Was going to give three stars, but after abominable service, cold food, and disgusting drinks and having been mislead by the staff I'm dropping it to two. I found the food mediocre, but here is a quote from my grandmother who before today had a positive opinion of the place: "I vow to never go to Fuzio's again. That was disgusting." I had a laugh over that. Anyways, this is another place that tries to trick you by being flashy, but food made at home is better and cheaper than getting something here. The setting was nice. Not too fancy. The pizza was very delicious. The fries were good but not out of this world like some people say on here. The burgers were not as delicious as the pizza but they were good. The customer service was on top of things(seating, orders,drinks, etc) and very friendly. Yummy Food & Great Service I went in for dinner, but I wanted a burger and they don't have that on the dinner menu, but they hooked me up anyway! It was a great burger, juicy and full of flavor. Loved the pretzel bun too. My wife got Fish & Chips, and she was happy with them. The drink selection was pretty solid and I had a tasty draft beer. Corrin was the waitress who took care of my fiend and me and she had wonderful customer service and communication skills as she knew the menu very well, but also had a kind attitude. I ordered Fuzio's lavender cosmo and what a treat! the presentation and taste was beautiful! We ended up ordering two appetizers: the baked brie dip and the bacon-wrapped dates. Both were homeruns as they were both full of flavor and the brie was spreadable in how it was presented so I very unique treat! Have to say I shall certainly come back as the environment, location and ambiance was safe, inviting and great for either a casual or dressy lunch/dinner date. My husband and I came in tonight (a super busy Friday night) and sat the bar by the cooks. We have been here many times before but tonight watching them cook was amazing. The chefs were amazing and made sure everyone's food was perfect. They were so busy the owner put on an apron got back there and started helping them. We got here at about 3:30 in the afternoon on a monday, so it was a bit on the slower side(to be expected). We got in and we're immediately greeted by the man behind the bar, who let us sit anywhere of our choosing. We noticed that it was happy hour and decided to comprise our meal of appetizers, because they were half off. It was amazing! Everything was delicious, and 4 appetizers and a beer were all less than $25. I would absolutely be back and absolutely recommend this place to a friend. The food was amazing! We got the pork sliders, the Brussels sprouts with bacon and blue cheese, the potato fries, and the calamari. What a pleasant atmosphere and meal. The restaurant size is just right. Parking is local streets since it is a downtown location. I got the chicken. It is free range chicken and the has a texture of a real bird with tone. The flavor is supreme also not dry. The side veggies are tender and tasty. I will certainly return. Tried to go here after a show at the Gallo Center, put our name in for a table for 7. The hostess said it was a 20 minute wait. We asked if we could wait outside, she said yes we'll call outside. 30 minutes goes by, my wife goes back in to ask about the wait, and the young man at the front says he called our name and we weren't there. My wife says we were outside and were told they'd call outside, and he tells her that she didn't talk to him about that and that's out of his control. My wife asks if there's a table, and there was, so he tells her the problem now is that the cooks are behind. No apology, nothing. So my wife says never mind, and we left. Note to the manager... your front of the house needs work if they turn away 7 people at 630 in the evening. read more

Ordered their mac and cheese which was advertised at 1275 on the website. Got there to pick it up and they charged 1675 plus taxes which was $18 for an entree of mac and cheese it was maybe two and a half cups of mac and cheese if that. Their explanation was that they just raised the prices of everything in December and did not update their website. The worst part was that it was watery and grainy and that Kraft mac and cheese out of a box taste better than their mac and cheese. It was disgusting and after taking two bites of it we called and returned it for a full refund. The explanation was that the condensation from the lid of the container somehow could have caused the cheese sauce to get grainy. Ridiculousness oh, it doesn't work like that I've made mac and cheese at home from scratch and it's good 3 days after I've made it sitting in the frigerator. I will never eat here again read more

My husband and I popped in here for appetizers and drinks about a month ago. prior to our matinee movie at Brenden. We were seated immediately by a very friendly server. We ordered the Brussel sprouts appetizer, the Brie appetizer, a holiday cosmopolitan (server recommendation ) and a modelo. The food was DELICIOUS.... everything was fresh and the seasoning was on point. We went back about two weeks later and again... great service and amazing food. This last time we got the Brie again (too good to pass over)), the calamari, and the butter pecan cake. Oh my oh my oh my. The butter pecan cake is to... die... for... The drink we ordered a "Thyme for a Drink" was not to our liking and then when we ordered for something else made to feel bad about it. Hands down one of our favorite places to go for date night. I usually get the "Mary's Chicken" because I love the Parmesan risotto but they took it off the menu. The Bartender was awesome and subbed out the pasta for the risotto and made sure my food was exactly what I wanted.
