I called ahead and explained to the receptionist that my vehicle was not drivable. Despite knowing that, she instructed me to have it brought in and scheduled me for a 9:00 a.m. appointment. After going through the hassle and expense of arranging transportation for an undrivable vehicle, I arrived only to be immediately told, "Unfortunately, you'll have to wait another 2-3 weeks." If there was no availability to inspect or work on my vehicle, that should have been communicated before I was told to bring it in--not after I had already made the trip. The lack of communication and complete disregard for my time was incredibly frustrating. A simple phone call could have saved me the inconvenience, yet no one seemed to take responsibility for the mistake. I expected much better customer service and professionalism. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.
