After months of hearing nothing, I began calling the store for updates in March 2026. After multiple unanswered follow-ups and missed promises to call me back, I was finally informed that although the store had entered my order with "corporate", the dress had never actually been ordered from the designer. Let that sink in: six months after taking my payment, no one had placed the order. I was only made aware of this because I repeatedly called to check on the status myself. Had I not followed up, I have no idea when--or if--I would have been told. By the time the mistake was discovered, the earliest possible delivery date was months later than originally promised, leaving me scrambling to find a replacement wedding dress and pay rush fees to ensure I had something to wear on my wedding day. Management acknowledged the error, agreed to issue a refund, and agreed to reimburse the rush fees I incurred as a direct result of their failure to place the order. I submitted the requested documentation, yet months later I am still chasing them for resolution and follow-through. Mistakes happen. What is unacceptable is taking a bride's order, failing to place it, failing to proactively communicate the issue, requiring the customer to discover the mistake herself, and then failing to promptly resolve the situation afterward. A wedding dress is one of the most important purchases a bride will make. Because LUV Bridal failed to place my order, I had to rush to find a replacement dress (6 months before my wedding) and lost the opportunity to share that experience with my family. That's a moment I can't get back.

I was helping my friend find a gown. She had the extra challenge of being a second time and a bit older than the average bride. To top it off she had experienced one hell of a ride with some unethical antics from an out of state shop and then more from a local seamstress. We literally do not have the space here for all the details. My friend was without a gown and her wedding was 5, yes 5, days away!! She was having her hair done at Rumors and, what could only be portrayed in a Hallmark movie, looked out the window and realized a bridal shop was located in the same shopping center. She and her hairdresser went to the shop while her hair was in foils and knocked on the door. The shop owner was miraculously inside and brought her in and patiently listened to the whole story. An appointment was made for the following afternoon. My friend was shocked at how many dresses she was able to choose from and the owner came in for the ultimate save, remembering a dress she had from a discontinued line. It was as if the dress had been waiting for this bride. Everyone was conscientious about the budget and everything fell into place with a fair price for the gown and expedited tailoring. Alterations were made by the talented Viola (funny enough my friend and Viola had both lived in New Jersey, AND the same small polish town Viola is from is the exact same town my friend's great grandmother was from before she came to the US many years ago). We had the perfect dress in hand 2 days before the wedding! I do not recommend this experience but I will recommend this shop, always. Your destiny awaits!
