PICKLEBALL ENTHUSIASTS LOOK NO FURTHER THAN THIS LOCALLY OWNED FAMILY BUSINESS!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Griffin, who asked me what brought me in. I shared that I had recently started playing pickleball probably the beginning of November and was interested in upgrading my low-end paddle to a high-quality competitive and great quality one. I also wanted to upgrade my normal tennis/gym shoes to appropriate court shoes to help elevate my game play on the court. He went through the different paddle brands and which are more competitive "the IT paddle" right now, and let my boyfriend and I demo them on their miniature sized indoor pickleball court. He explained the differences in paddle make while I demoed, and promptly found different shoes for me to try on as well. All the time during my boyfriend and him were chatting away about pickleball. It was nice that this location had a seating area for my boyfriend to relax and also for me to sit down to put on the court shoes. There was a water station, and you could also watch pickleball being shown on a TV as well. It was very clean and well kept inside. Also, Griffin was incredibly patient while I tried on probably 6 different pairs of shoes and sizes. BTW, Griffin literally has some of the most top-tier customer service skills my boyfriend and I have ever seen! Wow! I ended up purchasing a Thrive fury elongated paddle and I have been playing with it now for about 1 month and I LOVE IT! Thank you for helping me find the perfect paddle!! My boyfriend bought his paddle from them about a year ago, and it still is holding up well. I particularly love this store because it is a local business that is family owned, full of people who love pickleball and genuinely care. read more

Every time I visit Las Vegas I've wanted to stop by this store. I played at Sunset Park and the crew there recommended it, I went to the Plaza courts downtown and I saw the GOAT banner... finally I made it in to meet Evan in person and check out this 'dedicated' pickleball store. He's amassed all things pickleball and even has a real surface practice court inside. He has over 100 demo paddles to try out and everything from the latest Protons to AIKAI paddles! We need more PB stores like this!! Cute little place.. stepped in.. greeted by young sweet kid.. Griffin! Took a look around.. Griffin showed me sales display of new paddles that were being sold $100, I think I got them for a great deal!!! My favorite brand so far is ENGAGE, and lucky for me, there were 2 there!! They have a bunch of different paddles for you to dink and feel the paddle on their little single PB court set up. LOVED THAT!! Ohh there were PB shoes available too, Griffin got me to try a pair but I didn't like the first color and he got me to try the color I did like but he wasn't sure about the size.. gave it a try and it FITSSSS perfect!! Walked into this store located on W. Lake Mead Blvd with my 2 friends not knowing anything about pickleball gear. We just wanted to start learning the sport and needed a good paddle and comfortable shoes. We were so grateful Griffin was there to help us out. He was very competent, accommodating, knowledgeable and so patient with us. He showed us comparisons of paddles, explained things and offered some suggestions. What a young, talented and super nice kid! We ended up buying 2 good paddles and covers plus 2 comfortable shoes. I definitely recommend this store to anybody in a heartbeat! My wife bought me a new paddle from GOAT for Christmas, since they were having a really solid deal on paddles by Six Zero. We weren't in the store for long, but the owner came over to chat for a bit, and was super friendly and knowledgeable about the gear and a couple of the paddles that my wife was considering for herself. They have a great selection of apparel and equipment, and even a tiny court in the store for you to (I assume?) test out the paddles. It isn't huge, so probably just dinks and the like, but still pretty cool. Next time I am in the market for a new paddle, I will definitely be swinging by GOAT first. read more
