First walked in, looked at the menu and they had all types of foods that was satisfying. Burgers, tacos, wings, salads. You name it, they had it! Next, ordered at the counter and brought it out to me within 10-15 minutes of ordering! I had the taco, forgive me, don't remember the name but I have pictures, and burger, and loaded fries with bacon and ranch which was amazing! So I was in the mood for a chicken sandwich and some blue cheese fries...where's the go to...we'll Fusion of course. Now they've made some modifications to try and make you feel it's a little more upscale. It's definitely a little nicer. The restaurant feels like a nice quaint little bistro with a bar vibe. So to the old man review, Food - Excellent They don't have the blue cheese fries on the instore menu but we're more than happy to make them for me. Also the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich is and was amazing. Where the small issue is pricing: Nothing on the online menu is the same price as the instore menu. The blue cheese fries were actually a dollar cheaper in the restaurant and the chicken sandwich was a dollar more. So it all washed itself out. I wondered when the check came and then when the copy to sign came why they were different. They have added a new Credit Card Surcharge, mine amounted to $0.85 on a $19.99 bill. That's about a 4.5% charge. Again food was great, prices still a little pricey, but all in all good experience. Staff was nice but not sure they all speak English. The food was really good, I had a Texas bbq burger, Parmesan fries, and queso. I wasn't really a fan of the queso but everything else met my expectations. The French 75 with lavender was pretty good, however I didn't get the essence of the lavender flavor. The service was great, my waiter was Sandiq if I'm not mistaken, I did ask him for suggestions but like me he is indecisive but he did tell me my choices were good. My husband has been wanting to try this place out and today we made the trip to do just that. We ordered our food and sat down to wait on the different orders to arrive. They came one by one which is fine but we noticed my youngest daughters chicken strips were taking longer than we expected. We asked for an update and were told by the girl that took our order that they'll be an additional 5-6 minutes to be sure they're cooked and not raw on the inside. It had already been over 20 minutes since ordering. I personally thought it was odd but gave it the benefit of the doubt. After all, the majority of us were halfway done with our food. Sure enough my daughters food was forgotten and this is how I found out. Her chicken strips were indeed uncooked (see photo). Thank God I cut them prior to her biting into them because that would have been a completely different problem. My husband asked for a refund only to find out the chicken strips were never charged to our ticket. The girl at the register knew we asked for them and must have tried to rush the order in the kitchen once she realized she missed charging us for them. I would have MUCH RATHER RECEIVED HER HONESTY and I did tell her that directly. There was a gentleman there who apologized and seemed genuinely confused as to why we were asking for a refund since we weren't charged. His employee's dishonesty is why. He looked confused until I explained in front of her what happened. Point blank either she's giving away free food in your establishment or she messed up and tried to cover up. Plain and simple. It's unfortunate and I CAN NOT STAND A LIAR. I will say everyone's food was great until that moment but packing up our food and leaving without my child eating was the most upsetting/infuriating part. The wait was minimal, especially when there was a line forming the entire time we were there. The prices are worth the wait. The burgers are a nice portion, maybe for 2. The burgers are roughly about $12 each, overpriced for the quality. They were overwhelmingly HUGE and greasy. We also got the fajita fries with chipotle sauce. They were over fried and extremely crunchy and tasted more like chips than fries. The fajita was tasty though! The fries looked more appetizing than they actually tasted. The staff was GREAT though.
