I got the poblano burger, my husband got the max bacon cheeseburger & we split the brisket fries. I also got a frozen mango margarita. That came out first & it was pretty good. I enjoyed the frozen mango pieces in it. When I bit into my burger it was full of flavor. The fried piece of poblano was just the right texture & the chipotle sauce blended well with the pickled onions. I took a bit of my husband's burger next. The garlic Parmesan sauce was sssooo good. Made me wish I had gotten the garlic Parmesan fries. But then I tried our brisket fries. The gray of the chipotle sauce mixed with the sweetness of the brisket blended well. My girl's wings were not enjoyable but that's because of the unexpected spice of the habanero BBQ. It was basically uneatable. Maybe for some that's a great thing, but when you hear BBQ you're expecting that it will trump or help soften the habanero. That was not the case. I ordered the sweet plantain. I never give out 5 stars but this place has constantly provided food wise that they deserve it. The food is salads, sandwiches, burgers, and tacos but with a Venezuelan or Mexican twist. First time to go here for my wife and I. We stopped in for lunch and loved it. We both had the fusion salad and we had an order of chips and queso. The chips and queso were simply amazing. I'll probably get them every time I go back. The salad was great too. It's a chicken salad with all the fixings. The ranch dressing really impressed me. It was nice and thick and tasted great. I'll be back for sure. There is tons of other things on the menu that I want to try. Almost forgot, the service was out of this world. This review is for delivery only. The garlic Parmesan fries it's the best thing here.. I travel over 4 miles but it's still crispy and not soggy one bit. The highlight of the order however the 4X is pretty awful. It's not cut in half the meat is only on some part of your bread and it's just not good for delivery. I got the Garlic Parm fries "to go." So all the way home (7 minutes away) the aroma of the fries was driving me bananas and I couldn't wait to taste them. When I got home the sauce with the bacon and green onions was great together, however, the fries were a little hard and a little warm. This could be because I got the fries "to go," which gave them time to get cold and hard. So as a "blogger," I would suggest maybe changing the Fry selection to a thicker cut potato (crinkle cut or wedge cut) so that customers can really enjoy a mouth full of goodness. The sauce is good. The burger was huge first off. The bun choice was exceptional. They cooked my meat to a worthy medium. The bacon wasn't as crispy as I'd like, but the fried onions added a nice crunch. The bleu (blue?) cheese is amazing initially .. about half way through the burger it became too much though and I love bleu (blue?) cheese. The fries were fuego!! They brought the burger first, it's an impressive burger. It was delicious! We ordered the regular fries, a single order is more than enough for 2 people. We saw the sweet potato fries, kind is wished we had ordered them. They brought the wrong salad, it took awhile to get the right salad so they offered to make it to go. I thought I'd go give fusion Grill a second chance the last time I was in there one of the owners daughter/s was extremely rude to me very disrespectful, so I decided you know what I don't need this I can take my business somewhere else, well today my son wanted to go and get burgers for lunch after church so I sent my husband in to pick up the food, we bring it home I open up my burger to put the sauce on it and the lettuce is decayed black slimy, The fries were cold I stopped my son from eating his burger he had already took a couple of bites out of it he had the Cesar salad burger I took the lettuce wiped the sauce off and sure enough that lettuce was Black slimy and decay, tell you what you sure don't want people getting food poisoning on your watch fusion Grill, you need to do better first of all teach your children in business customer service etiquette and customers are always right and second in preparation produce is nothing to play with if it's old throw it out! I could've easily wrote a review after my first visit but decided to come back a couple more times before doing so and they left no doubt in mind that is officially my favorite burger spot at the moment. There's a Latin twist to the menu hence the word "Fusion" and man everything that I've had so far has been a 10/10. The bada** burger and poblano burgers have officially become #1 and #2 for me.
