Left a message over the holidays and they got back to me the next business day to schedule a visit. During the visit Robert was able to see what was described to him over the phone, checked my fuse box, confirmed that the work is possible and provided a quote that is satisfactory. I asked if he can perform the work then and there which he is able to accommodate the request. About an hour later the work is completed and he showed me what was done and provided me information such as what switch he connected to. No drywall repair or paint was needed. Would hire again for anything electrical.

Other companies either told me what I wanted wasn't doable or flaked on the scheduled appointment. I told Jody I needed a Tesla Wall Mounted into the garage. it was a complicated process because of old panels but the work around was to make a sub panel dedicated to the EV Charger. I asked if he can slide me in his busy schedule rather than waiting a week. He asked why I was in a hurry to get it done and I told him "I HATE CHARGING AT SUPER CHARGERS and I'm off on Thursday" .... Needless to say, Jody slid me in his schedule 2 days later instead on Thursday and got the job done in under an hour. I highly recommend Jody .

These guys were one of the few that could handle the concrete work, and they also handle all the permit work as well. Staff worked hard, finished everything quickly and made sure the work site was clean as a whistle after they finished. Everyone was really friendly, from the receptionist on the phone, the staff and the people giving me estimates. It's been more than a year since I got my EV charger installed, and I haven't noticed any problems since then. Price-wise, I feel it was pretty fair especially considering how they made everything so convenient. All in all, they did everything well. I'd have no problems recommending them to others, and will likely go back to them when I need other things addressed in the house.

Mario came out within a couple days and quickly identified that the issue was not the remote but poor wiring in the junction box (which was done by another electrician years ago). Since it was later in the evening, he came back a few days later to install the switch and fix the junction box wiring. What I appreciate about Mario is that he took the time to show me exactly what the issue was and explained how he was going to fix it. He is trustworthy and guarantees the quality of his work. He quickly realized that the amount of power coming in to my house was no longer under control and instructed me what to do. When SCE came, the guy said that if it wasn't for Alex, my house could have burned down - or at minimum all my appliances would have burned out if it wasn't for him. Not sure if it was because I told you this was my first home but the dishonesty in your pricing needs to be reassessed. With internet access and electrician feedback it's easy to tell that your quote was ridiculous. The suggested approach to the work wasn't great either, my home definitely doesn't need a sub panel in the house when I'm getting a main panel upgrade. The number of dedicated circuits recommended by you compared to general recommendations I've heard didn't match nor made sense with the high price you charged. 29-33k for 12 circuits and a main panel upgrade with an unneeded sub panel in the home to "save on wires used"? Really? The only positive thing I have to say is your customer service rep was kind.
