For the second time in two years, I've had a run in with this location's physically threatening manager, Juan. Today, while doing shuttles for J. Gilligan's for the Morgan Wallen concert at AT&T Stadium, we were told by the owner of J Gilligan's, who we were contacted to provide a shuttle service for, to park in a parking lot and come inside to get something to eat. This was the same location we parked at yesterday with no issues. Today was completely different. 5 minutes after we parked, Juan comes speeding up full of attitude and tells us that we can't park there. When we told him that the owner of J. Gilligan's told us to park there, he immediately got super aggressive. He was acting, quite frankly, like an ass. He then sped off up the parking lot and parked his truck. After parking his truck, he gets out and comes down to where myself and another driver are actually trying to get ready to leave and continues his verbal assault. One of his memorable lines was "F*** your mother," with a double middle finger. At another point, he actually tried to square up with myself and the other driver. By this time, several J. Gilligan's employees and the police department had come down to separate us. This guy is a complete loose cannon. He doesn't know how to talk to people and thinks he can intimidate people with threats of violence. This is the same guy that took my food two years ago and threw it up against a wall because he didn't include the burrito that I ordered through DoorDash. I talked to the regional manager after that incident and thought something would be done but I see that he's still there and still as violent as ever. Fuzzy's will never get another dime from me, I don't care what location it is. They continue to employ this reckless, loose cannon and don't seem to care. read more

I was in Arlington with my family for a little mini vacay and after a long day at Six Flags we were craving Mexican food. Not wanting to drive too far from the park I searched yelp for Mexican restaurants and came across Fuzzy's. When I tell you best decision ever... I mean it the food was delicious! We had the burritos and taco plates and were exceptionally satisfied with the meal. The prices were reasonable as well, the meals were good portions, and we got our food within minutes. The lady at the cashier was also very nice and patient with us while we were deciding what to order. Finding where to park was a little tricky however because of all the construction and very limited space at the entrance, but if you turn past the block and enter through the back you'll be good. I LOVE the Fuzzy's in Ft. Worth, so when Arlington opened with one, I was very excited about it. I will have to say, besides the "Butt Burnin Sauce", hardly anything is the same. It is "OK" food, and I eat there with friends when we want a cold beer and a couple of tacos. However, I wish it was more like the one in Ft. Worth. The beans and rice are way too bland (FW puts feta on theirs) and the grilled fish tacos always seem underdone to me. I will say that my favorite item is the vegetarian nachos -- I always ask for extra feta and these things can rock! read more

me and my husband are a fan of this place's tacos for sure. i love the mountain of lettuce and goodies they place in the small taco wrap and my husband really loves their chicken fajita tacos. i don't eat meat so i also love the amount of different options i have here. so far all of which are delicious, the only thing i have found to not exactly like is putting "fried rice" into a burrito, adds a pretty funky taste but its not inedible, you have the option to choose it and i gave it a chance, still yummy though ^-^ read more

Great food but I havent been to the Arlington location in 3 years due to how uncomfortable the staff made us feel. The hostess flirted with my date and the waiter with me. I understand being friendly is their job but this was more than friendly and it was only one sided. The hostess was only friendly with him and the waiter only friendly/flirty with me.
