I can tell you that it was by far the best decision I've made hiring any company to do a job for me. I've was in construction for 20 years and am very piticular with how things are done and they were awesome from the start and now even after the install!!! I turned my system on but obviously I did something wrong because it didn't work, but I made one call and they came out the next day and it was working great. Everything i call i get an answer from my sales person or a call back very soon after. This was a big issue for me as every company but Jeff's took days and one weeks later to call me back. Only Jeff's salesperson was in contact with me everytime and everystep of the design and installation. So if youre wondering who you should choose for your solar company its Jeff's company!! They did my solar and replaced my electrical panel. Johnathan was my salesperson and he literally walked me through every step and was there to answer all my questions. We had one issue but they fixed it promptly. My solar/electrical panel is one of the cleanest looking on the block. 3 days ago, I posted on Nextdoor requesting advise and recomendations to replace an inverter that…read morewent kaput a few months ago. I received a direct message from Pro Power Solutions. I also received 2 responses on my original post. One homeowner recommended Simple Energy and Joe from Fuzion Energy also replied. After sending a message to Joe at Fuzion Energy, I have never heard back from him or the company. A representative from Simple Energy came by to evaluate the situation but seemed lost if the broken inverter could be replaced with a different brand / model as the broken inverter is out of production. I was getting frustrated. I managed to talk to Julio at Pro Power. He said he was booked all day but will call if an opening shows up. He called and showed up a few minutes later. Looking at the row of solar inverters, he explained what needed to be done and it was possible to use a different brand inverter to replace the broken one. Later in the evening, Julio sent me his quote which I accepted. He alerted me friday afternoon the equipment came in and asked if he could come out saturday morning to install the inverter. These guys are professional, prompt and arrived 10 minutes earlier than the appointed time. The installation was fast, it was done in about an hour. What took longer was updating the program which took about an hour or so. I would use Pro Power Solutions again if I have solar issues again. Thank you, Julio.

I've had nothing but trouble with the Solarcity and inverter that they've installed originally. They have now come to my home for sick service calls to try and fix this thing in the last 18 months. It doesn't work, it doesn't communicate with the online system to be able to monitor the system and now it appears as though it is not generating power at all. Six times they've been here and all six times they have failed and it just continues to take time to get them out here. They've replaced every component inside the inverter and now I've told them to replace the inverter with something state of the Art and current. They continue to just want to try and replace components. It's literally impossible to speak with anyone and everything is done online without a human in the loop. I absolutely hate Tesla. I wish I had never installed these panels or this system!

Thank you to the 3rd party contractor who got my solar system working again after Fuzion essentially held my service repair hostage. Fuzion refused to send a service technician or address my issue unless I signed a non-disclosure agreement. The reason? I left an honest review a few years ago. I was told I needed to sign the NDA and change my rating on that previous review before they would provide service in a timely manner. I paid out of pocket to have an independent contractor diagnose and repair the system. During that process he discovered several installation issues that were not up to code from Fuzion 's original installation. My experience has been that Fuzion is your best friend until the installation is complete. Once they've been paid, you're treated more like an inconvenience than a customer. Looking back, the constant management turnover should have been my first red flag. I don't enjoy writing negative reviews, but consumers deserve to know what happens after the sales process is over. customer service and accountability seem to disappear once the contract is signed.
