    Crash Champions Collision Repair Milpitas

Got rear ended and had car towed to Crash Champions as I live near them. Have never used them…read morebefore and hadn't read any reviews. Ricardo was my advisor and I received my estimate within 2 days and the work was completed within 2 weeks. Car looks great and would use them again if needed.

Not the best experience this time around. I had to get my car repaired twice in two months because…read moreI was backed into the first time, and the second time, my car was broken into. I only came back here because they had open appointments and my first fix went decently well. When I walked in, the front desk (I believe her name was Ruth) gave me immediate attitude, greeting me with an irritating "back again, huh?" The first repair was fine, but this second visit was incredibly difficult due to the staff giving me a hard time. Because this was a vandalism claim, they needed my adjuster to approve the damages since my key fob was crowbarred out and my back side panel was hit as they sped away. The front desk was strangely suspicious of me for no reason. Even after my GEICO adjuster gave verbal approval over the phone to proceed, they demanded it in writing. That requirement is fine, but they were very hostile while I was on the phone trying to handle it, constantly shooting each other looks. Ricardo was the damage estimator, and he echoed the same rigid demands as the front desk. Dealing with that kind of attitude on top of an already stressful situation was exhausting. To his credit, once everything cleared up, Ricardo did apologize for giving me a hard time about the adjustment issues, which I genuinely appreciated. His damage assessment was quick and straightforward, and he even pointed out a crack in my bumper from a separate collision that I hadn't noticed. However, I wasn't a fan of his pushy upselling. My window had been swiped a while back, and he tried to sell me on an out-of-pocket repair for it. I gave him a strict budget I'd be open to, but he still offered a price way over that limit. The physical repair work itself turned out really well, it did take about a week however--the key fob and panel look smooth. My main issue with the car post-repair was noticing my average MPG dropped from 35.1 to 33.0. Since my trip meter calculates that average over an 8-9K mile span, a drop that big means they were burning gas heavily or idling the AC for a long time while they had it. On top of that, they made it mandatory to break my wheel lock to access the back door panel, since the vandals had stolen my lock key along with my manual. Ricardo explained this to me extensively at the time, but I later learned you can just go to the dealership and buy a single replacement key for $35. Because they broke it, I was forced to buy a whole new set for around $80. Thankfully, I haven't had any road incidents since. While the repair quality is there, the hassle, pushy sales, and poor customer service mean I'll likely go somewhere else in the future.

I had my car transferred here and The great auto body, like their name saved my car. There were able to fix the car and now it looks completely new! They made the repairs extremely efficient using genuine Ford OEM parts! They worked with me every step of the way and are extremely budget friendly! Would recommend to anyone still in doubts!

They gave me a quote right away and were able to start working on my car the following week. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to other shops. I was originally quoted $1,400 somewhere else to fix the dent on my body line, but this shop's price was about 40% less. They also took care of a few other minor dings on the passenger side for free, which I really appreciated. Once my car was finished, they texted me a picture of it and even had it cleaned before I picked it up. The work came out great, and the whole process was easy and stress-free. I would definitely come back if I ever need body work done again, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and professional auto body shop.

I chose this shop because of the good reviews, but I was completely misled. Eventually, I realized…read morethis place is a Highly Professional Scam Gang, Carlos and his fellows, working all together to Scam you wherever possible. Parts installed may not be what they say, and the Work Progress tracking and Reviews etc.. are Just Gimmicks. I was cheated and spent more Times and money than I should have. Please be Extra careful bringing your car here could turn into a never-ending money drain, time and you may end up frustrated with issues that are never resolved. Again, Remember what I said "They are a Professional Scam Gang", you won't even realize you've been cheated unless you have a certain level of knowledge about your vehicle

10/10 I highly recommend this shop to any Lamborghini, Audi, Ferrari or McLaren owners…read more I own a high-end supercar with complex engineering, and after discovering catastrophic frame damage due to faulty factory welds, I began searching for a shop that could handle such a serious repair. Every other shop I visited quoted me astronomical prices -- until I found Fix auto Fremont Warm Springs. From the moment I met Carlos (the owner) and Pancho (the technician), I knew my car was in the right hands. Not only were they confident in tackling the job, but their quote came in at nearly half the cost of what everyone else was charging. They didn't just stop at the frame -- they also took care of the suspension repairs, air conditioning, and expertly repainted a few panels that needed attention. The quality of their work speaks for itself. The repairs were done quickly, professionally, and under budget, which is almost unheard of in the world of exotic car repair. Throughout the process, Carlos and Pancho kept me informed every step of the way, making the experience smooth and stress-free. If you own a supercar or any high-end vehicle and want honest, skilled craftsmanship at a fair price, I highly recommend Fix It Auto. These guys are the real deal.
