his work is fantastic.

My total came to $5875.00 take out a loan to pay half of work, when picked up on the 24th on the way home, I to beat my horn. I had no horn then when I on the steering wheel I try to pass the OK button to clear I like that came on, but it wouldn't then my airbag laminated along with check engine, which I was told all were cleared due to the rack and pinion why I was having all the problems, Chris told him what was going on and he told me to bring the car and they'll have a look at it. He calls me back to make a long story shot and said I have some bad news he said hold on I'll let the you. And the manager tried to tell me that the problem that I was having was due to. my other mechanic. I stated to him the manager that I a diagnostic of the exact time that my clock spring broke, he had stayed at you in Rental that I'm paying for and it would cost me over 1000 if we drag this out I asked him what was he going to do saying that he didn't want me to see that diagnostic he told me that he would fix it so today is the 30th of this month. I got a text stayed in my car was ready. I go on my phone since I keep all the receipts contracts that was sent to me as well as the first one and they things that I did ask them to do with a bill 1000 and dollars I called corporate before I even looked at this and reported them to corporate and a case number I will be calling tomorrow to speak with the corporate manager. I've had enough. I wish I reviews before I ever took my car there. I'm not get away with that.

    ​ FRAUDULENT SERVICE & PROPERTY DAMAGE! ATTN: GENERAL MANAGER…read more ​I am writing this review as an extremely furious customer. I bought my brand new 2026 Chevrolet Tahoe LT directly from this Quirk Chevrolet dealership. Since purchasing it last October, this entire ownership experience has been a complete nightmare. ​For 7 to 8 MONTHS now, I have had to constantly schedule appointments and bring this vehicle back several times to fix the exact same factory defect: the severe rattling and squeaking noise in the second-row seat directly behind the driver. Every single time I drop it off, they quickly turn it around--sometimes I drop it off in the morning and they tell me to pick it up that afternoon. But because they just rush through it, they completely fail to properly fix it. Every few weeks, it's the exact same story: it starts squeaking again, and I'm forced to return yet again for another failed attempt. ​What is absolutely unacceptable is that during these reckless visits, their technicians committed severe property damage to my interior. As shown in the attached photos, they severely scratched up the plastic trim panel along the door. What's even more outrageous is their pathetic attempt to "fix" it--instead of actually removing the scratches, they rubbed or sanded it down so badly that they completely ERASED the original factory texture/grain of the plastic! The scratches are still fully visible, but now the plastic texture is completely ruined and bald! ​They explicitly promised and agreed to completely replace this damaged plastic panel for me, but for some unknown reason, they never did and just went back on their word. ​I have already opened a formal corporate complaint with GM Corporate. Furthermore, because this dealership ruined the interior of the vehicle I JUST bought from them and continues to lie and waste my time with rushed, failed repairs, I am filing official complaints with the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation (OCABR) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). ​To the General Manager of Quirk: Do not reply with a generic template. I demand that the damaged door plastic panel be replaced with a brand new OEM part immediately, and the seat defect properly resolved. I am done with the broken promises. PHOTOS ATTACHED
