We love it. Dallas is hitting 100F and jumping in a 83F cold spa feels pretty darn good. We are looking at expanding Equinox lovers (another great product) over spa next Spring. Have patio umbrella to get some shade over the spa. We watch TV or listen to music using Bluetooth transmitter on TV tied to waterproof JBL wireless Charge 3 in the spa all the time. Savannah has been great; start to finish with the process. You definitely pay a premium for any temp spa; but if you live where Summer holds at above 100F, it is the only way to fly. Can't wait to watch Fall Football from the Spa. We use our backyard more than neighbors with in ground pools....

The spas are not made in AZ and have not been manufactured in AZ for over a year. Do not make the mistake we did! The spa was delivered in 5 months instead of 8 weeks. The tub remains inoperable 14 months later as it was not built to spec and trips a 60 amp breaker consistently. The color is wrong but the correct panels have not been received in 14 months. Apparently this used to be a family run business with a great reputation. LPI 's quality has been so negligent we are now pursuing a consumer complaint with the Tennessee Attorney General's Office.

We were greeted by Jasmine and gave us the tour of their spas with spas with different sizes and options. One of the Spas worked for us and Jasmine gave us a great price . Henry ( Manager ) called us and gave us a further discount( after seeing a picture of our Cane Corso Rescue, Henry loves dogs ) and arranged Nick to install delivery and electrical (220) the next day. Five outstanding individuals delivered and Spa was working perfectly. They took their time to demonstrate chemicals to maintain water clarity. Yes, Nick was outstanding! I had a terrible experience with Sedona Spas and owner Ross Herman. My 5-year-old spa developed a…read morestructural crack, which independent inspectors, including a licensed contractor, attributed to poor installation and a lack of proper foundational support. Despite our findings, Ross Herman repeatedly dismissed it as a "surface crack." He then blamed the issue on our pre-existing pergola and water drainage system, which were in place prior to installation and never flagged as a problem. I was particularly concerned to learn that Arizona law requires an ROC license for projects of this size, which Sedona Spas lacked at the time of our installation. I filed a complaint with the ROC, which resulted in a warning letter being sent to the owner. The advertised 20-year shell structure warranty was also misleading; the actual warranty is prorated and very limited. As our spa's structure is compromised and must be removed, I have requested a refund four times, but have been denied. This is the worst product and service experience I have ever had."

I have been to Flex since my last review…read more... My experience @Flex was one that is very good and enjoyable. The staff were quick to help me and with no hassle on top of that started out a great deal of respect and relief. I did not have my physical ID (they mail it to you in AZ) but I had the temporary one and got in with that. The facility met my standards and was well stocked. I had a small room and it was clean when I walked in, the fan worked great and it was just enough space to settle down in. Pool is amazing, hot tub (my favorite) was a hotspot that night and I met a very sexy guy who was inches away from having me directly below him , but at lass his friend who he came with blocked all chances of that happening. Still hit or miss but I at least did not feel like I wasted my money or that it could be spent better elsewhere. I enjoyed myself.

Paid cash for a 2023 Dimension One "Amore Bay" Spa. The delivery crew came to measure the job and…read moresaid it would "just fit." They quoted one price for the delivery, then raised it upon completion. I learned there's a known plumbing issue with this particular make & model's "volcano" jet in the center. It finally burst after only 11 months of use & now the spa leaks water daily. I've had it sitting empty for 2 weeks waiting for them to come and repair it @ almost $2K. I'm pretty disappointed in the product & the service, I suggest you buy your spa elsewhere.
