Just a week or two ago they were able to press one of my jersey. I didn't have the number kit and advise me to get one and they would be able to press it I mean I'm reasonable, and I understand rules can change, but I did buy my jersey on your website and still not be able to get it pressed is a bit disappointing. After I left the store I called two of their other locations. Both of them told me they could press my jersey and that I would just need to pay for the jersey number installation. That left me confused because I was getting completely different answers from different Nicky's Sports locations. I called back to speak with the manager Jason hoping to get some clarification. Unfortunately he didn't seem very concerned and simply told me he had to follow the owner's instructions. I understand there may be some risk involved with pressing customer jerseys and I respect that. My issue is that there doesn't seem to be consistent communication or policies between locations. If the policy has changed it should have been communicated clearly to both employees and customers. What should have been a quick and simple service turned into a frustrating experience. Because of this I won't be doing business with Nicky's Sports anymore in person or online. I'll be buying my jerseys elsewhere, or to another local shop that values having values there business while displaying good communication and customer service.

I also looked at their sunglasses since I saw they carried Oakley brand here. They carry Nixon watches here as well if you're interested. We've always had a fantastic experience here and the employees are always friendly and helpful. Yes, they often do not have a ton roaming around to help (not that they don't want to, but I just feel like they're often understaffed) but if you go up to the checkout counter to ask a question or request assistance, they will help you out immediately and with a smile. The store is also a large location and inventory is great. This location is a bit out of the way for us and further than other Big 5 locations, but we always know that they are going to have anything we need. The store is also well laid out so you can easily find what you need quickly. It's never messy when we go, despite what other people say on here, and it's just an all around good shopping experience. Honestly, if they were able to staff up a bit to have a few more employees roaming the floor outside of the shoe department, I would give this location 5 stars. The store itself is just a print/embroidery shop, so don't expect to buy things, but it's a great working space. Street parking is metered, so park in the back and walk around. My order was ready on time as promised. My experience was enjoyable, and both ladies provided excellent customer service.
