Thank you to the 3rd party contractor who got my solar system working again after Fuzion essentially held my service repair hostage. Fuzion refused to send a service technician or address my issue unless I signed a non-disclosure agreement. The reason? I left an honest review a few years ago. I was told I needed to sign the NDA and change my rating on that previous review before they would provide service in a timely manner. I paid out of pocket to have an independent contractor diagnose and repair the system. During that process he discovered several installation issues that were not up to code from Fuzion 's original installation. My experience has been that Fuzion is your best friend until the installation is complete. Once they've been paid, you're treated more like an inconvenience than a customer. Looking back, the constant management turnover should have been my first red flag. I don't enjoy writing negative reviews, but consumers deserve to know what happens after the sales process is over. customer service and accountability seem to disappear once the contract is signed. read more

I would choose zero stars but that wasn't an option. Highly frustrated. We had solar and artificial grass added to our home a couple years back. Everything seemed to be going fine during the whole process. We decided to put a bigger system then they recommended due to adding a pool a year later. Now to the problem. Last summer we had a leak that needed to be repaired due to their solar bracket. Company came out and stripped the solar. Issue after issue came from employees and failing to match our roof tile that were broke. We finally reached out saying we would have our attorney get ahold of them because it wasn't getting finished. They then got out there and buttoned it up. This caused us to lose a month and a half of solar production in some of the best producing months. Come true up time we now have a $2700 bill. We have now reached out to our sales agent which no longer works for them. He is trying to help get us reimbursement but is having no luck. We have made multiple calls and emails to get this sorted out. Fuzion dropped the ball and now we have to pick it up. If you are looking into to solar please do your homework. Fusion Energy came to my house asking if I wanted to add additional solar panels to my house. They worked up a quote and even offered a $1200 rebate if I sign up then. I signed-up, but I never received the rebate. The salesman, Joe Andrews, kept promising he would check on the rebate and let me know. He never came through, and it's been almost a year. Fuzion promised to paint the conduit to match the color of my stucco, which the never did. They did no install the panels as originally laid out. When I asked why, I never got a response. In addition, I caught one of their employees urinating in my back yard on a Ring camera immediately after they arrived to start work. Fuzion is not an honorable business. read more

I'm so happy I found this company - Solar is a hard thing for many of us to understand. Sometimes it feels like you're not getting it right. However - once my system was up and running, and checking with neighbors who used other companies, I discovered Fuzion was the best! The quality of the product and installation as well as the cost were great. In fact many of my neighbors are not sure what they bought, how it worked, or if quality and price were worth it. I had my solar installed some months ago and still so happy with my system, I want to upgrade my home to all electric using Fuzion. If I can rate 0 stars I would. Company hires contractors that don't know what they're doing! It took them 18 months to finish a job that normally takes anywhere from 3-5 months. Person that referred me to them didn't even get his referral fee even though they advertise they pay referral fee. They also promised to pay all the 18 months that I paid through financing company and they only paid 12 months. Worst Company ever! I will be submitting complaint to the CSLB next. I have all evidence on my emails to get compensation. I gave them the opportunity to make this right so now I proceed with legal action! read more

Fuzion Energy, the worst mistake you could ever make!! Let me start off by saying they told us we cannot leave a review of our choice because we signed a contract that forbids that. Well I got news for them. This house is as much mine as anybodys and I pay the Solar bill every month and if I want to leave a review for us, I will. We asked over and over about the broken out concrete on our patio, and the hole in the side of the house. They just kept saying we cant work on that until the inspections are done. Well after the inspections were done, nothing got done to our house. They left a huge hole in the patio, they left a big hole in the side of the house, and left shingles on the roof loose. They didnt even pick up the concrete they broke out of our patio. They left these huge pieces of concrete just setting in our yard. These weigh hundreds of pounds and were near 70 yrs old. So we now have to have the concrete redone and I had to fix the hole in the side of the house, and when i looked at our roof where they broke the shingles they screwed tek screws through the singles to hold them from falling off the roof. No roof mastic to seal it back or nothing. I contacted the Contractors State License Board and they told me that being there is no governing body for solar so they can pretty much do what they want, and say what they want, with no repercussions. At the end of the installation it got to the point they would not even speak to us about our install. We were told comments like "Apologies, due to the nature of your account, we are not equipped to have that conversation with you. Would you like to request to speak with Admins reguarding this inquiry? So we virtually could not speak to them about even the smallest detail without getting this response. Sound like somebody you want to deal with? I would hope not. Stay as far away from these people as you can. read more

Zero stars. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone after my experience. There was NO communication about the panel placement change on my roof. Even worse, they installed panels UNDER an eve, where the sunlight does not exist after 3pm. The inverter they originally installed did not work. And if i didn't call them to let them know the portal didn't look the same as my neighbors no telling how long it would have taken to notice it. It has been at least 3 weeks and the inverter is still not replaced. To their defense they have had it for about a week, the days they have scheduled (notified the day before) has not worked out. Which I'll give them, but as another reviewer has stated, I've had to call them and ask when the reschedule is going to be. I really am not happy with this process. I know things happen, but if you have the equipment, and haven't completed a project you already started you would get it installed and going. I'm sure companies who care about their customers would have the equipment installed by now. Not only that the loan company paid them the final payment after I specifically asked them to withhold until the inverter was fixed. I kick myself for not doing more research, don't be me. I initial wasn't interested, but had several questions. He was quick to get me the answers. In fact, I out him through the test and had several more questions over the next couple weeks. He was patient, and detailed in his response. I finally pulled the trigger. The contacting was efficient and detailed. the salesperson was really good at following up and pursuing me. Once I signed the contract...silence. The promised date of solar was delayed by two months. I messaged him twice with no response, after the third message and me saying I want to cancel...magically my phone rang. Supply issues were the culprit...why and how could they not know this? and why promise a date you can't deliver? then we get to the installation team. It's been two weeks and they are still walking around and banging on the roof. I'm on the second crew... who knows where the first crew went. They show up around 9 and then leave around 12 or so each day. Delay after delay... and no communication from the office. They called and said the inspector is coming for final approval... I said the panels aren't even on yet.. they said "really"? Yeah, really.... Maybe I'll do another update whenever they finish, give me another month or so. anyway, not professional, no communication and no follow through to promises. We used this company to put solar on our place in the mountains because of SCE always turning off the power because of fires. They have got to be the worst company out there in the solar business. It's been a year and a half since they started working on our place and there still not done. They have excuse after excuse. The owners Jason and Kirk don't answer calls nor do they call you back. There employee turn over is huge. They want you to sign a peace of paper stating you are satisfied with there work to get money they owe you. We was told we would get a $17,000 refund if we put batteries on our place so we did. And we still haven't gotten that. And there no help in getting it. Initially, this company is very sweet and responsive to their potential customers UNTIL you sign on the dotted line. I have been waiting for the installation of my turf since October 2023. That's five months ago. It was financed and they received their money, I received two things: EXCUSES AND DELAYS!!! I wanted to add more solar to my existing panels and replace my front yard with turf. I dealt with Austin, the sales rep. He told me things that weren't correct. When I decided not to proceed forward, Jason, the owner, stepped in and was able to persuade me. Once I signed on the dotted line, they rushed to add the solar panels, and then everything came to a halt. I've called the office manager several times about my frustrations until Jason finally called me. Their delays are because they had a "big" job, and now there's other customers ahead of me. They've been funded, however. I have no turf. My yard looks like a mess because I fired my gardener of twenty years, thinking my yard would be replaced with turf soon....NOT!!! Unless you don't mind being taken advantage of and dealing with so called delays, stay away from Fuzion. You'll be glad that you did!! read more

Terrible customer service. I have REPEATEDLY had problems with zero generation past my inverter. This company does not communicate, and OBVIOUSLY avoids putting the customer in contact with someone who has any authority. I've had the system for nearly 2 years and exactly 33% of the time there was ZERO generation. They blame software issues, then hardware issues, then replacement parts supply issues, all the while I'm losing money. They "replace" the inverter, then it doesn't work. The receptionist is playing cover for whoever is in charge, weeks without contact when I try repeatedly. When I threatened legal action I got a very quick call back. Imagine that.
