It's a cute and well maintained small business that has a drive thru and several uncovered outdoor seating options. Inside it's tiny with 4 stools against a wall. The menu is basically burgers with a few other options like a salad and chicken strips. They also have a small bakery counter that they are very proud of. I ordered their special that day of the #1 cheeseburger with fries and a free drink for about $12. Everything here is a la carte meaning no combo pricing. The food was ready in about 10 minutes. The burger was dressed with lettuce and tomato and a slightly melted slice of cheese. Taste wise it was ok but at a 3 Yelp score. The seasoned fries had a crispy exterior but again a 3 and not any higher. This maybe the best burger and fries in CV but did not stand out to me. With the weather here and primarily outside seating I think this is more of a to go eatery. I noticed another morning a few cars in line for breakfast which they also serve too. Would I return. Maybe but to try something else.

I constantly see rave reviews about Jersey Mike's, but I see really no difference between their sandwich and those made here at the Chino Valley Subway. My only complaint is with the www.subwaylistens.com web link. It said on my receipt to go there to take a survey. I was going to leave this review there. Unfortunately, Subway has decided that they will give my personal info out to anybody that they deem their choice if I take the survey. I'm not going to do that and get swamped with emails and phone calls from all kinds of spamming advertisers. It's too bad corporate has decided to do that instead of just leaving a link so that people can leave honest reviews. Like me, I'm sure it hinders several people from leaving good reviews

I prefer to drink my coffee with creamer & get a refill when I've finished the cup, not deluting it in between. The menu is very cleaver in stating the toast comes in 1 or 2 pieces, not slices as we normally expect. So for 2 "pieces" you really get one slice just cut diagonally in half. I look at these things & wonder where else have they cut corners to such an extreme. One thing that is beyond their control is the sales tax you pay in Chino Valley. It adds a 4% on top of state & county tax. You end up paying that tax in this town even if you just buy food at a market, which I personally view as just wrong. I visit Lake Havasu once in a while where they add just 1% but the roads aren't full of pot holes & have all the services one would need.
