Great experience! Ordered 4 tires to be installed with alignment via the online system--they didn't have the tires I requested in stock so they were able to upgrade me to the next kind for free. Service took only about two hours, and after confirming I needed alignment, another hour after that. Made a 2pm appointment online prepaid through the site. I drive and dropped truck off at the location at 2pm. 630pm rolls around and tires are on (since around 3pm) but no alignment. No one updates me or inquires with me about it. It is now 6:45pm (as I write) and we'll see how long it takes to refund my alignment so I can get home... 6:54pm update: now after asking for a refund, complaining about the communication ( or non communication) supposedly there is a guy that can do it in 10 minutes?? The service is hit or miss. My husband and I have had our vehicles serviced there in the past and all was okay. I made an appointment for a very simple job, was treated so poorly by the rep who greeted me that I left. I pride myself on always being kind to everyone. I go above and beyond for my customers. This same gentleman was joking with me the last time I was there but this time, he acted like I insulted insulted his momma. No sir. Not today. Not ever again. I was so surprised. read more

So I bought 4 tires back when they Just Tires. Had trouble with one and they replaced it. Everything was fine for a while, then that same tire started going flat over night. So we went back, they looked it over and said nothing was wrong. Except every morning it flat. So I called Mavis and asked can I buy just one tire, he said sure, he was very professional. My son took the car over for the appmt we made, with Mavis. The problem Mavis said was they Roll had put a tire that was to small, it was the wrong size for the car. The whole premise of the updated "ROLL" store over the Just Tires is to save you time and make the experience more convenient. Well it falls way short. 1) I was over charged when their system did not auto discount for the alignment and road hazard package bundle. I had to call Customer Service for the refund. 2) I tried to use their new service as they would pick up my car. They had me listed as a drop off. I was assured that they would still pick it up... They did not pick my car up and I had to make another phone call. 3) They did not provide paperwork showing I had 3 years of alignment service. Also they said I declined the road hazard package but I was charged for it. Another call.. 4) They returned my car with THE OLD TIRES IN MY BACK SEAT. Yes all four tires bagged up on my back seat. You guessed it I WAS charged for tire disposal and had to make another call. 5) They left a white caked on material on all my wheels which I had to scrub off. 6) The "prepaid rewards card" that was mailed to me had zero dollars on it even after I called to activate it. The manager provides great customer service but the execution of the services to "make it easier" simply did not happen. At the end of the day it caused me more hassle/wasted time than the old traditional model. A mistake here or there I can understand but a mistake at every turn is unacceptable. read more

I've gotten my last 2 sets of 4 tires from Just Tires, so yes, I'm biased. I'm a pretty savvy buyer (I have to be as I'm retired) and I can't imagine why anyone would buy tires any other store than Just Tires. Here's why: 1. They are by far the largest dealer of Goodyear tires, the best tire made in my opinion. If you need an overpriced Michelin, these probably are not the guys to go to. 2. Their pricing is sharp, especially if you can use a coupon and we saved even more by opening a "Goodyear only" credit card. 3. Roll by Just Tires is by far the most convenient way to buy tires and same time and aggravation. Can't believe that other stores haven't copied their formula/service. There is no reason to wait hours in a service area. They drove to my home, picked up the car and returned it to my home. Amazing! And at no extra charge. 4. Lastly, their customer service was fantastic. Joe was able to get me all the info I needed to communicate with Valvoline, thanks to Joe's direction and the fine people at Valvoline, everything worked out well. I had written a review before, but thought it needed updating. Wow, this review sounds like an advert, but I am a real person and Roll by Just Tires is the real deal. read more

TERRIBLE waste of time. Worse "service" I have ever experienced. Vehicle ON THE LIFT for 1.5 hours and they balanced TWO WHEELS.. Nothing else...just balanced 2 wheels. I must assume to balance another 2 wheels would have taken another 1.5 hours... RIDICULOUS...This is just pathetic service. Please don't subject yourself to this place. It's definitely not worth it. Just across the street you have Mavis and Firestone and I have to believe without a doubt that the service would be much much better at those places based on my past experience with them. read more

I had a problem with one of my tires and went to have it checked out. A very nice young man told me he would check all of the tires which he did. He did a repair in one tire and then he made sure my tire pressure warning light was off by scanning it and making sure it was off by checking inside the car. I was in a bind and I really appreciate the fine and courteous service that this young man delivered. I will definitely return if the need arises. read more

The wait here was long just to check a flat tire. So beware if you're in a rush. But I felt the service was thorough and high quality and the staff were friendly and professional enough. It's great that they have this convenient location here next to LA Fitness and that they focus just on tires and doing them right. read more

I had an emergency when I got a nail in my tire and it was losing air. I dropped my car off that night and hoped for the best. I received a phone call first thing the next morning and they immediately started working on my car. I didn't have an appointment and yet it was done by noon. They are wonderful, kind and super easy to work with, I can not say enough good things about them. I was wary about the change with Just Tires, but there are still familiar faces who work there and the service was spectacular. Again, I thank you. read more
