The car wash in general is fine. I got the $89 wash and wax and honestly it's cheaper than most places and so I didn't expect perfect quality. The workers there were generally pretty nice and would come and clean up any imperfections at pickup. One thing I can't forgive and why it's 2 stars is they did a horrendous job on windows. Full of streaks. I don't know if it's the spray or the fact that they don't use clean towels or two towels. It's bad technique and looks dirtier than it was before. The problem is they wash it in a garage so they probably can't see it. Once you drive it into the sun, oh boy. I have to wipe off the window myself now. read more

Got the Future Wash Everything at Santana Row. Disappointed in the job that was done. Exterior was cleaned better than interior, but left visible large areas of dirt/residue untouched. Interior looked like it had not been cleaned at all; from first glance there were spots on middle console, dashboard, and seats that could be cleaned with a wipe down. The cup holders in the middle and on the doors were left untouched. I went home and wiped it down myself and cleaned up the interior. I tried Future Wash again as the other non-water places are ridiculously priced higher. On my first visit, I wasn't a fan of the job done. I could have done a better job. There were cup stains remaining plus wasn't vacuumed as well. I got the $99 service too. For my second visit, over the weekend, the employees who cleaned my car did a better job. Vacuuming was better and the exterior was shiny. There were spider webs remaining on the windows. I also got two mints inside my car. Reminds me of hotel mints. Employees here are friendly and efficient. My estimated service was an hour but I got my car back in 45 mins. Maybe because I was the first one there, I got my car done faster. The people here do a fantastic job and are always respectful of any specific cleaning requests I make on top of being very polite and easy going! I feel like their membership is a great consistent savings especially with them introducing rollover credits (soon I think?) (although I haven't needed to rollover credits yet) The number one reason for the 5* review though is their willingness and commitment to getting your vehicle cleaned the way you want it. It is a scam! After making appointment and arriving to the location I was informed that my car is too dirty for their wash. On the attached photos you can see that is not even really bad, normal sand and rain marks, usual during California winter. I want my money back and I'm not coming there ever again. When my car is clean I don't need a carwash. read more

You get what you pay for. I paid $54.99 for an exterior and interior cleaning, and initially when I received my car I thought they did a good job. The exterior was nice and inside had been vacuumed well. Unfortunately later, I noticed on both sides of my passenger seats that there were dirty shoe marks (I presume from someone stepping on the seats to clean the top). Would have appreciated them re-cleaning it after they did that. Now, my seats are dirtier than before. Can't recommend this service, or make sure to fully inspect your car before leaving. read more

The worst place to wash a car. Some time ago, I tried their detailing, which cost me about $250, and it was a disappointing experience. Today I came for the usual cleaning with a shining interior. Their menu says it will cost $89. The whole experience is on the pictures. Oh! And I forgot to mention that when I tried to explain my concerns, employees just laughed. When I asked an employee why they didn't clean the windshield, he told me that he was unable to wipe it off. After that, I asked for a window solution and wipes and cleaned it in 1 minute by myself. So, my conclusion is - that they didn't even try! If I could put a negative evaluation here - it would be at least "-1" . read more

So I booked an appointment for 130pm today. I'm brand new to town and was 8 min late due to GPD directions. When I showed up the hostess told me that it was too late to GET the 3point wash (1 hour service) on my car and maybe I could get a 1 point wash (30 minute service. I explained what happened and asked her to show me patience. She refused. Then I went back to my car and checked the appointments for later that day. And there were in fact three available appointments; 2:00, 2:30, and 3:00. I still had the phone number for the gentleman that signed me up for the membership. So I called him and followed up with a text letting him know I'd need to cancel my subscription cause this was not okay. I then walked back over it the hostess to show her the available appointments and ask why they can't just move me there. She said that because they are two back to back half an hour appointments and mine is an hour appointment it would not be possible. 30+30= 60 though so I don't understand. So the gentleman who signed me up called me back and apologized and said they should never have canceled my appointment in the first place over 8 minutes, and indeed the two open 30 min slots could be a single 60 min slot to accommodate me. He was even kind enough to do this visit for free cause of the hassle. I asked the hostess if it would be roughly an hour and she said yeah but we will text you. 90 minutes later still no text I wander back over. My car had been ready for 30 minutes but she had went to lunch and the other employee is apparently not approved to send confirmation texts. Also, the car had lots of dirt on it still that I could easily wipe away with my finger, like several spots. I get my car home into the sun and notice more spots and upon closer inspection I noticed the roof was scratched. I sent pictures to the gentleman that had previously helped me and he called me back saying that their process wouldn't allow for things to get scratched. I told him I'd have to take his word for it cause I didn't have proof. Those scratchers certainly weren't there when I dropped it off though. After checking the Yelp reviews I noticed this seems to be a reoccurring theme so I just wanted to e everyone to be careful when dealing with theses guys. The management over the phone are very helpful but the staff at the Santana row location are completely incompetent. I just got this car less than a month ago and now I have to go get these scratches fixed. read more

You enter the garage near Best Buy or Stevens creek entry. Pull up near where the demo Tesla's are parked and you'll see their service podium. They give frequent discounts too, well worth it! I am a loyal customer of this place, but I am sad to see that they are not in the Westfield Oakridge Mall anymore. I tried the Santana Row a few times (both my husband and I) but we never got the same service as in the Oakridge. Far from that, I even got lied to when I left my car there for an 1h service and they called me 15min later saying that my car was ready. When I got there my car was all dirty and the guy kept cleaning the spots in front of me. I ended up not paying for the job and they rescheduled me for another day. I never got back there! The team in the Oakridge was the best. Polite and very trustworthy. Now I need to shop around for another place. read more

Finally found a car wash that's a great value for the quality work these guys do! Made a mistake of washing my Telsa Model 3 for the first time on my own with my husband, and found these guys on Yelp. They're located at the Winchester Parking Garage near Best Buy. I went on a Thursday and they were located on the 5th floor as you're about to go to the 6th floor. I did get a little lost because the website said they're on the 1st floor M-W and 6th floor Thurs -Sun. I made a reservation online and it took about an hour due to someone ahead of me who came 30 mins late to her appt. Otherwise it would've been faster. Did some shopping at Srow and Safeway, so it's great way to run errands! Ari who helped me was very friendly, helpful, and was very thorough with answering my questions. I had my car washed at the Santana Row location today and came away disappointed. I had new tires put in 2 weeks ago and wanted the manufacturers coating washed off unfortunately they didn't do a good job. I had to point out to the fellow to wipe the sealant off in some areas and sorry to say they weren't busy! Lots of grime on the front bottom of my car this fellow was obviously not putting any elbow to clean the car definitely not worth the $80.00. Also the passenger front car seat was not cleaned well I could still see a soda spill. The last time I brought my car here was in the summer of last year and they did a great job I doubt if I will be returning very disappointed! read more

I made a same day appointment at 4:30pm to wash my Mercedes-Benz C63s. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Colby and told they were running late. They started on my vehicle around 4:45pm which was fins since I was not in a hurry. Colby and Ricardo were both very polite and professional. They seemed to both care about their work and the quality of it. When everything was all wrapped up, I took a brief look at the vehicle and upon first glance everything looked fine. After driving out of the dim parking garage and into the light, you can see a lot of haze on the windows with streaks on several of them. I also had specifically pointed out to have the rims cleaned since they had a lot of brake dust. Upon closer examination after getting home, the rims were still covered in brake dust. Clearly they were only clean in an angle visible when the car was parked so when I walked around, it looked good at first. After the wheels turned, you can see severe lack of attention to detail. Refer to the pictures attached for "cleaned" wheels. Hoping this was just an off day for them since they were so close to closing and it was darker in the parking garage. But since they work in a parking garage, I am surprised they do not have their own light source to actually see streaks and uncleaned spots. I was considering bringing my other vehicle here to have it washed, but after this experience, I am not too sure. read more

Brought my car in for a mini detail ($220) for the first time. Was quoted that it would take 2 hours but it was closer to 3 hours, which was fine, not a big deal. When I got in my car I realized that there was still leaves and stuff on the passenger side mat. I popped my trunk and nothing was vacuumed. I alerted the staff and they promptly vacuumed everything and gave me a $60 credit. After I left I realized there was still residue from a soda spill on the side of the center console. I'm giving two stars only because they gave me the credit without asking but I'm still really disappointed. I was hoping this would be my new go to spot... maybe just stick with a car wash? I wouldn't spend the money on a detail if they can't even vacuum. read more

Update: After speaking with the manager and sending my car back to get washed it was a much better experience. Glass was cleaned this time and the employee I spoke with knew the checkin and checkout process. I'm still weary about the locations of both places since I still had some minor areas that needed more attention, but that was due primarily to the dark area they wash the cars in. I think they could be a 5 star company if they were to move to an area that allowed the staff to really look the car over once it was complete. read more

Future wash employees were nice and prompt but their attention to detail was very lacking. The exterior cleaning was pretty good minus a few areas where I could still see gunk. The interior was a totally different story. Dust still everywhere on my dash. Just a quick wipe down would have been more than enough but I guess that is asking for too much. Cup holder and middle console pockets were still dirty as well. I usually don't mind if car washes miss a few places but if I'm paying 40+ including tips I expected more.
