This was a perfect sushi place! Amazing quality of fish! I highly recommend the salmon nigiri, truffle jalapeño, and seaweed salad. The service is fast and the food comes out in a timely manner. 10/10 experience and the ambiance is quite perfect for a date night

What a fantastic restaurant. Gorgeous ambience, fantastic staff. And the food is out of this world. Order some sake, and have them do the bottle at the table. Wonderful little contraption that keeps sake cold, and allows you to serve yourself. The food was just outstanding. Nigiri was fresher than anything I've ever had. We did this as a pre-show dinner, and we're not disappointed. Cannot wait to return!

Spring 2026 - Chef's Menu

Aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. On the darker side for a romantic dinner. Feels like I'm in Kyoto. More contemporary style but I enjoyed it. Lots of tables/chairs. Great for solo dinners, couples, and groups. Perhaps, leave the kids at home. Came here on a solo dinner reservations during NYC restaurant week (January 2026); it was quite easy to make reservations online on Open Table app. Friendly host in the front and polite, friendly servers without being overbearing attentive. For a 3 course dinner, it was $60. Perfect for me to try out the restaurant. Yellowtail jalapeno - delicious and light with a hint of spice. Spice level varies depending on the jalepeno piece I got. I enjoyed every bite. Miso Cod - I love cod but this dish was too sweet for my liking. I never sent it back because that's on me and my tastebud. Nothing wrong with the chef. Presentation was lovely. I tried to eat as much as I could but I just couldn't anymore. Chilean Sea Bass - definitely highly recommend! Though, I wish they had used a different mushroom but overall, I enjoyed this dish a lot and would get it again. I devoured it. Cream bruelee - delicious and simple. I love how there's fresh fruits on top and just enough for my solo-self to enjoy. Since it's NYC, I feel the need to add this: there's a bathroom for dine-in customers. It's down the main front hallway. Never used it but it's cool to walk down what it seems like a Kyoto-shrine.

Surf & Turf + Toro - Toro Roll

I would eat here again solely for the cool decor snd night club aesthetic. It's such a cool set up. Stopped by for a quick dinner before a show and left pleasantly surprised by the high quality sushi. Tried the toro roll, surf and turf roll, and sex on the beach roll and the fatty tuna was out of this world. The sea on the beach roll was also great! The surf and turf left a lot to be desired unfortunately. Still, I'd come back to try other special rolls. I love how Fushimi doesn't feel like you're in Times Square. It's dimly lit, sexy and the playlist is really vibey.

Really cool atmosphere, the hallway leading to the bathroom is trippy. Service was quick and very attentive. The food was fine. Some interesting special rolls but the quality of the fish was just ok, some was kind of flavorless.

Super cool place where I attended an event they catered. The service was great and so were the bites and drinks. It's very pretty too. The restaurant was packed.

Sex on the Beach Roll and Sunset Blvd Roll

Had a good dinner at Fushimi before a Broadway show. Great food, vibe, and the service was good. I thought the food was reasonably priced for sushi in Times Square! Started our meal with the spicy tuna gyoza. I've never had anything similar and I thought it was delicious! For sushi, we got the sex on the beach and sunset blvd rolls. They were super good! Really enjoyed our meal here and would return for the food!

Quick dinner at Fushimi Times Square before a broadway show. We had a group of 3 and arrived at 4:45. There were plenty of seating options. I loved the cocktails they offered and the food was awesome. The spicy edamame is legit spicy, FYI. We tried 2 rolls and then some gyoza, and were content. Great service and friendly team.

Seafood Bisque

The food, ambiance, and service were an a++. The decor was ornate. I always order the seafood bisque and omg so rich, delicious and full of seafood. The fire and ice roll was not too spicy, fresh and perfect amount of sauces for the amount of filling. I felt welcome and the service was accommodating. Looking forward to retuning for the $40 early dinner(4-6PM), which is a great value! They give the Williamsburg location a run for their $.

Fushimi is a sexy little restaurant. My family and I recently visited New York, and I have to say this was my favorite dining experience during the whole trip. The restaurant is modern chic, and all I can remember is the sexy red entrance into the restaurant (they had me at entrance). We ordered their sushi/ sashimi platter and ribeye to share. Wow. Amazing. I have to say for a sushi restaurant, I enjoyed their steak just as much. Presentation was also on point, but that did not keep us from eating everything in site. Fushimi has made a lasting impression, and I will definitely return next time I am in NY. Highly recommend both these dishes to share. Also, the staff and waiter were amazing. Thank you, Fushimi!

Lobster Roll

Attended an event here in one of the private rooms. They're not really rooms but more like a giant space that has wall dividers. The walls aren't very insulated so if next door is speaking, it can be heard through the walls. The staff assigned to our room were very attentive in asking for drink orders and refilling my water and hot green tea. Once the food service started, everything came out at a good pace. There was enough time to eat each dish before they cleared it for the next one. Fushimi salad- the lettuce (romaine and baby) were very clean, fresh and crisp. Julienned carrots added a nice tanginess to the salad. The ginger dressing wasn't too heavy on the ginger. Braised short rib- came with fingerling potatoes, mushrooms, small green (maybe shishito because it wasn't spicy) pepper and galbi sauce. This short rib was so delicious it could stand on it's own as an entree. The meat was fall apart tender and the sauce it came with was the perfect compliment to the already flavorful short rib. I would get seconds of this dish. Lobster roll- small pieces of lobster meat on top of the roll and in the middle. A basic sushi roll. Lobster shrimp medallion- I had thought this would be something reminiscent of a crab cake but it really blew my expectations away. It was half a mini lobster on top of a bed of broccoli, sweet corn, sugar snap peas and Yukon potatoes topped with micro greens. The lobster was coated in a buttery sauce that really brought out the lobster flavor. There were also a few peeled shrimps that tasted very fresh. Mochi tasting- passion fruit was sour. Red bean was sweet. Didn't really care for the chocolate. The mochi skin could've been softer. A great way to end an amazing meal!

Mummy and Miso Chilean Sea Bass Roll.

Absolutely perfect for a date night. Very elegant and romantic. We didn't have a reservation but went for an early dinner and were able to be seated quickly. Everything was delicious, including the gyoza and fried banana cheesecake dessert. Service was excellent. I'd visit here again.

Given the hell theming for the bar, the bathroom is a 180 and while using the Lou, you can listen to the bible being recited. Theres also a spooky surprise if you press the button in the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, it is at the bottom of some decently narrow stairs. So, try and stay sober enough for stairs or you may fall. Go to this bar. You will have fun.

This afforded us a beautiful and tranquil experience at Osamil Upstairs. Hidden behind a locked door inside Osamil, it's a spot you have to seek out to get in. After we shared we were going to Osamil Upstairs, the hostess from Osamil promptly unlocked the unmarked door for us to head upstairs to Osamil Upstairs. Had other customers not come out as we were walking up the stairs, we might have passed the entrance to Osamil Upstairs and continued upward! Much like what you might expect of a speakeasy, it's well-hidden, and the interior just blows the mind. It's elegant, beautiful, and comfortable. The drinks were good. My cheese in the trap was smokey (as promised!) and alcohol forward. My hubby had the Jung cocktail and it had the most magical, delicious combination of flavors! We also ordered a foie gras with toast appetizer as a pre-dinner snack; it was OK. All in all, a really pleasant experience and we'd return if we were in the area again!

Due to some unforseen circumstances (on our part being First time visitors not understanding NY traffic) we were short on time and they were still able to accommodate us! We were looking forward to do one their prix fix menus but had to cut our time shorter. We had the shrimp cocktail, would recommend and also really loved the serving coupe it came in! Fried artichokes that were mid at best and saved by the sauce it comes with. To save time we split the steak frites, I would recommend, though bot as tender as I normally like, I appreciate the serving and flavorful bites. The drinks are amazing and we love how they're all accompanied by a story! I had the heir to empire and our lovely waitress asked for my favorite color and when the drink arrives, it came with a little coaster in purple! And it was strong without it being overwhelming. For the remaining of dinner, I had a red wine and it was a perfect choice for the meal. Our trip to New York was too short because we wished we had been able to go back and check out their live performances. The vibe if the place was moody and inviting and we wished we could have gone back! We loved the Broadway homage throughout without being tacky.
