I waited roughly 3 days for them to fix it, with the mechanic on site telling me it would be ready soon. I call letter that today to ask what's going on. He said there is a backorder for the EGR valve and that it would take a while. Needing my car, I went back there to pick it up. The mechanic seemed nice when I got there but I was to find out that my car was HIT (fender bender in the back) while being there for 3 days. When I got home, I realized it was also hit in the front. When I pointed this out to the mechanic, he seemed frustrated and said that he would look at the camera footage and let me know. He NEVER got back to me despite me giving my name and number.

I went in last Friday to get an oil change and to have my evaporation control canister replaced. I noticed the next day that there was an oil leak in my driveway. Mind you, I take very good care of my vehicle when it comes to maintenance needed and I had no leaks prior going to their shop. I monitored the leak the rest of the weekend and I called first thing this morning to let them know that I noticed I had a leak. The lady who answered the phone, Mari, told me that she remembered the guy who worked on my car telling her about a leak and for me to come in so she can show me. I overlooked my paperwork and saw that in the section where it stated inspect for oil leaks, there were no comments. I also recalled when I picked up my vehicle and asked her how was everything, she told me that everything was fine. When I went down there, she had my vehicle raised and she showed me where the leak was coming from and said it was from the area near the rack and pinion. When I asked her why she did not notify me about the leak when I inquired about my car and why wasn't there any comments in the section on my paperwork for inspecting oil leaks, she told me that the guy forgot to put it on the paper and she forgot to tell me when I came to pick up my vehicle and asked her how everything was. When I asked to speak to the owner of the establishment, she looked at me and smiled and said that she was the owner. Long story short, she told me that they didn't do anything wrong and I ended up leaving without any resolution. I am very disappointed about the service I received from this establishment and I will definitely never be returning for any service at all!

I was referred here by another shop who couldn't work on my car. So, I drove up Buford Highway, and I thought I remembered seeing this place before. It looks a little sketchy, as the place is most likely held together with 60% duct tape. However, the Korean gentleman/technician was very friendly, and got my car in as soon as I arrived. He hooked up my car, made sure my lady was secure, and all was in good order. Good news, she passed with room to spare (they just don't make long-lasting cars anymore!).
