Amazing. this facility performed the best detail I have ever experienced. I am old, so that means a lot of past detailers! AJ addressed many items that are ignored by other shops. I did not provide guidance like "be sure to do this, and this, and this." I just let them do their thing so I could see if I would need to be specific on a future visit. but they did EVERYTHING! the quality of their work is second-to-none. They literally did everything! The little cubbyhole in the middle that was a little sticky from a past soda spill - stickiness gone, completely clean, just like new. The running boards that are so often ignored - completely clean, top, bottom, sides, everything. The strange crumbs buried in the storage in the center console - gone, and the whole storage area is clean, like it was brand new. The dog fur that had made its way into the door storage pockets - completely, 100% gone. The dog fur that had gotten stuck around the seat slides - completely gone. The slight leather discoloration on the back seats from the doggies dirty paws - completely gone. The fabric or fur debris that was stuck between adjacent control switches on the dash - gone. The miscellany in the seat pockets on the back of the front seats - cleaned out. I'm not going to go on and on about the quality of their surface finishing; it was perfect. Exterior paint, exterior and interior windows, interior surfaces, all were perfect. AJ pays attention to detail when they detail a car. if there was a rating higher than five stars they would get it. the communication was excellent. they were on time with what they had promised. I have used them once or twice a year for a long time and always thought it was exceptional! Even the $69 service made you feel good about your car. Just got the service done again at $99 now for an indoor and outdoor cleaning and was a lot left to be desired! Not sure why the quality has gone down as I really liked this place. Maybe they want you to buy one of their super expensive packages for the interior being cleaned properly, which was not the case before sure it's not being detailed, but cleaned yes it used to be! read more

Normally the service is spot on. On this particular occasion somethings were not completed to task. Water spots, tires half done with spray shine, rims had over spray on matte rims, water spots and dash board was half cleaned. Appointment and time to completion is a 5 star! read more

Always a great experience at this place! The lobby is spacious and equipped with TVs, many seats, and great Wi-Fi. The check-in process is always easy as well for walk-ins. Drive up to the side of the building where there are lanes on the ground and wait at your car for the front desk to come and greet you! I was a walk-in on a Saturday at 12:30pm and was out around 3pm. I didn't mind the wait because it was a warm day, lots of shops around if I wanted to run errands, and I had work to do so the counter space helped a lot. I paid $120 for a medium level wash exterior and interior detail - fair price for the amount of effort they put into cleaning the car. While waiting for my car, they texted me a video of what to expect for my car going through their different teams to receive services and the youtube video was very informational and efficient. When my car was ready, I tried to do the online payment method but there was a bug when the card I was going to initially pay with wasn't going through because with the $120 price, I wanted to tip 20% which would make my total $144. When I put in another card, the system thought my total was $144 with no tip selected so I ended up going to the front desk and paying there. Wasn't a huge issue but something to be aware if this happens to you but also letting the business know about the bug :) read more

I'll go here every now and again. It's a little frustrating that it sometimes seems like the prices change when you're "negotiating" what needs to be done to your car. Now, my car is 11 years old so I'm a realist. I know it's not going to look like it just rolled off the showroom floor. However, I feel like whenever I go to AJ's, I get a B+ job. It's good but it could be better. My headlight lenses were totally blown and needed work. That was my main reason for bringing it in. They said they could fix. I know I could fix myself as well but didn't feel like putting in the time. Well, again, they came just okay. Could have been better, in my opinion. So yeah, I'm sure I'll be back at some point but I won't rush there to get anything done right away. read more

Consistent clean every time. My car is constantly filled with fur from my dog so I treat it to AJ's detailing once every couple of months and it's so worth it. Recently bought a used Ford Expedition and the interior was a mess! Brought it to AJ's and asked for a deep clean of the interior. I could not BELIEVE how clean this car came out. SHOCKED!
