Fast, friendly and always on point! Never had a bad meal here, the beer is always cold and the salsa is pretty damn good.

The food is good but the front desk service need to turn down the music and LISTEN to people ordering.

I was definitely blown away by some of their menu items. I usually try their weekly special taco as well as the crispy Mahi Mahi taco which always hit the spot (on flour tortillas)! The queso is not bad at all and their chips, coated in fuzzy dust, are always a must. What happened to the meat? We ordered the mahi tacos and there was such a small piece of grilled filet (1-2 the size of a fish stick or the size of your index finger ) we had to look for it. The queso that used to fill a cup to the top was barely 3/4 full. I get watching food costs, but one of the things we liked about Fuzzys was the quality and quantity for the price. Won't be going back anytime soon if ever. read more

Customer service is TERRIBLE. Waited for 30 minutes for my to-go order and when I finally inquired as to why I had an eternal wait they justified the wait with "our tickets got messed up. Where's your ticket?" Then I was passed from employee to employee. NOBODY was helpful and EVERYONE was rude and dismissive. My business was an inconvenience. NOT WORTH IT. The food is just average and almost always wrong in some way or another. There's always a problem with the service. We ordered online. That was easy and user friendly. I had the chicken bowl and it was fresh and yummy. We split the chicken nachos, a little soggy by the time we got home but that's to be expected. Disappointed for sure. We were super hungry when we got there. The gal at the cash register was impatient with our questions, so we tried to hurry through it. I asked if the enchilada green sauce was spicy and she replied 'I don't know. I've never had it.' So I ordered the enchiladas w/ Ranchero sauce. The Ranchero sauce was literally canned Dennison's meatless chili. It was awful. We scooped it off. The rice was steamed Uncle Bens but palatable. Our daughter ordered the taco plate and she said they were good, until she noticed the ranch dressing on her plate??? She could only assume they put it in her tacos?? Never going back. Sorry Fuzzy's. Came here for a late lunch, brisket tacos were excellent case so was excellent but the chips were stale,, won't do that again,, and for the price I really don't think the price was justified open and $12 and something cents for a meal that's not everything it should be. Also the dining area and lots of tables it still had dishes and things on them and had not been cleaned up her picked up, the cashier look like somebody had been sucking on a lemon, very sour face and unfriendly, if I'm not right there by the place I will not go out of my way to go back to this particular location, if I'm that hungry I think I'll wait and go to Mojo's, which is not very pricey and seems to get more value for your money Overall nice quick and fairly quiet lunch but still pricey. read more

Horrible, horrible service. My order never reached the kitchen staff, so I had to wait twice as long for my dish. Unacceptable when there were only 2 other tables present... Burrito was cold. Hate the atmosphere...The staff constantly talks about how hungover they are, how much they drank the night before, etc while they slack off, regardless if there are several families (with small children) present. Just awful. No sense of professionalism, always yelling at each other and throwing pens at the other staff. I understand having fun in the workplace, but come on. If your job is to take orders and make burritos, I don't understand how they could mess it up so badly. Not coming back to this location. Will go to the Berry Street location. read more

This Burleson location is not as good as the Berry St. location, which is two blocks from the TCU campus and has a great college hangout atmosphere, but the food and atmosphere are pretty good. I don't consider this Tex-Mex, but more authentic Mexican food so it's not for everyone. The fish tacos are great. they come with either grilled or tempura fish, lettuce, tomatoes, grated cheddar, a really good garlic sauce and feta sprinkled on top. It's the sauce & feta that set these apart. They also serve breakfast and the Migas are great. Very nice selection of bottled & draft beer and fantastic margaritas. Tried the new dessert of churros with vanilla ice cream. Pretty good. The churros were warm & crispy and it came drizzled in chocolate sauce which is always a plus. Only problem with the Burleson location is parking. It's actually on the edge of a residential area so you might have problems finding a space if you go on a busy night. read more

I have heard a lot of hype about this place, so my wife and I finally made the round. Frankly, I think the hype is overrated, much like In and Out Burger. I was not particularly impressed with the food, or atmosphere. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't offensive or anything, but nothing special either. Fish wrapped in a tortilla... whopppe. I don't eat meat, so I ordered a grilled veggie burrito with no cheese. It tasted pretty good until I found a chunk of beef in my burrito that was not supposed to be there. So gross. I didn't say anything, but I probably should have done so. It was loud inside, so we went to the patio. The patio was nice, and quiet enough that we could talk to one another. The parking situation is bad. People often park at the church across the street and walk across Renfro. It's hard to give a good review to a restaurant that doesn't even get the order right so let me just say that the chorizo on my little tacos was very good. The sauce was thin and very vinegary like the sausage sauce at Southside Market in Elgin. That's good for sausage but not good for tacos. This used to be my favorite Mexican restaurant in Burleson, but the cigarette smoke is getting out of hand. Fuzzies taco shop was just OK nothing special. They did have some good brisket tacos which everybody seems to have in the area anyway.

I hate writing anyone a bad review. Especially being a server myself. But this location has gone downhill, fast. The staff at the front has been rude on more than one occasion. The employees act as thought they would rather be somewhere else. The food just isn't the same quality as it used to be. Seriously lacking in customer service. The manager used to always be present and come check on tables. The last few times we have visited there hasn't been a manager in sight. Just all around bad. read more

We drove around the building about 3 times and there is literally only about 15 spaces to park. We left without even grabbing a bite. Foodie says- management please take this advice as a way to understand how to improve bc I like your food.....when done properly. I have eaten at several Fuzzy locations around the metroplex w Berry St being the best hands down. I've eaten at this location at least 10 times. Here's your problem- THE FOOD IS ALWAYS COLD. Every time, all the time. Sometimes if your lucky it's lukewarm. And I'm not exaggerating. Every time every visit. Taco meat cold to the touch, delicious but lukewarm queso. Seriously this is a easy product to produce, slap the meat on the grill for a bit. Seriously again it's always cold. That's a big deal, a really big deal. I pay attention to restaurants bc I love food, I love eating out. I've noticed your parking lot being fairly empty. My impression is you are struggling. Maybe I'm wrong, I hope I am. Bc I truly like the concept and really enjoy the food when it's hot like Berry St. But if every time I go the food is cold, I would guess I'm not the only person that feels this way. Get your food hot and I bet you see more people coming back and you make more money. I want to see this place succeed. I was very excited when I found out Burleson was getting a Fuzzys. Got to hit the new Fuzzy's in town the week it opened. Went for lunch but it was still so new that the line was a little crazy. As usual, the tacos were great, the staff was accommodating even if a little rushed. The only problem I see with it, is parking! The building they are in has a few, other than that, you're likely going to be parking on the street down the block a little bit. Nothing worse than I've had to do on lower Greenville in Dallas though. I'm already craving it again! Looks like another visit will be in store soon :) read more
