The part they replaced it with did not match the other tail light. I was initially told that I'd have to purchase another tail light if I wanted them to match. I didn't like that solution. I was eventually put in contact with Sara Fike. She resolved the problem by getting both tail lights covered under the warranty. She really does her job well. On several occasions I have had to call back multiple times just to get an appointment for service made or to check availability on a part. Covid should not be an excuse as we have all had plenty of time to adjust. In my opinion it's poor phone management and it's wearing on my patience. I wanted to buy a truck cash, no financing, at the end of the year to get those deals and you know they have to reach their quotas. I had done my home works and found similar trucks in Sacramento or LA area, so I knew kind of the price range of a fair deal ( thanks carguru app). Sales person was easy going, helpful of course since I was ready to buy a new truck today. They are very set on their prices, no room for negotiations. Of course the sticker price is overpriced, then when you mention their listing price from their website they stick to that price, regardless of finding other similar trucks ( same trim and color...) from further out dealerships that are cheaper..no negotiations, got the regular back and forth trip to the manager office negotiations, then the invoice paper where they were already "loosing" money, then the salesperson starting to show off his darkside: pushy, " I only make $70 off this deal"...we showed them the Sacramento dealer had the same for 2k cheaper...no deal!!! Left with my spending cash in my pocket. Blessing in disguised, ended up checking out Fresno lithia Ford, they had a similar truck but higher trim (so obviously more expensive) but they matched prices that I found at the Sacramento / LA dealerships and even went 1k cheaper.. 2 days later , got a phone call from Futures, then when I told him that I ended up buying my truck from Fresno that same day, he just hang up rudely. RUDE LOSER BEHAVIOR FROM THE DEALERSHIP...that's why I put the ONE star. I was fine with them until rudely hanging up just because I told them I went with the competition. NISSAN called me for similar reasons, but instead congratulated me on my new truck and hoped to get my bizz in the future...That's classier! Although I ended up not buying my vehicle with Future Ford of Clovis I want to give a shout out to Diego Ortiz. He was an exceptional sales person who went the extra mile to help us locate the right vehicle by having a vehicle transferred from another City to theirs. We test drove several cars and even took one home for my family to weigh in on the possibility. He was upfront and he never felt like he was hard selling me. Update: I'm definitely a customer for life. All of my wonderful experience here is a strict contrast to my experience at Lithia Ford, and it makes me appreciate them so much. I arrived at my appointment to have a smiling man guide me directly where to park (at Lithia, I had no idea where I should park or what I should do because everyone was inside socializing). Then a super nice person, Jessie, started my paperwork and made me feel like I was their special guest. From there I went inside and was helped by Marina, who is so friendly and made a point to explain the process and offer me a ride (they drop you off and pick you up - so awesome). While waiting for the ride, I noticed there are several video game consoles, a phone charging station, donuts and a coffee bar, and a few TVs. I almost didn't want to take the ride home because I was so comfortable waiting. The cherry on top is that I just got notice that the fix was covered in the power train warranty, so the whole visit is free of charge. I will never go anywhere else for service, and will probably buy cars from here from now on (although I have not bought a car here before). I just scheduled an appointment with Marina, it was an awesome experience. Having been treated poorly at Lithia, It was so nice to actually talk to someone who understands customer service and explains things so well. I'll be going here from now on. read more

If I could give zero stars it would be more appropriate. The customer service throughout Future Ford is just horrible. I am sure there are a few nice and considerate people to help you, however I have not experienced them. I had stop going to the service department because of the customer service, as they twice lost parts off my truck. They said they would call me back to resolve the issues but both times they never called and I was the one showing up multiple times to get answers (after awhile they did resolve the first issue but not the second). My latest issue was with the Parts Department. I went in on 7/6/17, asking for 2 parts numbers. After talking with the service person, I told him I couldn't afford their 150% markup and their parts and that I was going to have to order them online, so I just wanted to to double check the part number to make sure I was ordering the correct brake caliper. After I told him that he backed away from the computer and told me that he was not doing to give me the part number if I was not going to order through them. He said "Why would I give you the part number, I am not going to give you anything, just order them online then." And when I responded " I just want to make sure I order the right part." He replied "Well... I not going to look up unless my manager tells me too!" I honestly could not believe that came out of his mouth. FUTURE FORD PUTS MONEY OF CUSTOMER SAFETY by not caring if I order the wrong part which might have failed and caused harm to my family or other people on the road. They will only be nice to you if you give them money! It's not my fault that there are other outlets that sell new (full warranty) motorcraft parts cheaper than what the dealership sells them for! ( rear brake caliper each $199 or online $77 for the same new caliper with 2 year warranty) I am not to blame if motorcraft sells their parts to other outlets cheaper then they give them to their own dealership. FUTURE FORD OF CLOVIS's CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT GO BEYOND YOUR MONEY! I have learned my lesson twice and I refuse to support a dealership that put MONEY OVER MY SAFETY! After this situation, I went over to LITHA FORD of Fresno and they printed out the part numbers and even gave me the diagrams showing all the parts AND THEY EVEN DID IT WITH A SMILE! I have moved all of my business here! Granted, I am only one person, but I hope other will read this and do the same. Obviously, Future Ford ONLY cares about money so I hope others will take my lead and show them that money is not everything and take your business elsewhere! I just hope this will save 1 person from the major frustrations that I have felt with Future Ford and possibly protect someone's safety. I do hope management reads this and addresses these issues. They can't make money on dead customers OR NO CUSTOMERS!! There is another Ford dealership in town that has a GREAT customer service and have great people working the parts department. I took my 2020 F250 in for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. 2nd service ever, both times at Future Ford of Clovis, less than 17K miles. I pick it up and they decided to add the "Death Wabble" to my truck!! They undo the tire rotation and send me on my way and blame another company that did my lift 1.5 years prior. Mind you, I've been driving for 1.5 years without the "Death Wabble". I'll spare the name of the service manager, but do NOT go to Future Ford of Clovis for service! First they wanted to charge me $200 but I had a service due, then the guy wanted to charge me $200 to reset what was being done in my car, (I could do that with a few kicks to the break), so I declined, then he wanted to charge me $200 for 2 other things. Basically he just wanted $200. And kept trying to find different reasons to get it. Then they kept my personal property, never got it back. And you can never get ahold of the managers. This review is in regards to their service area. I have to say that both Samantha and Oscar were wonderful to deal with. They were friendly helpful courteous and very accommodating. I had an oil change and had then replace my wiper blades. I had made an appointment, and when I arrived Samantha was with another customer but Oscar shortly stepped in when he saw me waiting and took my information in order to get my service ticket started. The actual service took longer then I expected (about 1.5 hrs) however they have a fantastic waiting room with snacks, beverage station, comfy chairs, tables, work spaces, lots of tv's, video games for the kids, newspapers to read and free WiFi. I bought my car (2016 Madza C3) at the beginning of 2020 for $14k out the door. One year later, I put in $4k just to "fix" it, but ended up selling it as a non working car. The car would overheat and shut off randomly (even while driving). I drove that car like an old lady and was never rough with it. I was always sure to maintain it and keep it clean. On 5/24/2019 I purchased a 2016 Ford Mustang form you folks. This was the third Mustang I have purchased from Future Ford of Clovis, first in 2003, second in 2008. At the time of purchase this vehicle had BF Goodrich tires on it (I have a pic) during the duration of discussions of myself possibly buying this vehicle it was mentioned by the salesman that you would put new tires on this car for me a minimum of 15 times. The salesman also said you guys would "detail" the car for me. The salesman and I together went around the vehicle pointing out the blemishes that needed detailed. Salesman stated it would be sparkly, shinny, new for me if I decided to purchase this 2016 Ford Mustang. I did decide to make the purchase and then I was told you needed to keep the car until the following day so you could replace the tires and make if shinny new for me and that it would be ready around the same time as this day. Finally on 5/29/2019 I get the call from your salesman that my car was ready. The very first thing I noticed was the new tires were not BF Goodrich they were a name I have never seen or heard of before. I questioned the salesman about the tires and he told me these tires were better than what was on there at the time of purchase which were BF Goodrich. I also noticed there Were spots on the car still that myself and the salesman had pointed out to each other prior to the car being "detailed' and the salesman told me "well it's going to get dirty sitting out in the lot". Still had scuff marks at the bottom of each door from shoes getting in and exiting the vehicle. Needless to say I'm very upset that I have drove a lender car instead of my car that I paid cash for on 5/24/2019 for 5 days when nothing else was touched on my car and still not in the condition promised at the time of purchase. I wish there was a way to give NO STARS! They have had my 2015 Ford F-350 for over a month (37 days and counting). After my truck was stolen (thief stole the key as well) I had it towed to Future Ford because their ratings were higher than LIthia. My diesel truck had gasoline put into the tank by the Thieves, and tailgate was stolen. After having the truck towed to Future Ford Of Clovis on August 4, 2016, I was assigned a service advisor named Oscar. Upon my initial conversation with Oscar I informed him the truck was being towed there and I explained the #3 things I knew were wrong. #1 gasoline in my Diesel engine #2 tailgate was gone #3 liner behind back seat torn out I contacted my insurance carrier Allstate and they sent an adjuster the next day. Excellent!!!...I thought...Allstate cut a check immediately. Back and forth with a few supplementals to cover Future Fords almost $13,000.00 Bill, and allstates estimate of a 4 day repair, and I thought it was going to be smooth sailing. Boy was I wrong, completely wrong. Lie after lie and promise after promise by Oscar it still isn't done and they have drug Hedricks body shop down the toilette with them (painting tailgate) they are now blaming body shop they referred to paint the new tailgate that apparently comes in 47 pieces, and unpainted. I have 3 voicemails that promised a completion of Tuesday and then Thursday, and then Friday of last week. Steaming with frustration, I called the service manager Of Future Ford Of Clovis named Arin Partida. I have never in my adult life dealt with such an abrasive unprofessional "manager". Most people who hold a manager/supervisor title, are well trained in customer service. My teenage child who works fast food has better customer service skills. Fist she tells me I was never promised my truck by Oscar, I did inform her I have saved voicemails. Then it was Hedricks fault (Oscar said they would have it done in one day and it's been there a week and a half). Ultimately when Ms. Arin Partida realized I had everything documented she informed me it is in fact my insurance company Allstate's fault. I don't know if I should laugh or cry. I have zero faith in any of them now and seriously question the quality of their work. It gets even better though, here is he real kicker....I told them I was interested in purchasing a new truck with same options as my current. Sticker price on mine was around $63k. With add on it was more but don't remember exactly. So here they stand on making a sale of close to $70k with a new truck. Nobody EVER followed up with me. Nope nothing. I decided to stop by the dealership to take a peak at their inventory. Unfortunately no F350 that I could see. When I asked a salesman what the difference was in a 250-350 he didn't know. He did find out for me though and I appreciate that. At least someone there tried. Unfortunately unless my truck comes out of Future Ford with wings so it can fly I don't think they will EVER get my business again. I will definitely update If and when I ever get my truck back. On a side note Ms. Arin Partida was informed if she didn't fix my situation or create a solution I would post a review...she told me go ahead and do a review in the most sarcastic voice ever....so here it is folks. I'd actually like to give them a -10 My friend bought a car had issues from day 2.... took car back a few times. 3 weeks later after purchase they called her and told her she wasn't financed and to bring the car back. After making several calls, no calls were returned! I was told by Freddie Flores I would get a personal call about the ordeal.... no call back. I made several calls to try and resolve the issue and see what was really going on. They said when we return car they'd have a refund check for her deposit.... had to wait and chase them down for that too! Last straw she forgot her parking pass in the car .... I called immediately and asked them to pull it. Talked to Freddie today and he told me it's our fault for not taking it out and they have already tossed it. So after being unethical and unprofessional you'd think to try and make it right they would have called us and told us.... you forgot your pass. I'm good! We purchased a diesel F250 here in 2012. It has just over 100,000 miles and the fuel pump ran dry and pumped metal shards through the entire system. We called the service center and spoke to the assistant manager, Kyle. Kyle stayed he had never heard of this problem (google it as others have had this issue) and asked if we put gas in instead of diesel. All while LAUGHING. He belittled us, made us feel like idiots, and in no way attempted to gain our future business or help resolve this issue. I really wanted to like this visit. But it wasn't what the positive yelp reviews felt like at all. I went for a simple oil change, and as soon as the vultures for salesmen knew that, they walked away. (Tacky) They literally swarmed my car. The dealer wouldn't honor my lifetime oil change that I purchased with Ford. And to change my brakes/rotors, it would cost over $1200! (Not that I asked for that) After researching that quote, I was shocked that the price was almost tripled from other places. They told me my wait time would be no more than an hour and a half, and I waited over three hours. My family members recently purchased two vehicles from here, and they had a pleasant experience, typical is actually what they said, but I decided to try it being that Lithia Ford was a little too far for me to drive to at this time. Worst service I've ever experienced. A couple of the people there seemed to try to make it right and were nice enough but when it came right down to it the quality of work just wasn't there. If you have a minor problem or Ned an oil change it might be ok But if it doesn't work out good the first time or its not an easy fix. Good service, friendly employees, a little slower turnaround than I'd like. I brought my car in because the engine did not sound right; turned out my transmission had been leaking (closed unit so I couldn't check) and I needed it replaced. Thankfully I was still under warranty, so it was entirely free! Marina was my rep. There was a bit of back and forth about rental car, getting parts replaced, etc. for a few days. She was friendly and helpful. The only downside is that my car was in the shop longer than they said it would be--I took it in on a Monday; they said it would be ready on Saturday and that I needed to pick it up that day, but I was out of town, so I asked if I could pick it up Monday. Monday morning I was told it wouldn't be ready until Tuesday. I didn't hear anything until I reached out to Marina on Wednesday and she said it would be ready on Thursday (because they had to replace another part), which it was. So, my car was there for about 12 days. I'm not sure if that's typical for a full transmission replacement, and I understand that some elements were out of their control, so that didn't impact my experience too much. Overall, I'm happy with the service and will definitely be going back! read more
