They were pretty helpful and got me booked right away. When I arrived and did the check-in, the mechanics, Dave and Maj, looked at my tires and addressed the leaking tire. They also drove it around the block afterwards to test the integrity of the tire pressure. They were quick about addressing the issue, and didn't actually charge me for it since it was an easy and quick fix, which was much appreciated. If i had to buy tires to replace unfixable tires, the prices were actually quite reasonable, and even lower than where I'd normally buy it (i.e. Costco). The people there were very kind and knew what they were doing with tire fixes, and I definitely look forward to coming back in the future.

He agreed to put the tire back on, not touching the nail due to liability. The tire did hold air and I was able to drive the 240 miles to my home outside Syracuse. I get there and he said he called me 3 times that morning to tell me they couldn't do it. I never received a call. Then today I scheduled an appointment at 6am for an oil change at 12:30 and they called me at 10:30 to tell me they can't do it today. When the inspection thing happened, I called Midas and they literally got me in right there as I was leaving Firestones parking lot. Just called Midas again right now for an oil change and they told me to come at 1:30. Save yourself the headache from Firestone and go to Midas.

He let me know they could get me in first thing the following morning. I arrive to my appointment, I'm greeted by Dan and he was helpful right away. He informed me they would be able to repair my tire and had me in and out within 1/1.5 hours.
