Upon arrival at 10:45am, I completed the forms as a new client, gave specific instructions on the cut I wanted for Aspen as well as provided a pic to the groomer. Upon pick up around 2:30pm, Aspen our 2 yr old Cavapoochon looked amazing and the cut was exactly what I requested. The checkout and payment process was seamless. I would definitely recommend. Areas for improvement: Remove the online inquiry form if staff are unable to respond within 24-48 hrs. Include pricing on website based on dog size and grooming pckg. Implement a text system vs phone call and or both to ensure client receives notification when their dog is ready for pick up so they aren't charged the $30 boarding fee if their dog is not picked up within 45min after grooming session has been completed.

The collie came home with a deep, infected puncture wound on his hind paw. The vet said it was at least a week old. The golden came home with dried blood and a ring of lacerations around his neck... maybe bad rope burn or some kind of strangulation injury. Also my dogs were starving when they came home, eating and eating. Each dog lost over 10 lbs, which is a lot for a 100lb dog. I don't know what goes on here behind the closed doors. The staff at the front seem nice... but something is very wrong. They did not tell us there was any problem or injury to both our dogs. This place should be shut down. Do not take your pets here. I am still paying the vet bills, over $600 to get the wounds healed that were caused/incurred here.

We will not be returning to the groomers here…read more This is the second time that we've had groomers up charge for unnecessary services - both times claiming the dog was matted though we brush her out daily and specifically use detangler and brushing before going to the groomers so we wouldn't be hit with the fee. Additionally, LaNia claimed that her nails were sharp and was "concerned" that our dog may jump on her. 1) her nails were not sharp, as I grind an buff her nails so that the dog doesn't scratch me while we're playing and 2) LaNia never clipped, grinded, or buffed our dog's nails during the grooming - EVEN THOUGH WE WERE CHARGED FOR THESE SERVICES. The dog was scalped in multiple places - please explain to me how that happens with a guard on the clippers. The dog wasn't bathed. LaNia also didn't shave out her paw pads. So I was charged $130 worth of services for $75 dollars worth of work done poorly. It is clear that this location is either hiring unqualified persons or failing to provide the necessary training and equipment (including PPE) for them to do their jobs.
