Based on takeout. Food arrived pretty quickly. I did the pasta, salad or soup, plus drink. I did the vodka sauce. It was a bit salty at first bite but it wasn't bad overall. Would like to try something else from here

A local spot tucked away in Fresh Meadows - Fuzi Pasta was recommended by a friend and definitely hit the spot. We were started off with some house bread and delicious tomato soup dip. We had their shaved brussel sprouts appetizer - tasty. I had special fuzi pasta which was hearty and tasty with some veal whereas my friend had their seasonal special - a pumpkin pasta. The restaurant was very homey waited by a kind college student server who was very courteous and attentive. The server also told us ahead of time when ordering our biscotti dessert that they would offer biscotti at the end of the meal. I found the panna cotta that I ordered intriguing and a great bow on the top (pop rocks with panna cotta... who would have thought - quite a fun dessert!) Homely, local, warm - a nice small Italian joint without too much fanfare. Perfect for a great meal without the crowds as long as you are willing to make the trek out to the quieter Fresh Meadows.

I'm addicted to fuzi sauce. This is croatian restaurant and the owner Franco is a very kind gentleman who has visibly poured all of his energy into this outstanding menu and recipes. I couldn't pick one entree, my entire family was sharing bites of each other plates because we just had to keep trying everything! I was craving gnocchi and was beyond pleased with the cheeses and walnut in my dish. 10/10! The lemonade was house made and tasted way more refreshing and light than what you think of lemonade. The bread and fuzi sauce is just addicting. We couldn't stop eating!!! You must go!!!!! GO!!!!

"Simple Pasta" - Rigatoni Arrabbiatta with Chicken

Always a pleasure visiting Fuzi. My boyfriend and I wanted a nice, non-fast food bite before catching a movie and I immediately thought of Fuzi. I had their "simple pasta" --rigatoni arrabiatta with chicken--that was far from "simple." My man had their pesto tortellini special and loved how fresh and light the pesto was. For dessert, their panna cotta is so unique with the added pop rocks, and I can vouch for their tiramisu as well. This spot has a very home-y feel. The whole restaurant seats about 30 (I would say) and I am always treated like family when I'm here.

A humble hidden gem in fresh meadows. A few friends and I shared various pastas and all were great. It was well priced and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Delicious pasta, great service, cozy atmosphere! I really enjoy coming here for both dine in and take out. Their pasta is always made fresh, and their dishes are flavored well with good texture. The servers are very nice and accommodating. Their restaurant is nice and cozy. But they can still host larger parties by rearranging the tables. Price is reasonable for the amount and quality of food that you get. Highly recommended!

What a find! Stopped in while visiting from out of the area. Hubby and I were looking for some real-deal Italian comfort food. Fuzi hit the spot. The food was fresh, hand made, and delicious. At the recommendation from locals near us, we started with the mozzarella caprese and meatballs. For main dishes we tried the spinach gnocchi and the rigatoni Alfredo-ish (as they call it). Excellent! There were also daily deals that seemed to be available. Vegetarian options are on the menu. The space is inviting, though on the smaller side. It may be tight for a wheelchair, but doable. Staff was attentive and friendly.

3.5 really. It was easy to make a reservation for 9 people the day before. Although we took up half of the restaurant, almost.. there was only 1 waitress and at times it was too much for her... she walked away to help another table in the middle of taking out orders, took our appetizer plates and cutlery, brought out the mains, but forgot replacement cutlery... it was hard to order more drinks.. little thinks like that.. Okay, food.. the charcuterie was okay... the meats felt like they could have done better if they used Costco meats... the cheeses were good, the olives were good. The focaccia was delicious. The burata was yummy. They were great about mixing up the different pastas people wanted with different sauces... the fresh pastas were all good they had a special with lamb meat balls was the only one that wasn't good. The lemon shrimp parpaddelle was the group favorite...I personally love the arrabiata sauce... it is spicy... The tiramasu looked pretty... that's a fast as i would go though...

    Little Gem Caesar Salad

I've had difficulty finding good pasta in the area and was hoping this would be my ticket, but ultimately it was not. Let me start by saying I ordered takeout and the meal smelled incredible. Which made it all the more disappointing when it didn't taste incredible. -Little gem caesar salad: I know it's a little gem salad but I felt like it could have come a bit more mixed as a takeout option. The croutons are just four large croutons, which as a takeout option doesn't really seem to make sense. And as someone who eats a far amount of caesar salad, this was one of the thinnest caesar dressings I've had and definitely prefer it to have a bit more substance. - Ricotta cavatelli: This leaked everywhere out of the packaging so I'm not sure if it would have been more flavorful with actual sauce but by the time we ate it, it was pretty dry. The cavatelli was nothing special but without sauce, the broccoli rabe was just so bitter. I also can't imagine this dish without the optional $4.99 sausage, which should just be included not as an upcharge. - Chicken vodka sauce rigatoni: This was fine. The sauce didn't really blow me away. The pieces of chicken were a bit bigger than I would expect for a pasta dish like this. and the pasta itself was nothing notable.

Excellent small local spot in Fresh Meadows! Quaint space where you are greeted by fresh focaccia bread and sauce for dipping. The menu consists of an array of pasta dishes. All of our dishes were prepared well, with delicious taste and flavor. Pastas were delicious and servings were plentiful. Prices are fair and pastas are a great value in comparison to other Italian restaurants. There were desserts being prepared and we opted for two: tiramisu and the bomba lava cake. Both were delicious. Our waitress was very helpful and friendly.

The food was unbelievable. Great Italian food by a Syrian chef/owner. It couldn't have been better. Our waiter was great. He was very friendly. He was Chinese but pronounced the Italian dishes better than I do, and I'm Italian, lol. It's a small place, but very warm. You walk in, and it feels like you're walking into Sunday dinner.

I haven't tried them all, obviously -- too many coffee shops -- but what I have tried, and come back to, over and over, is the products of the amazing team at Posto. It's not just about the skillfully made drinks or the balance of flavors, the fresh, Italian-style coffee or the filled-to-order Italian donuts and Maritozzos (iykyk) -- it's the overall ambience. You come here to put down the screen and enjoy the moment. So often do we rush through our coffees, or even bring them to meetings, at the beck and call of the city's hustle. But at Posto the kind, talented, customer-first team asks you to slow down and escape all of that, to savor every sip of coffee in the classic Italian style. Walking in feels more like a poem than a cafe. Gone are the transactional, disingenuous "how are you's" and instead you get to discover all sorts of fun barista (and bar) creations, Tuscan products, and fresh pasta. The servers and owner are always read to provide a recommendation, and like in Italian cafes, they bring whatever treats and drinks you land on to you. (My favorite aperol spritz is also from Posto.) Outside, the peaceful garden hosts two large umbrellas. It's vibrant, as if you're in a neighbor's backyard and they are willing to share a colorful moment with you, birds chirping overhead. As I finished the last drop of my cappuccino this morning, I realized that forty-five minutes had passed, and every sip of coffee was just as good as the last. Thank you!

The things I usually look for in a coffee shop: a friendly neighborhood vibe, a nice place to work,…read morea stellar brew, and perhaps a delectable snack to go with it. I don't feel like Un Posto hits the nail on the head for any of these. The menu is incredibly confusing--one part is on a chalk board, another is written under the countertop, another two are printed out next to the register and they all say different things without explanations of what any of the drinks even are. I spent at least 10 minutes letting other folks in front of me at the counter because I was paralyzed by choices I didn't understand, luckily the baristas were able to provide clarity on some of them. They have cocktails, coffee cocktails, coffee drinks, and several food menus. We came hungry, only to see the sandwich menu taken away because they were out (this was at 3 pm, and they close at 7). This is such a New York thing, but if you're selling cocktails and groceries until the evening, running out of mortadella sandwiches is not the same as when Radio Bakery sells out by noon... Maybe it's me but I'm not particularly looking to get a plate of prosciutt and burrata with my coffee (which is what they had left), and the sandwiches here are supposed to be amazing and were the main reason why we chose this place. We had come here to co-work, but saw that there were no laptops allowed, not even in a specific window, just period. I take issue with this because for some of us, coffee shops are vital spaces not to get sucked into the void of our screens but to write, share ideas, and work in the company of our support system. The coffee I got was an Italian iced coffee with no milk and almond syrup, pretty good but a smallish portion. My friend's latte was white, and tasted like foamy milk with just a hint of espresso... very odd. Usually that cool pretentious European vibe results in delicious food and drink, so I expected to be blown away, but it was just okay. Some of the higher-up staff are quite snippy, doesn't seem like the kind of place where if you're a regular people know your name and want to chat. The accusatory sign in the bathroom really says it all. The best part of this place is the gorgeous back patio, but it's harder to enjoy it when you've walked into a place that already makes you feel like you don't belong there, implying you're a toilet-clogging laptop addict who doesn't know any coffee lingo. I could see stopping in to pick up some fresh pasta and grabbing a cappuccino to go, but what's the fun in that?

I'm in The Bronx and I'm going to stop at Borgatti's Ravioli for our Sunday dinner. Walking into the store, it's very small. There are high glass partitions, no touching just pointing.
