Happy new owners with our great sales representative Blake Weeks.

we needed to replace our previous car (also purchased from them) and we couldn't be happier! a few years ago, after some good friends purchased vehicles from CarMax, we were in the market and met with a CarMax representative. He found a vehicle we liked and scheduled to have it brought in. On our way home, we stopped at Enterprise Car Sales and they had exactly what we wanted - only 2 years newer, fewer miles, and lower price - than CarMax. We drove away in it. This picture is our 3rd car from them.

Car buying made easy. The entire staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Ive bought two vehicles from Dylan H. and have had zero issues with the price, the selection and the buying process. The prices cannot be beat, selection is nation wide and the enterprise guarantee leaves you feeling confident that you bought a great vehicle at a great price. Samantha C. is the financial guru that will ease you through all the paperwork with the best options and wisest choices. Cannot recommend them enough. Get in there and get your new car today.

Thanks Shaun and the rest of the Enterprise staff!!!

Scenario: We purchased a vehicle from CarMax and it was in Columbus, OH. We paid the transfer fee to have it brought to Louisville. It took 2+ weeks, multiple phone calls and follow-ups, and several false starts to actually get it transferred. The local team reimbursed the transfer fee and did what they could to make it right. Corporate CarMax, help these guys out and fix how your departments work together to support your local teams who are in front of customers.

I have previously purchased cars from CarMax so I went back........Big mistake! I was greeted at…read morethe door and I was asked? Are you working with any salesperson? I said No so the gentleman said "well I can help you. I knew what I wanted to test drive so I explained to this salesperson and he retrieved the vehicle from its place on the lot. He didn't tell me he had to jump start it........ I test drove the vehicle and they evaluated my trade in. During the test drive I asked the salesperson what route people usually take. He told me he was new to the area and didn't know the streets. (You would have thought that was part of the training!) After the test drive I was told how much my trade was valued so I agreed and completed the paperwork for the purchase. After completing the paperwork I was waiting for the car to be brought up to the area where I could drive off. However........the car wouldn't start. The battery was dead. So the salesperson told me I could pick up the car the following day - they would replace the battery. He explained that service would have it ready when they opened at 10:00am. I arrive at 10:00 to complete the sale and pick up the car............I have my vehicles titled in my revocable trust. So the person in the business office asked me if my Wife was with me? I told her No it wasn't necessary. She then told me it was necessary. Another person in the office actually looked at my "Certificate of trust" to see that I am a Trustee and either Trustee can sign! (Again, you would think people in the business office would be trained!) Then I was told the car wasn't ready............they requested I go get a late breakfast! They admitted to not knowing the car needed service. Needless to say I could not understand how a Customer buying a Major Asset would be treated this way! I left before I said something unpleasant. While having my "late breakfast" I received a text telling me they ordered a battery and were waiting on it to be delivered! They would contact me after the Service Dept installed the battery. Needless to say I did not buy the car. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER ! I left and went to Bachman Hyundai in Jeffersonville and purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe.

Purchased a used Mercedes GLC from this dealership in January 2025 for my daughter's first car, and…read morewhat followed has been one of the most incompetent, dishonest, and unprofessional experiences I have ever encountered with any business. The first red flag should have been the sales process itself. Ross altered numbers, overcharged us, and provided inaccurate figures both on paperwork and to the loan company in order to secure the sale. When the discrepancy was discovered and we demanded it be corrected -- because yes, $200 matters when you are already handing over a $9,000 down payment -- instead of fixing the error properly, we were brushed off with promises of a "free oil change" that was never honored. The ONLY smart decision made during this purchase was buying the extended warranty Ross pushed so aggressively. Since purchasing the vehicle, my daughter has been stranded on the interstate, we've dealt with towing expenses, repeated breakdowns, and multiple major mechanical failures. While frustrating, I understood that used vehicles can have issues, and I was thankful we had the warranty coverage. That's where this dealership somehow became even worse. When scheduling service, I clearly documented every issue with the vehicle, including warning lights and mechanical concerns. The car remained there for over a week. Ross personally called to say the vehicle was "completely fixed," the warranty had paid approximately $2,300, and everything was ready for pickup. My daughter drove 45 minutes, paid the deductible, got into the car... and absolutely nothing had been repaired. The dashboard was still lit up like a Christmas tree. After confronting them, the explanation was essentially that they somehow collected money from BOTH the customer and the warranty company while simultaneously "missing" every actual repair request. We AGAIN documented every issue in writing and made it abundantly clear what needed repaired. Another week passes. Jacob then texts saying the vehicle is "100% ready this time." The level of disrespect, arrogance, and lack of professionalism from him throughout this process was astounding. Dismissive, rude, degrading, and completely lacking basic customer service skills. He proudly tells me the warranty paid "another $4,000." And yet AGAIN -- the vehicle was STILL not repaired. The invoice itself listed: * Oil leak * Failed electric water pump * Collapsed motor mount * Rear wiper failure * Coolant pump issues * Air compressor problems * Front wheel speed sensor failure * Rear brake pad sensor * Starter battery excessive resistance * Lower oil pan leak Yet somehow, despite thousands being billed and collected, the vehicle was STILL returned unfixed. Ross's explanation? "I knew the air was the priority." The AIR was the priority? Not the active oil leak? Not the failed water pump? Not the issues that could destroy the engine or create a serious safety concern for a teenage driver? At this point, I genuinely cannot tell whether this dealership operates through incompetence, fraudulent warranty billing, deliberate deception, or some combination of all three. The car has now been there for nearly a MONTH and still has not been properly repaired. After happily selling the warranty and repeatedly agreeing to complete repairs, they are now suddenly claiming they are "moving away from warranty work." We are now involving an attorney because we are out thousands of dollars while being given the runaround by people presenting themselves as professionals while operating with absolutely no integrity, accountability, or honesty. Please do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY from this dealership. Disgusting experience from start to finish.

I went with my nephew to make sure he didn't get taken advantage of since he didn't have much experience buying a car. With Idrive, I think he would have been fine without me. Almost everybody dreads walking into a car dealership because you're expecting the high pressure and sales tricks? Idrive was different. Dealing with their sale representative Liz and owner Edgar was a pleasure. They were straight forward and transparent about the sales process and offered us a great car at a very fair price. They were professional and got the paper work don't quickly so we weren't forced to wait unnecessarily. I will definitely give them a shout the next time I'm looking for a car.

Thrilled with My 2026 Genesis GV70 - A True Luxury Standout…read more I recently purchased the 2026 Genesis GV70, and I genuinely couldn't be happier. Having previously owned both BMW and Mercedes vehicles, I can confidently say that Genesis has raised the bar--especially with their standard trims. The GV70 doesn't just compete with legacy luxury brands; it outshines them in ways I didn't expect. Why I Switched I was initially set on sticking with a brand that had a long-standing luxury reputation--BMW, Volvo, Mercedes, etc.--but that mindset turned out to be my first mistake. The GV70 has completely changed my perspective. It delivers everything I wanted in a luxury SUV and more, with a level of refinement and performance that rivals (and in many ways surpasses) the competition. Buying Experience: White Glove All the Way From the moment I walked into their new facility--which feels more like a spa than a dealership--I was treated with exceptional care. I worked with David Kim, who was an absolute professional. He listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered exactly that, without any pressure or upselling. I opted for the standard trim, which included features that were non-negotiables for me:     *    Wireless Apple CarPlay     *    Heated seats     *    Stunning vanilla interior (I'm obsessed!)     *    Crystal-clear backup camera     *    Adaptive cruise control The GV70 drives like a dream--an SUV with the soul of a sports car. David was transparent, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I got what I wanted. He even introduced me to features I didn't know I needed. He even followed up with me well after the sale to see if I had questions or needed anything else! Financing Made Easy Justin Park handled the financing, and although our interaction was brief, it was seamless. His enthusiasm for the Genesis brand--he owns one himself, as does his mom--was contagious and added to the excitement of the purchase. Delivery & Setup After the sale, Trey walked me through every detail of the car. He helped set up my profile, connect my phone, taught me how to use voice commands, and even installed the app for me. He made sure I felt confident and comfortable before driving off--and invited me back anytime for a refresher. Final Thoughts From start to finish, this was the kind of car-buying experience everyone hopes for. Every person I encountered congratulated me like I had just joined an exclusive club--and honestly, it felt like I had. Genesis has truly redefined what luxury means, and I'm so glad I made the switch.

The biggest downside is that diagnosis appointments can be difficult to get, but after trying another Hyundai location, I can understand why they're so booked. I recently attempted to work with the Dixie Highway location, and the experience was disappointing. Coming back to Oxmoor Hyundai reminded me why I continue to return. The service is worth the wait. I was able to schedule my maintenance appointment within the same week, which was a pleasant surprise. I chose to wait instead of arranging a ride, and the waiting area was comfortable with snacks and refreshments available, making the experience much more convenient. I've also been dealing with a frustrating issue since purchasing my car. One tire consistently loses a significant amount of pressure. I've had it checked multiple times and was told it simply needed air, but even after replacing the tires, the same issue continues. I appreciated that the service team allowed me to add this concern to my maintenance appointment instead of requiring me to schedule a separate diagnostic visit.
