Just moved to Riverside a couple of years and have been trying to find a good Vietnamese noodle place. This place is kind of hidden, but the pho noodles soup is delicious. I had the chicken and my husband had the beef. The meat ratio was perfect, but it would be better if they add some beef briskets to the beef noodle. But this will still be my go to place for noodle. Wow! You can really taste the love in this food. It is fresh, crisp and refreshing. Had the calamari with wasabi ranch dip (not super greasy!), house fusion special with beef, and spring rolls. My uncle and I were driving through downtown Riverside looking for a spot to eat. We opened up the yelp app and found this place close by. This place is a totally chill. Easy jazz music , friendly staff and excellent food. Natalie was a great bartender, waitress and security guard. Cheyenne was also behind the bar giving great service and delicious cocktails. Appetizers were really tasty. Loved the chicken wings and the spring rolls were good too. Had pho and a sandwich. Both excellent. Soup was so nice on this chilly night. It's actually a bar that serves Vietnamese and Italian food. They serve raspberry iced tea but if you want regular iced tea they bring you hot tea and a glass of ice. Their spring rolls are good but their peanut sauce is waaay too sweet. My husband says the margarita is very good. The sandwich was great as was the beef salad. The vermicelli with shrimp was okay. The shrimp had an excellent flavor but the lettuce was not cut very thin and the sauce didn't have enough flavor. To be fair, I might be getting a cold so don't take my word for it. We walked in to place a to go order, sat at the bar to wait for our food and chatted up a bit with the folks just hanging out. Food is an interesting mix of Vietnamese and Italian, but mainly Vietnamese. The spouse ordered the Teriyaki Chicken and vegetables with egg roll, and it came in big portions. Served with a good helping of white rice. I sampled his teriyaki chicken and it was delicious! I ordered the vermicelli with charbroiled Chicken and egg roll. It came on a bed of lettuce, with chopped cucumber, a little cilantro, charbroiled chopped chicken pieces, and a big helping of cooked vermicelli on top. I asked them to hold the peanuts and they did. An interesting mint-tasting, sort of vinaigrette, clear sauce was served on the side. The egg rolls are devine!! Prices are good, the ambiance in the restaurant was great, and the service was excellent with a helpful, friendly staff. We will most definitely be back and very soon! read more

Hey, thanks to Yelp we found a place that my almost vegetarian husband and I both loved. Great food choices! I especially loved the spring roll appetizer! You could really taste the mint. So fresh and healthy. I got a chicken salad of sorts (forgot the exact name) I wasn't sure at the beginning but it grew on me. lol It was a good sized portion and my husband helped to finish it. He got a vegetarian stir fry item that was spicy basil. He liked it but said it got hotter as he ate. She was awesome about refilling his water! I appreciate that because when his is gone, he goes for mine. lol We joked we would return the next Saturday, but yes- it could happen. Nice place. Very pretty on the inside!
