The egg was delicious, soft boiled perfectly with jammy yolks and had great soy sauce flavor. The noodles were not over cooked and the meat was tender and flavorful. However, both mine and my husbands broth (I had the black garlic he had the pork) were not so great. Almost a metallic taste to them. Also, almost no vegetables in the Ramen. I was pretty disappointed. Mine only had green onions in it. The tempura was also kinda soggy. Some piece were crispy but on the broccoli and sweet potato, they were soggy. The server was great. They were very attentive. We did not complain about the food because we were hot and just wanted to hurry up instead of waiting longer. We were peeved but decided we should just enjoy our dinner. BUT as we were finishing up, about 5 couples came in WITHOUT a reservation and both the host and the bartender gave each couple the option to either sit at the bar or at a table. When I confronted the bartender about it, she claimed "they weren't supposed to do that." WHAT?! She literally just offered a couple a table without a reservation. What do you mean?! It was insulting. Anyway, we will absolutely NEVER come back here. The tip we left was solely for the kitchen staff who were hard at work and doing an honest job. Bartender and hosts are discriminatory and awful. Do NOT recommend if you are looking to be treated with respect. Would give zero stars if that were an option.

To start, our food was soaked with broth and the entirety of our order was ruined. Maybe it was a careless delivery driver, but I would argue that the packaging is suboptimal. Hot broth in a biodegradable (basically paper) container is a poor choice. Other places opt for putting the broth in plastic containers and wrapped in a plastic bag. It's not the best for the environment - but neither is completely wasting food. The broth itself was good, what little was left of it. The packaging for the ramen components was also not great - the noodles at the bottom stuck to the paper container, so that was not salvageable either. Very disappointed by the experience here, as reading reviews it seems so many have had great experiences. Perhaps this is a place to visit in person - be cautious with delivery.
