    Burnt sausage patties
    Kip K.

We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was terrible. Eggs were burnt on the outside and raw on the inside, I had them remake them and then the were hard like a boiled egg. Sausage patties were also burnt. A GM (Chris) came over to our table after I flaged him over. He said he was sorry and would take care of our breakfast. I already paid for this breakfast in the fee that we paid for a hotel room. So really he didn't take care of anything. I put a review on Google and it pissed him off. We also had a free breakfast for the next morning that we already paid for and didn't use it. Stay away from this restaurant.

    Side Caesar salad

I stayed in the new Hilton and came for dinner. There were not many customers and no hostess. Took a couple of minutes for a server to come out and seat me. The servers are all very sweet but the food is not that good. The side Caesar salad had this thick dressing that was too tangy to be a Caesar dressing. And it was definitely not good. Ribeye was cooked as requested (medium rare) and it was above average. But it lacked seasoning (I added my own salt and pepper) and it's pretty small (thin cut) for the price. The mashed potatoes were very sticky and had a weird texture. Not fluffy. The vegetables were the only good thing on the dish. Breakfast was a little worse. They only had one server for the whole place and it took a while to get seated and food cooked. The omelet was a large size but just average. Server was also sweet and nice.

I was staying here for a few days and stopped in for a meal. Food was great and quick service. No complaints

Great food, couldn't believe how uncrowded it was on a Friday night. You're missing out.

It seems they need a little more practice. The server was nice, the food was nothing to go back for

The newest thing on the menu that I love: Grilled Salmon Bowl. The coconut rice it comes with is delicious, the salmon is cooked perfectly, and the sauce it is topped with is so flavorful. So, after a few minutes, we just went and sat ourselves, which apparently, is what we should have done in the first place. Once seated, a server was "Johnny on the spot" taking our drink order. Another server took our food order. A third server tried to take another drink order. In all, I think 5 servers stopped by our table for one thing or another. My wife loved her Santa Fe Chicken wrap. She managed to eat half of it. The only downside was the wrap easily unraveled. The wrap literally fell apart in her hands. I appreciated the option of getting grilled fish rather than fried. My sandwich was large, with a substantial filet. The sandwich was served with lettuce, tomato & pickles on a toasted bun. My side of fries was large, served hot & crispy. So, Harry's offered good food. Cold beer. And good service. Harry's is a worthwhile stop.

Seating was available inside and out - accessible seating for those in a wheelchair would be difficult indoors due to limited space - tables are very close together. We elected to sit indoors due to the heat and had no trouble finding an available table. Our server was Greg and while the restaurant was not crowded - he was covering table tables both inside and out - which meant he would disappear for long periods of time. While he did his best to cover everyone appropriately, I believe the manager should reevaluate table coverage for a superior dining experience. The menu provides ample selection of items to order. I would highly recommend the large pretzel as an appetizer. We ordered the Cuban sandwich with potato salad and a chicken sandwich with waffle fries. I mentioned to Greg that I was lactose intolerant and he was able to accommodate by ensuring he would mention to the chef that no diary should be used in preparation. Both sandwiches arrived with no issues - with the only complaint being that the potato salad was very bland. Other than that, all went well. Overall, the food was good - fairly straightforward bar food. During peak times - seating will be limited, possibly non-existent. If you try Pearl Street Taphouse go during off-peak hours for the best service and seating options.

A group of four that arrived after us was served, and left before our waitress brought our food. Our waitress was pleasant enough, but she was a ghost - we rarely saw her. Even water was slow to arrive. One man in our party went to his car to get his own water bottle. The fish nuggets in the fish and chips were not done. Potato salad had little flavor. The huge pretzel was a hit, but not much else. Too bad. We had high hopes. Addendum: the owner's response is basically the same excuse she's repeated to nearly every less than good review. 1,) I wish I'd read reviews first, 2,) they should actually work on improving food and process rather than making excuses if they don't want to close the doors.

Our order was taken as you walk in. Can do food and drinks, you get a number. Pick a spot to eat and they find you. Nice saloon type setting interior, nicely lighted and somewhat cozy atmosphere. Ordered wing, double smash-burger and fish filet for us. Wings were for sharing. Others got chicken melt sandwich w/slaw and a slider and salad. All was prepared great and arrived hot. All the food was really good! One of the best smash-burgers I've had! The wings were meaty and good dipping sauce, however I didn't care for the cinnamon taste in the wings-just not my cup of tea. But they were still good. Service was well executed!

The staff there are always so incredibly welcoming and the vibe is absolutely chill. O'Sheas makes for a great place to take friends or family with lots of various places to sit and have a delicious beer from their selection or bar food. On this trip I decided to try the Tavern Smash Burger (American Cheese, Caramelized Onions, Pickle, Tarter sauce on a potato bun) and for an appetizer I went with their Guinness Beer Cheese that comes with a very nice sized pretzel loaf which I've never had before. The food was extremely tasty and definitely items I would order again. It's counter service here so expect to order your food and pay for it right away at the counter (unless you want to keep a tab open if you plan on drinking) It's a pretty chill place and it too loud or noisy at least not on this evening. It I could imagine that would change if there is a game on at the moment which I'd expect. I absolutely recommend if you're looking for a great place that has very delicious bar food with a very helpful and friendly staff that you should make it a point to stop at O'Shea's.
