Always a great experience at this place! The lobby is spacious and equipped with TVs, many seats, and great Wi-Fi. The check-in process is always easy as well for walk-ins. Drive up to the side of the building where there are lanes on the ground and wait at your car for the front desk to come and greet you! I was a walk-in on a Saturday at 12:30pm and was out around 3pm. I didn't mind the wait because it was a warm day, lots of shops around if I wanted to run errands, and I had work to do so the counter space helped a lot. I paid $120 for a medium level wash exterior and interior detail - fair price for the amount of effort they put into cleaning the car. While waiting for my car, they texted me a video of what to expect for my car going through their different teams to receive services and the youtube video was very informational and efficient. When my car was ready, I tried to do the online payment method but there was a bug when the card I was going to initially pay with wasn't going through because with the $120 price, I wanted to tip 20% which would make my total $144. When I put in another card, the system thought my total was $144 with no tip selected so I ended up going to the front desk and paying there. Wasn't a huge issue but something to be aware if this happens to you but also letting the business know about the bug :) read more

I'll go here every now and again. It's a little frustrating that it sometimes seems like the prices change when you're "negotiating" what needs to be done to your car. Now, my car is 11 years old so I'm a realist. I know it's not going to look like it just rolled off the showroom floor. However, I feel like whenever I go to AJ's, I get a B+ job. It's good but it could be better. My headlight lenses were totally blown and needed work. That was my main reason for bringing it in. They said they could fix. I know I could fix myself as well but didn't feel like putting in the time. Well, again, they came just okay. Could have been better, in my opinion. So yeah, I'm sure I'll be back at some point but I won't rush there to get anything done right away. read more

Consistent clean every time. My car is constantly filled with fur from my dog so I treat it to AJ's detailing once every couple of months and it's so worth it. They do a more detailed job than the cheap car wash places - my cup holders and compartments are a lot cleaner than if I took it to a different place. No streaks on the outside either. I have used them once or twice a year for a long time and always thought it was exceptional! Even the $69 service made you feel good about your car. Just got the service done again at $99 now for an indoor and outdoor cleaning and was a lot left to be desired! Not sure why the quality has gone down as I really liked this place. Maybe they want you to buy one of their super expensive packages for the interior being cleaned properly, which was not the case before sure it's not being detailed, but cleaned yes it used to be! read more

Expensive but worth it. Very thorough detailing inside and out on a 2002 Dodge Caravan that may not have been cleaned since its original purchase. It was beyond gross. They even restored the headlight lenses that had become opaque and probably dangerous. My only complaint is that when it came time to pick up my van, they refused to exchange it for the Aston Martin parked nearby. Can't imagine why! Recently bought a used Ford Expedition and the interior was a mess! Brought it to AJ's and asked for a deep clean of the interior. I could not BELIEVE how clean this car came out. SHOCKED! Dropped it off at 10am and it was ready for pickup at 4, couldn't ask for better service. I've had my motorcycle cleaned here before so I figured I would try them out for my cars too.
