My cost for power from APS during August 2023 to February 2024 was $845.38, an average of $120.77/month. However, since the installation of your solar panels during the same period, I am realizing expenses of $1,520.14, an average of $217.16/month. I chose these months because August 2023 was the first month my solar panels were installed and running the entire month. This significant increase in my electricity bills is not what I had anticipated when I invested in your product. Despite my efforts to embrace renewable energy and reduce my carbon footprint, I find myself in a situation where I am paying considerably more for power than before. This outcome is not only frustrating but also financially burdensome. I expected your solar panels to efficiently harness sunlight and generate enough electricity to offset my reliance on the grid. However, the reality is that I am now paying substantially more for electricity, even with the solar panels in place. As a consumer, I expected better guidance and support from your company to ensure that I made an informed decision about the investment I was making. I urge you to investigate the issue with my solar panels and provide a satisfactory resolution. Whether it involves rectifying any technical faults with the panels or offering alternative solutions to improve their performance, I believe it is essential for your company to take responsibility for the dissatisfaction experienced by customers like myself. Nightmare! I hate racist people and these are the biggest racist solar company I've witnessed in AZ. They promised to pay me, but never did (they take advantage of minorities Blacks, Hispanics, Asians, Arabs, Immigrants). They'll just use you as puppet, make you work in the Arizona summer heat, knock doors and get them deals, but will never - never pay you for months. They try to suck the blood out of you and use you to death for 2-3 months and sell you fake promises, you set appointments for them and they lock up deals, but will you will not see any paycheck for months. They train you to sell no matter what and be so pushy. We left roofs damaged and most of the time hid from the owner. They overcharge the customers way more ppw and just lie to them. Most of customer just believe our lies and go along. Advice for a customers! Do your complete research, compare prices with other solar companies, learn about what panels are used and make sure this company don't rip you off. And DO NOT use Fusion Power whatsoever. Advice for 1099 Contractors (door knockers): Be ready to be overworked, you will use your car, your gas and you'll be driving 30-50 miles away from the office. Mentors will lie to you they will tell you "you will get paid for each appointment they set with you" but this is absolutely 100% lie. Once they deal is signed, they flake on you and kick you out of the deal and talk shit behind your back. They make sure to use you for the first few couple months so they bank tons of money, and you don't get paid. They will sell you this big dream that you will make $100K+ a year but you need to work for free first, they will use you and make you their bitch and treat you as the biggest dum dum ever. Fusion power did an exceptional job installing the solar system. From the sales rep (Allen) to the installation, all very professional, available to speak if you have any questions and did EXACTLY what they said they would do!!! 100% great install and with the metering apps you can see exactly how much power you are sending down the line. I waited 2 months to put up this post to see my savings and its the real deal. Do you have a zero electrical bill, no. The electrical companies charge a min. surcharge fee but has my bill gone to zero other then that surcharge, yes it has!!! Fusion has no control on that and after 7 yrs i will recoup all my money plus not worry about rising electrical charges in the future. Sweet!!! I do recommend you do some research for such a large investment. First understand the amount of power you want to generate, Fusion was spot on and gave me the exact amount I needed. 2nd understand your means of payment. Buying it outright is 100% the best way to go but if you do have to finance it use YOUR bank or home lender, do not use their lender as it's much more expensive. We just concluded our install and I cannot praise the Fusion Power team enough. The entire process was the easiest I have encountered in a major purchase. Fusion Power is a no pressure sales company. Given the high quality of service and product it is apparent that their product and service sells itself. The sales representative, Ryan and Luke, Account Manager took the time to explain their product and providing the metrics to illustrate the step by step process of what to expect and ensure mine and my husband's questions were always answered in a timely matter. He would always follow up with a simple text or call to let us know the next step and to make sure we were still happy. The team sticks with the customer through the entire process of permitting, buildout and system evaluation. I had the pleasure of Team 3, which included Team Lead's, Matteo and Dominic installing my solar units and everyone was so polite and friendly explaining the process and how the install would be done and the time allowed. During a recent visit from Fusion Power for a solar system estimate, the representative I spoke with seemed more interested in talking at length rather than focusing on the business at hand. After a lengthy conversation, I had to request that we cut to the chase and provide an estimate. Surprisingly, the service representative abruptly stood up, stating that we might not be a good fit, and left my home. This incident immediately raised suspicions about the company's integrity. Furthermore, I found it concerning that they repeatedly inquired about the presence of my spouse, almost as if they were attempting to manipulate her into signing documents. They worked on my project and completed it in sufficient time we had zero hiccups and very streamlined and transparent amazing communication. Kept me in the loop at all times and to my surprise had their own internal quality control manager, who inspects every job's quality. Also, there were a couple of roof shingles that were damaged during the install and even me being unaware of the damage they notified me immediately and came back out to replace and repair everything back to its original state. Going solar was something I was contemplating. As far as energy is concerned, I was convinced it was a way for me to reduce my cost, granted and I thought that it would improve the value of my house on the market if I was selling it. I was avoiding it because of the upfront costs that I couldn't afford it when Fusion contacted me, they convinced me to go with them because of the program that resolved the issue of the upfront money. Do not recommend Fusion Power at all! Before choosing solar, calculate your AVERAGE monthly APS cost and compare that against what you will be paying monthly for the solar system. Fusion sells you on the significant reduction in your monthly costs, and don't take into account the monthly payments of the solar system. The return on investment is not there! The maximum annual tax credit is $1,000, not 26% of the cost of the system as they tell you. Very unethical business practices, and non-transparent on overall costs!!! read more
