I came in the other day to get my moles removed. When I walk in, I was greeted by Amy. She was…read moresuper friendly and walk me through the process. I came in without an appointment but she said the procedure wouldn't take too long. The prices to get moles removed are definitely reasonable. I notice that it was a bit small when I first came in but there are three desperate rooms that are big. There's beds and a bunch of the products she uses. She first applied the numbing cream on my face and was very gentle. I was a bit scared but she said it won't hurt much. Around 15-20 minutes after she applied the numbing cream, she had my lay on the bed. The bed was very comfy and had a warm heating pad. She reassure that the process won't hurt and if it did hurt to let her know. I had a handful of moles all over my face and two big ones. It did sting a bit but it wasn't too bad. If it did start to sting a bit more, I let her know and she would stop the process and apply ice to numb it some more or another kind of cream. She was really kind about it and patient with my low pain tolerance. After getting all my moles, she apply ointment and apply a small tape to protect the moles. The tape is clear and blends with my skin so it isn't too noticeable. She answered all the questions I had about the after care and she walk me through. She said it would take around 10-14 days and said the tape she apply would fall off on its own. It has only been a day since the procedure but I will update my review once the healing process has passed. Based on my experience with Amy, I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family. Hopefully the healing process goes smooth!

The first and second time I had them done by someone else, and the second time was for my bridal shower. I looked great, but after a few days my eyes felt tugging, pulling and irritated. After a few more days almost all of my extensions AND regular lashes had FALLEN OUT! I was so depressed as my wedding was coming up in 5-6 weeks and I needed the rest of my horrible extensions off. I messaged 4-5 local eyelash extension artists/businesses and I ended up choosing Claire because through our conversations she seemed the most knowledgeable, caring, and informative. I went to Claire to have them removed and she said she couldn't do lashes on me till my own grew out. I liked that she was honest in that she said it was such a short time till my wedding and that strip lashes might be my only choice. I went with her suggestion to try a lash growth serum and low and behold IT WORKED! I used the serum for those 5 weeks and sent a picture to Claire and she said I had enough lashes to go back and get extensions! YESSSSS Now it is 3 weeks since I got them done by Claire. They lasted perfectly throughout my wedding weekend, a week in Bora Bora (swimming in the ocean all day every day), and Coachella - AND THEY ARE STILL THERE. I'm not kidding, they still look super fly!! I would keep them on longer but I love rubbing my eyes and I just need a break from them. I'm currently scheduled to have them removed by Claire but after a short break I will absolutely go back to her. Things I noticed different about Claire's work compared to the others: - PAINLESS: even with Russian volume lashes I couldn't tell I had any on.
