Extremely slow! No one is at the counter when people arrive. Place is somehow overcrowded yet the restaurant is overrated. Chips and queso is disgusting (it has lots of calories too). One was a breakfast taco, another was a bean and cheese, another was a fish taco - you get the idea. My lady and I wanted to eff around with some good food, but boy oh boy did we find out. I don't know what happened but we both got mad sick after eating this food. And again, it's not even like we were eating the same tacos together. She had the breakfast taco and I had the bean and cheese one. She went straight to the vomit-hole ten minutes later. I've been queasy all night and morning. Not impressed by the $5 happy hour grilled shrimp or steak tacos. The steak was chewy and the shrimp wasn't flavorful. The ground beef nachos is good for the price. I just had my first, and likely last, visit to Fuzzy's. I ordered online for pickup during my lunch break. When I arrived, the place was pretty empty, so I was helped quickly. My order was packed up nicely, although it did not come with plastic silverware or napkins - definitely a bummer to discover when I got back to the office! I got an order of chips and queso and the pulled chicken burrito bowl. The chips and queso were good, but pretty standard. The burrito bowl was awful. There was about an inch of liquid at the bottom of the bowl, so it turned out to be a soggy mess. It did not have a lot of flavor either other than saltiness. This was a total miss for me. I would rather get Chipotle or Qdoba next time I'm in the mood for a burrito bowl. read more

Three of us went last night, a Friday night, to Fuzzy's because it was a Friday in Lent. We placed our order at 7:44 pm. It took more than 30 minutes to get our order. There were many order numbers higher than ours that were called ahead of us. We ordered 3 shrimp tempura tacos, 2 grilled shrimp tacos, and 1 grilled shrimp burrito. My wife checked on the order with the cook and was told they had no more grilled shrimp and they might not have enough for the burrito. When we finally got our order, there were 4 tempura shrimp ( we were charged for 4 instead of 3) and the grilled shrimp tacos looked like veggie tacos, 3 tiny shrimp in one of the grilled shrimp tacos still with the tail on. The other grilled shrimp tacos looked had 2 tiny shrimp. Very noisy and quite a lot of beer being consumed. Much more so than what we have seen in the past. Clearly the management is NOT focused on food service. This is the last place in the TCU area that you should go to for food. read more

I've been a longtime fan of this Fuzzy's location, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. My friends and I (a group of six) arrived around 9 PM after a pickleball match, well before their 10 PM closing time, intending to have a quick dinner. Unfortunately, the service we received was unwelcoming from the start. Our server seemed visibly annoyed that we were ordering, rushed us to make our selections, and told us it was "last call" for food and drinks with little notice. However, we later watched other tables--including a group of TCU students and the server's personal friends--continue ordering without issue. To make matters worse, one of the server's friends grabbed my friend's hair on their way out, then stood outside laughing and staring while the server joined in. The servers friends then came inside and confronted us, trying to start a fight. We received no help diffusing the situation by staff. Furthermore, when we calmly said we'd finish our nearly empty drinks before leaving, the server returned with a manager who was equally dismissive and insisted we leave immediately. We were told to take our drinks to go, then yelled at when we attempted to do so. The manager then threatened to call the cops on us but wouldn't provide a reason why when we calmly asked. The entire experience felt unprofessional, inconsistent, and frankly uncomfortable. As a Fort Worth local who has enjoyed this spot for years, I was truly disappointed by how we were treated. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as this kind of behavior drives away loyal customers. read more

I ordered through uber eats. I've been at hospital for a couple days. I ordered the big bacon and Chorizo taco. Let me tell you it ain't big at all. The photos are deceiving. Sides are way too small. These proportions are not even qualified as the actual health food propositions they say you should have. This was so disappointing specially that I've been taking care of my loved one. Went in on my 30 minute lunch break today to get 2 tacos. Ordered at 12:25. At 12:50 went to the counter to get a refund because I had to get back to work on the jobsite that was across the street. The manager was there and took to doing the refund explaining that they just had $1000 catering order come in that they had to get out so my order was delayed. Not the numbers before my order nor the numbers after my order but somehow my order. Basically what I heard from Austin the manager was we'd rather take care of this once in a while catering order than take care of the customers who come in and order every day. Maybe he should just open a catering business. Usually the way things work is you have a couple of people take care of the catering order and a couple of people still taking care of the customer that walks in. I mean you did have 2 cooks and 2 people bagging and setting countertop orders. I mean I by no means am a manager of a restaurant but apparently neither was Austin. Well lesson learned since there are so many other choices in the vicinity that will probably serve their walk in guests much better than this place does. I am not one to write reviews, but felt it was needed to warn others who may be thinking about eating here. It is sad to see Fuzzy's service on the decline. We use to enjoy eating here, but recently have noticed the huge lack of service and receiving wrong orders. Our most recent order from online was a complete disaster, with an hour wait there (even after talking to Tyson, the manager, multiple times during the wait... who blamed the cooks and even said they had fired one recently) and with an unwelcome surprise of the wrong order when we got home...when we called to let him know, he said to call back the next day to talk to the GM bc he couldn't help, and then hung up on me. Ok so my husband ordered 2 fajita chicken tacos. Flour tortillas. No tomatoes. Instead, he got shredded chicken. Ok no big deal. He went back to the counter to switch them out for what he asked for.
