I got screwed by a different shop. I had my car rebuilt by people I trusted. I asked LMR for a tune and they never got back to me. G-Force was recommeneded by the guy who rebuilt my car. I decided to go there. I've waited to write the review to see how the car was for almost 2 weeks. I will tell you right F'N now... the car is motherf****** bada**!!! On top of that, I was treated very well. Texts, calls, and questions were all handled very quickly. Mike discussed what my car did and what he could do to it later to give it more (when I went to pick it up). These are good people. As long as you have your s*** straight, they'll get it sorted. If you f*** your s*** up, that's not their fault. Highly recommended for people who are serious about their car. :) read more

They tuned my ls after I boosted it. My build was half quality half budget due to low funds at that time. Anything important like fueling or anything relating to reliability got top quality stuff but more appearance related things, I ended up cutting corners on. The main thing I experienced at this shop was poor customer service, This shop was 2 and a half hours from me. I went there for my first scheduled appointment after Mike told me he had a certain part that I was lacking that I could not get locally which I needed for my tune. After driving down there It turns out that this part didn't fit my car and was designed for a newer model. Had to reschedule and drive back home on a untuned car. No apology or compassion from Mike at all. Came back weeks later and get to tuning, meanwhile a couple of his techs are calling my build crap while standing right next to me fully aware I'm the owner(due to the appearance aspects). They even shun me for using too much anti-seize on the spark plugs at one point when they check the plugs. Near the end of the tune Mike's next appointment is already in the waiting room and ends up having to wait for some time. I kinda feel like Mike might have rushed my tune slightly due to that. The tune took longer than they planned I guess, it may of been due to 1 mishap that was my fault and 1 mishap that was his fault. Neither took up much time so I kinda doubt it. After my tune Mike said my wideband was reading a little lean compared to his, however he had his hooked up to the passenger side exhaust. It's common practice to hook up a wideband to the driver side exhaust with these engines because that is the side containing cylinder #7 which causes the most issues. Makes me a bit worried about the quality of my tune. I wish I could take my car elsewhere in the future just based on the customer service I received there alone but As far as the tune goes, car runs smooth and I haven't had any issues. However, I daily drive this most days and don't get on it very often. Another complaint is that when I first had my car tuned by them a long time ago, the re-tune policy was $100, now it's 250$. While the change in price is completely understandable it's not legal as far as the business aspect of it goes. If you pay for a service which comes with a discount on future work related to that service, you can't jack up the price whenever you feel like it. That would be like a tire shop selling you a package deal that comes with $1 tire rotations, but then they later change their mind, make it $10 and apply it to your contract as well even though you got the package deal because of the $1 tire rotations. As such, I feel like changes in the price of re-tunes should only apply to cars that haven't yet been tuned by them. ps. I tried to leave out any overly specific information as I still plan on going back to this shop in the future for re-tunes rather than pay full price somewhere else and I don't want to create a bad relationship. read more

Got my GTO tuned on 6/16/17. It started running crappy again about 1 month later. On July the 22nd I drove to a concert in the Woodlands with my wife. We got stuck in traffic for over an hour and when we got to where we were going I was driving around looking for parking. The car kept dying and stalling and I had to put one foot on the gas and one on the brake to keep it running at the stoplights. I call G-Force back and they were finally able to see me again on August 21st. They had my car for 6 days and when I went to pick it up they had replace the plug wires and the spark plugs (which were brand new). Also I asked them to call me before doing anything to my car. The also said that they diagnosed my car and tuned it again. But I could tell on the way home that it was still running like crap. The car feels like it is going to stall when stopped. Runs really rough, crappy gas mileage and reduced power. I called them after the hurricane and they told me they were flooded and didn't know when they could get my car in again. I told Mike's wife that I could take the car to another place and they could just give me a refund. She told me no they couldn't do a refund because of the hurricane damage. She told me to keep calling back and checking to see when there shop would be operational again. I took my car to G-Force for the 3rd time on 9/29/17. The owner Mike came out with his laptop to check it out. I showed him how it was idling slow and really rough, I showed him how it wouldn't start. He told me it was a battery or alternator problem. He told me to turn everything on and try and start the car. It start after some hesitation. He got in and we took it for a drive. About 2 or 3 miles down the road he told me to turn on a dirt road. I went about ¼ mile down the road and then tried to turn around. All the while Mike is telling me that there is nothing wrong with my car and its running normal. When I tried to back it up half way through my turn, it died. I tried re-starting it but it wouldn't start. Mike started getting agitated saying he should have never gotten into my car and now he is stuck out here. Absolutely no concern for me or my car at all. Then his wife shows up and he is telling me to stay there and call a wrecker or come with him and get a new battery. I get into the truck and we drive a little ways and I ask him how much a new batter will cost. He get pissed at me and tells his wife to take me back. Says he is through wasting his time with me. I tried to explain that I don't have a job and he cuts me off talking about how there is nothing wrong with his tune and it's something mechanical. Then I started getting upset and my voice raises up. I said to him, dude you had my car for 6 days, if something was wrong why didn't you find it. And why replace all the other stuff if that wasn't the problem? Then his wife starts yelling at me and turns around and takes me back to my car. All the while she is yelling at me telling me to get out of her truck before she calls the police. Then they take off and leave me stranded all by myself in the middle of nowhere. My God! I just hope they lose their business license soon. read more

Well they did a good job on the supercharger i must admit, but 2 years later i needed a new clutch in my 07 corvette.the mechanic that is doing my clutch discover a major issue. He ask me who did ur supercharger i told him, then he told me they let the transmission cooler lines drain and forgot to re service the fluid back to the transmission. The fluid was black and smelled burnt and less then a court came out. Also my paint and body guy did some cosmetic work in the front of the car. He called and ask me also who install the supercharger? I ask why he said they forgot to put about 14 pins and bolts in the front of the nose of the car and it was sagging. Well my 7000 dollar supercharger in the long run is costing me another 6000 dollars fir a new transmission!! Thanks a lot Gforce motorsport!!!! Rob read more

Did some research on these guys prior to taking my CTS-V for an exhaust, intake and tune. They were highly recommended from various reviews and forums. They did not disappoint. Mike was very helpful, professional and did an awesome job in the time that he promised. I would recommend G-Force to my best friend. I will definitely go back for more performance upgrades.
