Crepes like youve never had before. In fact. F**k France and all that noise, that's how good these are. What began as a tribute to owner, Marcel's brother Sebastian as a pop up in a small alleyway became a Palm Springs staple and just opened their 2nd location in the east valley neighborhood of downtown Indio. I couldn't be more thrilled to have one nearby to frequent. One hour later, I'm already debating what I'll order next and how we can get back there again. Not only are their crepes bomb and a revolution of the craft but the salads are perfection. And don't worry, if you do order a salad, you don't miss out on the crepe as they include one rolled up as a breadstick in your salad box. As a salad girlie, I've had my strife with the lack of good salads out here in the east valley. Especially at a quick spot and didn't expect to find it here. They used that incredible baby butter lettuce too. The lettuce was crisp and fresh just how I like it! We ordered the chicken Caesar salad, a life staple for me and the buffalo chicken crepe to share amongst 2 adults and one kid. We said, "we weren't that hungry" but then ate everything because it was so good. One of the best parts, GLUTEN FREE inclusive! Every crepe can be made gluten free which leaves you unlimited with sandwich options, pizza rolls, cheeseburger, etc. Our kid felt actual joy to have unlimited menu options, that doesn't happen every where. The staff is so kind and informative. They seemed truly joyful to be at this 2nd location. The layout and aesthetic is industrial modern with beautiful little touches like seabirds painted on the concrete walls which I suspect are a tribute to Sebastian, freedom and the ability to dream. Plus, a tribute to my home (Brooklyn) and biggie with everyone's fave quote/song on the wall. If you've been to the original, you'll want to check out this new spot. And if you're not familiar with these cheesy style crepes, get out and support Gabino's Creperie East ASAP. Your heart and tummy will be happy. Now they're open from 11 am to 8 pm daily which means this is no longer just a lunch spot but a place to vibe and connect after work with friends or for dinner with the fam before enjoying downtown Indio. This new spot sits right across from Center Stage so there's plenty to do nearby! Make it a date and stop in the place to be for some local artisan shopping afterwards.

Crispy cheesy crepes filled with innovative fillings. My absolute fav thing to eat in the Palm Springs area. My all time fav is the BBQ chicken, but recently had the chopped cheese and it is pretty incredible. Really wish we had one in LA (we have nothing like it to my knowledge)

I LOVE savory crepes! I prefer them over sweet. So when I see a restaurant that offers savory, I get excited. Service was good & food came out fast. Cute little shop & I love the Biggie's quote on the wall! We got super lucky & snagged a parking up front, but I can see on a normal day what a pain parking would be since it's very limited. My hubby thought the crepes were on the pricy side, but honestly it was a good size & surprisingly filling. I struggled to finish mine. The texture was nice & crunchy, but I think I prefer it without the crispy cheese because it was boarder line salty. I tried the pesto & the Caesar. My daughter & I preferred the Caesar since it was the least salty. My husband is excited to try the cheeseburger & the Philly steak next time we're in town.

Oh..my...lord...this place is SOOO GOOD! We just tried the new pizza rolls, and my mouth is still watering. Every bite was flavorful and ridiculously delicious. We still got our barbecue chicken crepe, but we are so glad we tried the pizza rolls too Love this place and will forever over eat it when we are in town.

My friend told me about Gabino's and during our last visit to Indio, was able to stop in. I believe it's in downtown Indio on a cute street and complete with a nice big outdoor seating area and lovely wall art. Inside has a minimalist aesthetic with an open kitchen (I mean, who doesn't like seeing crepes being made!?). Maybe they could tell this was our first time here, but they asked and gave us a warm greeting. They also told us to squeeze the crepe a little and eat them like a sandwich. I'd say I'm more used to sweet crepes than savory ones so this was something different for me and I thoroughly enjoyed it! We ordered the BBQ and Caesar crepes and really felt like the crispy cheese lining the crepe added so much to the texture and flavor. I'd be interested in trying other ones when I'm in town the next time.

Big Shout Out to the creative minds behind this very unique sandwich restaurant! Everything is served on a crepe that features a crunchy cheese outside and the fillings on the inside...have faith in what they do, you will love it if you love good food! The banana Nutella crepe is also worth a try and combines sweet & savory in every bite. Even the salads were a huge hit. I usually don't comment on interiors but they did a great job with comfy chairs and tables and it was extremely clean inside. 500 stars if yelp allowed...will be adding this to our rotation for sure!

We have been excited to try Gabino's for a while now. I heard great things. On Tuesday we were out at Temalpakh Farm and were hungry for lunch. Gabino's is right at the end of Miles and since it was a Tuesday lunch time, we had a great spot outside to enjoy their very creative meals. My husband enjoyed the Barbecue crepe which is wrapped for easy eating. I loved the Pesto crepe- such a super portion for the price in 2026 I must say. My son was happy with the Chicken Ranch. He is a true Ranch person. We got to sit outside in the beautiful sunny patio. All I can say is Wow!! I want to go back now!! Give this sweet team some love, people. You will be glad you did.

Really great service, nice interior. Food is solid, I got the buffalo chicken crepe. It was good, nothing over the top, a little too much sauce. But I would come back and try something else! It's in a great location with some really comfortable outdoor seating!

Delicious wrap and they were also able to make a gluten free wrap. They cleaned the crepe pan and changed gloves. We would highly recommend this place! VERY tasty. We had the Chicken BBQ, and a Gluten Free Chicken Ranch. The staff was VERY nice and attentive! The restaurant has a very cool vibe to it!

The owner was willing to clean and use new tools etc to make sure my gluten allergy wouldn't be triggered. I enjoyed the Nutella banana crepe and a lemonade which was super refreshing and cold! The crepe was delicious and melted in my mouth!

Wow, what a great find! That drive back to Arizona from California is rough. Most of the food options are the same old chains. This place is a much better option. Delicious crepes made to order. Friendly staff. We got 2 veggie crepes that were so filling and yummy. They have a picture of Guy Fieri visiting, and you can see why. Added bonus was cute downtown Indio. Do yourself a favor and try it!

I as driving down the street wanting to stop somewhere where they were serving breakfast late. I ended up sporting Gambino's Creperie. When I walked in, it wasn't what I expected. They had sandwiches and burgers. I decided to try the chicken pesto crepe. Wow, I'm really glad I did!! It was super good! The gentleman hat helped me was super friendly for sure. The place was very clean. The decor could use a little improvement but I will eat here again. There was a patio outside with picnic tables. It was a nice hangout on a cool day!! Give it a try folks. I don't think you will be disappointed!!

The original Gabino's location in Palm Springs is great so this cute, new location is nice to have on this side of the Valley. The crepes are large and could be shareable depending on your hunger level. Might be a little messy though! If there's a line at the cashier, be prepared to wait as it's all cooked to order. It's cool to watch them make it. The bathroom situation is also a little...interesting. You have to walk outside to the back of the building through a dark room (maybe the light was out), into a single person bathroom that was not very clean. I might hold it and use the restrooms across the way at the Taphouse! Bathrooms aside, the service is friendly and the food is yummy. That's probably most important.

This spot is one of the best kept secrets in the culinary world. I've tried just about every crepe on the menu and I can honestly say that everything is a hit. This is truly one of the most innovative menus ever. French classic with a South American twist. My favorite is the turkey club because it's on lighter side but I thoroughly enjoyed everything (even the gluten free wrap isn't far off from the regular wrap as far as taste). This place will blow up in popularity soon enough. Get in before pricing goes up and the line is longer than it already is. Make sure to get a side of the aioli and the Yerba tea is house made + unmatched. On top of it all the owners have a great story and their customer service is amazing. This place is absolutely incredible. The staff working were all super cool and very nice. The vibe inside is very chill and highlights desert style. Most importantly the food was to die for. The 1st time we ate there it was delicious. We went there again today and it was horrible, the crepe was so toasted or over fried it cut the roof of your mouth, and both of our crepes were so full of oil you could hardly eat them, and they were horrible. Not sure if we will go back. Might have been just an off day or the cook did not know what they were doing. read more

I think this is such a clever way to serve crepes. It likes a sandwich. A sandwich which has the crepe made with luscious cheese cooked into it, kinda giving you that burnt cheese taste which is really yummy. I had a babeque chicken crepe which had all the right and fresh ingredients,, so why am I hesitant to give a five star review...the amount of oil in the crepe itself was overbearing. The oil dripped down by fingers and my chin..i really couldn't handle it. It made me feel ill all the oil. How i wish they could reduce the oil. But i do have to say the insides were really good. In fact the crepe was delicious tasting...once you got the oil drained off but you really couldn't. They even put it in brown paper to cut some of the oil, but by mid way it is saturated. I like the space kinda minimalistic and warehouse like. I like the service it all felt so good..i just dont care for the inordinate amount of oil running down my fingers and chin. read more

Probably the best sandwich I've ever had (in a crepe!). Nick is so very personable and the service was good. Love how they serve the crepe in cardboard containers. The secret sauce is awesome. I recently visited Gabino's Creperie East but unfortunately I will not go back to this eatery. A cook was sneezing and rubbing his nose while handling food. I brought this to the attention of the person behind the register which I believe is the manager or owner but he seemed offended that I discussed this with him. I asked the manager / owner to have someone else make our crepes and he said that it will be 10 more minutes. However, the manager/owner gave the crepes that were originally intended for us to someone else despite the fact the cook had been sneezing and rubbing his nose. GROSS!!! Bottom line if the cook is sick, stay home and if a customer informs the establishment that the food had been contaminated because the cook was sneezing and rubbing his nose, then any food the cook touched should have been throw out. This restaurant does not exercise appropriate health and safety rules so it is a NO for me. read more

Absolutely delicious! I had the buffalo chicken crepe and the hazelnut banana for dessert. I made sure to have bites of everyone else's order too! Be sure to get lots of napkins as they are overflowing with really tasty ingredients. I loved that it's an open kitchen so you can see the crepes being made. Great little urban eatery, order at the counter and pick up (or they'll deliver to your table if they're not busy Open kitchen so you can watch them cool a stuff your savory crepe with their delicious fillings. We have absolutely loved this place since we started going in Palm Springs, and their new location is just as good with amazing seating. Best Yerba Mate you'll find! All food is made with great quality ingredients and the crepes are unlike anything else you'll have. This is such a big win for downtown Indio. Super hip inside and the food was awesome. We had the cheesesteak crepe and fries. I can't wait to try all of the other crepes. BUT WAIT!!! The fries deserve a whole post just about them. They are fresh and crispy and amazingly seasoned. I loved them so much. We will be visiting this local spot again for sure. read more

I am giving this place 4 stars because it has the potential to be better but my real experience was a 2. Before we went I reviewed the menu and I asked for a buffalo wrap no bacon & add avocado... The cashier said there is no bacon in the buffalo wrap, I said okay even better. The crepe came with bacon & no avocado :( I also recommended everything like the lettuce & onion to be chopped or sliced or else it is so messy to eat. Please provide plates bc the food falls all over the place. The crepe it self was also sooo oily. It made it so heavy. This place has potentialll to be better for sure. read more

I requested the sweet sauce on the sandwich and hot on the side. Both were solid, but for me, I'm team sweet. The tots were outstanding. Do not underestimate them. The coleslaw was good- fresh, nice tang. Amazing staff, love the artwork inside. There's a reason WHY they're 4.7 out of 5. They're that good.

The crepes are consistently great!! Seriously, they got it down perfectly every single time we go.
