I had a terrible experience with Sedona Spas and owner Ross Herman. My 5-year-old spa developed a…read morestructural crack, which independent inspectors, including a licensed contractor, attributed to poor installation and a lack of proper foundational support. Despite our findings, Ross Herman repeatedly dismissed it as a "surface crack." He then blamed the issue on our pre-existing pergola and water drainage system, which were in place prior to installation and never flagged as a problem. I was particularly concerned to learn that Arizona law requires an ROC license for projects of this size, which Sedona Spas lacked at the time of our installation. I filed a complaint with the ROC, which resulted in a warning letter being sent to the owner. The advertised 20-year shell structure warranty was also misleading; the actual warranty is prorated and very limited. As our spa's structure is compromised and must be removed, I have requested a refund four times, but have been denied. This is the worst product and service experience I have ever had."

My complaint is with the new pricing... They did increase the cost of the cleaning which I can appreciate as everyone is raising prices and if that had been all, would still be using them. What grinds my gears is the added $75.00 trip charge now in place. They did several hot tubes in my area and each of us paid the trip charge. So, they made an extra $150.00+ or more on the same trip. To me this almost price gouging. All of use where within 10 miles of each other, we are only 33.2 miles from the office. They have to drive farther to north Phoenix. Anyway, found someone local who is half the costs for the same service.

I found Price busters pool and spa, many miles from my house and stopped in. I had visited many independent shops before trying price busters with out any success. I need to say that from the moment I walked into the shop I was treated so nicely from the young lady at the reception desk. Then the owner help me right away. He knew in minutes what I needed and supplied me the part. I discovered that I needed more parts to finish the jobs. I drove back and they helped me with the new parts and helped me install it at the store. Old fashion expertise and friendly people. I wish I lived closer. We did and it worked! Needed a few replacement parts and they had those too. Expensive but these parts are hard to find and we needed them. They were very helpful! We won't go anywhere else.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the Leslie's pools on East Indian School Road. The staff and management at this location are focused on quality customer service and not on just trying to sell you products. In particular I want to say thank you to Jayden, the young man who helped us on that first day. When we came in we were feeling pretty desperate with a green pool and a pool service that had done nothing to remedy this disaster in the 5 days since we had returned home from a short holiday trip. Jayden's calm and professional manner took the edge off our frustration as he carefully outlined the steps we would be taking to reclaim our pool from swamp to blue oasis! This young man knows his pool chemistry and the art of balancing the water correctly. He has a thorough understanding of the science of pool water and the local Phoenix environmental factors affecting our pool. Each subsequent trip we have looked forward to Jayden's assistance. I am appalled how bad my pool maintenance has been.I pay $150 dollars a month and live out of…read morestate so I relied on "Pool Troopers!" to maintain the 3 basic C's of my pool condition. circulation cleaning and chemicals. absolutely appalled. the chlorine is so high it's unhealthy to swim it a simple dip test showed. the water is super hard (I had them empty and replace only less than a year and I paid for that too) the pool vacuum I have doesn't work anymore and I wasn't informed. I live out of state and rely on these people to be honourable and do the work while I am honourable and paying every month. my pool is dirty and hasn't been brushed and green algae on the sides starting to form. complete Scam! I am working with my Amex to refund and pursuing legal avenues to recuperate my thousands lost with this unethical business. Shame on you!

IF they even show up on Monday..... not sure I trust they won't be some people they picked on on a street corner to "service" their customers. EDIT: Update. It's a SCAM. Spoke to the owner this morning who said they called me on Friday to THEN schedule a time for Monday. Claimed "it's not an exact science. We CALLLLLED you on Friday...... to actually "schedule" an appointment." It is an exact science, it's called a CALENDAR! Previously, in order to book my "appointment" for Friday, I had to give my credit card information. I guess nowadays businesses are charging us for their gift from them to return our calls and schedule actual appointments. Absolute disgrace! Should be ashamed. I paid money, for what I THOUGHT was an appointment for them to show up on Friday, give me a diagnosis based on a pool chemical test of what chemicals my pool needed as well as an estimate. At which time I would have signed a contract for them to come back, at another scheduled time, to treat my pool. Geesh!
