They have greatly improved their menu, ambiance, and everything in between since our last visit when they first opened. The food is SO GOOD!! We especially love the roti with curry, drunken noodles, and yellow curry. We have also tried their pad thai and pineapple fried rice. We got the medium spicy and the scale is spicy, so dont go higher than mild if you can't handle the spice. At medium, you can feel the burn on your lips and as if goes down your belly. Delicious! Lol Highly recommend! Lunch menu will definitely fill you up! Dinner portions are perfect for sharing! Staff is super friendly and helpful and the restaurant itself is beautiful. I found a Thai restaurant near my place that turned out to be surprisingly good. The food was flavorful, the space was clean and spacious, and the staff were gentle and attentive. I went on a busy day, but with only two employees, the place still ran smoothly. I was especially impressed with their Pad Thai. The other dishes were pretty good too. Gonna give it a 3.5. Place is not bad for Thai food. Stopped in for a Pad Thai craving that simply needed to dealt with. Was pleased with the result. Service was really fast! Got some spring rolls with our Pad Thai and they arrived with our meal. Would have really wanted the appetizer beforehand but we proceeded on nonetheless. All in all it's pretty standard stuff and a bit above the norm, but not much. Enjoyed the meal. Will we come back? Maybe maybe not. If you need a fix and this is close go get some! First visit dining at this Thai restaurant in Fulshear. When we first arrived, I noticed the decor ambience was a nice tones, somewhat upscale. Tables were all full at 6:30pm so we had to wait. This is not a large place but they do need to improve as they did not have a hostess upon arrival and we were just standing around for about 10 minutes until eventually I caught the waitress attention and she looked my way. We were finally seated, and I have to review of the menu I was highly impressed at the food selection and quality of food and how it was prepared. For appetizers, I tried the Thai fry fish and chili lime shrimp which was absolutely delicious. The fish was lightly battered. It could've had a little bit more flavor, but it went well with the dipping sauce. Shrimp was little spicy which I liked the flavor more.,For the main entrée, I tried the Chiangmai Noodles w.Chicken Katsu which I was told is popular dish. The curry flavors were amazing. The chicken was cooked crispy and just enough heat at medium level. I did notice their spice levels were not as hot as normal Thai restaurant preparation, but I believe they're trying to accommodate the local patrons. But if you want hotter, I'm sure they could oblige you. My friend tried the red curry and added eggplant to her entrée and it was really delicious. It arrived very hot . The consistency of the red curry was not as thick, but it's very flavorful. The green Thai tea was good not as sweet, which I prefer. Anyway, this was a good experience from the best foodie review. I will definitely be back to try more entrees on the lunch menu because the prices are much cheaper and probably less crowded at that time. Overall good experience I give them five stars. Absolute 10/10 find. The place is beautiful inside, nice temperature, spacious, and gorgeous decor! All the staff were nice and attentive! We ordered the shrimp tom yum, beef green curry, and green Thai tea. Amazing food! Flavor and ingredients were spot on. I haven't found a Thai place in Katy that I loved until today. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Even at 6PM on the weekend, we were the only ones there. However, they had to-go pickups almost every 5 minutes! I had a pleasure of stumbling upon this restaurant this weekend and I have to say that the food, service, and warm ambience was exceptional. Having been to Thailand and Chiang Mai, the Chiang Mai noodles was the closest thing I've have to Khao Soi since being on this side of the world. Nat, was so kind to our group and helped accommodate us with a busy schedule. The food was absolutely delicious!! We tried the Chiang Mai noodles, Tom Yum soup, crab friend rice, drunken noodles, pad Thai, and pad ka pro. The Ka Pro had my husband and I fighting over the last bite and reminded us of Bangkok street food. We loved the food so much that we returned the next day for another meal. This restaurant is absolutely delicious - everything we have tried has had unmatched flavor and quality. We love everything from the Tom Yum soup to the Thai fried rice and different curries. Everyone we have introduced this place to has loved it equally as much. It is family run and they do seem to have slower service -- I think they struggle to keep up with the demand -- but the food is so good that it's worth the slightly longer wait times.
