Trevor and his team showed up 30 minutes early, and worked very hard and were very careful. They moved all my furniture, my smoker grill, and most importantly my 500 lbs safe. They dis-assembled my beds and reassembled them on site, and all in under 3 hours. Every one of them was extremely courteous and careful. I hope this is my last move for quite a while, but I would recommend them to anyone, and should I need movers (even just for onsite) I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. read more

First all Katrina you were not there! Things definitely got out of hand when I asked for the claim on my mattress that the workers tore. You guys didn't want to pay up!! Trevor was not even in the apartment when it took place. You guys are all liars! I have tried months at contacting you guys, waiting for the claim to be done on my mattress. You lied about everything. Saying a hole was in my mattress it was not! Tell the truth and shame the devil! God see it ! Your liars. My mother has nothing to do with this! I was trying to help make the move smoother that's the only thing you can say! She didn't want y'all to park the truck in the driveway and yes that got me upset because it would take longer!! I wish she wasn't there because no it didn't help the situation at all!! You know for a fact I was telling the truth trying to help the workers so they would not have to carry those heavy items that long way!!! So I was thinking of y'all even when you tore my mattress!! ITrevor and his team came during the window they gave me which was 9 to 10. They arrived around 9:30 ish. They moved fast, wrapped all furniture, and even set up my desk and table, and set my washer and dryer back up. They moved me in a 3 hour time frame, and worked the entire time. We have never hired movers but this time we felt we needed to and boy did we. We are soooooo glad and so thankful for Trevor and his crew. They arrived in the morning and got straight to work. They worked HARD all day long with literally no real breaks. They loaded the truck amazingly well and handled our furniture like it was their own. We had a A LOT of stuff and not once did they look annoyed lol! I have to say that we are beyond impressed with this company and will recommend them to anyone we know that is moving. Took items completely apart to the extent that were brand new?? Took more time taking some items apart, and not getting them put back together. I have several damaged items, one being my newest piece of furniture, which was in so many pieces I can't even try to put this together, he stated it fell apart?? Took one piece with him, which he claimed would get recut, but never heard from him again. Now I have a bunch of missing pieces, a crack or busted flatscreen on the corner, scratches on top of my less than 6 mo old front load washer and dryer- which they didn't properly wrap, scratched a 9 cube organizer, and others I can't even recall. I have called numerous times but have never gotten a response! It has been over 3 weeks and nobody will reach out. The lady who answers informed us she would file claim but never called us back. I wouldn't recommend if you care about your items, if damaged they will avoid you at all costs! read more

Hands down best movers! Arrived 15 minutes early to their 1 hr window for arrival. Without asking, they patiently waited in my culdesac away from other houses. At their anticipated arrival time they pulled in and got straight to work. Nothing was broken, scratched, or dinged. Not even a scuff mark was made on a wall. Slow! Slow! Slow! Three men took four hours to move two beds, two dressers, one sofa, and a couple of bags/boxes. Not to mention the moving location was directly across the street. I've moved from Alpharetta to Midtown using a different moving company last year and it did not take 4 hours with the exact same equipment. I went with this company based on the yelp reviews and the price. Maybe others had different crews but the crew I had was definitely "riding the clock." read more

I was referred to GA Best Dependable Moving Service from a very reliable source and what a big disappointment! The only good thing that I can say is they arrived early. Trevor whom I found out later is the Owner/Manager of this poor establishment and he gave me the most trouble of the Crew. I called a week earlier to inquire if they would bring protective gear for their shoes because I had new carpet installed in my bedroom and they assured me they would. At my old home I had my Brother downstairs overseeing the movers when they were loading the truck and I my Brother commented to me that he smelled an illegal substance being smoked which I did mention when I called back to the office and they denied that any of their Crew would do that on a job. We are from New York and are well aware of what an illegal substance smells like so don't insult our intelligence Trevor! Once we got to my new home and it was raining that day as well, they started unloading the truck and bringing in my bedroom furniture and had the nerve to keep their shoes on. Only laid down a few blankets which did not cover all of the carpet. I asked them politely to take their shoes off and two of them agreed but Trevor refused to take his shoes and used a curse word and said I don't ever @#$%^ take my shoes off on a job and abruptly left my home. Out in the hallway he cursed again and mumbled something right in front of my Father and Brother. Then they lost some protective covers for my coffee table and it took a couple of days of back and forth before I was able to get a reimbursement for the replacement. I called the office to complain about Trevor but much to my dismay I found out he was the Owner so I was not going to get the resolve I was looking for. Even after I complained he didn't offer a discount but just said he could have done better in handling the situation. I will not be recommending them and I have told my referral not to refer them to future customers as well!
