Nothing is flush. There's a gap between the bumper and the trunk that is visible with the lid open. The bumper doesn't line up with the body on the driver's side and the taillight on the passenger's side is not flush. To Bill's credit, he has tried very hard to make this right but at some point we have to accept that they simply do not have the ability to return my car to it's pre-accident condition. I was interested that the shop performed their own paint work and was skeptical that they could match my car's unique red metal flake finish. The technician assured me that they do their best but let me know it may be a slightly different shade in certain lighting conditions. I was definitely a bit worried, but it turns out that they did an excellent job. I got a call about a week later that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was so happy with the results of my repair! The bumper matches the rest of the car perfectly and the workmanship is second to none. I couldn't be more pleased. What's more - they matched their quote within about $50. You just can't beat that. Gerber turned out to be an excellent choice. I kind of wish I got rear ended harder so they could have done more work on the car (I'll be careful what I wish for).
