We looked forward to going and sitting outside in the courtyard with the pretty outside lights, but…read morethey rented a jumpy house for kids, so families with a lot of kids were there running around, squealing and jumping, so we had to eat inside. That wasn't much better because it's an old house that's been turned into a restaurant, so it had an awful musty smell. I ordered blackened Grouper, but it was not blackened, only grilled, and it tasted like a frozen fillet. My husband ordered prime rib and it was maybe a step above a Waffle House steak. None of it was worth $100 for dinner. It seems like this restaurant is mostly finger foods, comparable to Applebee's or Chili's, that is frozen and microwaved. The server was also very slow, and was absent for long periods of time between our requests and/or checking on us. I do not recommend, and won't be returning.

Friday night we called and made reservations for 6 at 6:30 and was told no problem. We did arrive a…read morefew minutes early and we're seated on time. That was the end of positive experiences. We were told there was a large group in the restaurant plus they had booked all the outside area for a reunion party and because of this we should expect a long wait for meals. Let's start we asked for lemonade but they had run out. We ordered 2 appetizers which we're good. But the server just dropped a stack of plates on the table and we passed they around mine was dirty, see photos. The server came back but I never got another plate. Ordering.... We asked for a Philly cheese steak but they had run out ok how about their burger but no they were out, ok chicken with baked potato, sorry they were out of potatoes too....... After 20 minutes the food came out but not the whole table at the same time. Four came 2 had to wait. Other items were ok except my chicken livers that on the menu you can have lightly fried or well fried, I asked for lightly got over fried. Drink refills were sparse, we finished and didn't order dessert. For a hometown place that strives to be upscale I wasn't impressed. Our guests here from AZ wanted to have a nice dinner and since we live in Adarisville we chose WTG , we will not be back

Ordered curbside to go order. Got there early with no recognition from the restaurant. Waited…read moreuntil 10 minutes past the time the app indicated the food would be ready. Looked at the confirmation e-mail and realized the problem with the delay was my fault as I was supposed to call the restaurant upon arrival. Call was answered by a recording with instructions to press certain keys based upon whether I wanted the hours of operation, etc. None of the options were for curbside pickup. The last option was to press a button for any other question. Answered on the second or third ring by a waitress who brought my food out within the next 3 to 4 minutes. Got the food home and found my error cost the food temperature...the NY Strip steak was still warm but rather fatty. The side of steamed broccoli meager and ice cold. The 3 stars are due to the restaurants inability to set up an IVR system without mention of a service I imagine is used frequently by their patrons. The Outback curbside process is much more patron friendly. They look for the cars as they drive up and park in the curbside spots...no reason to call the restaurant. For a restaurant that had one or two other patrons at the time I parked, one would think they'd pay more attention to the curbside-parked cars, especially when they know they've got an order waiting for pick-up. The other two reasons for the 3 stars is the quality of the food and inaccuracy of my order. Of course, I did not give consideration to the food temperature because that appeared to by my fault. I was only able to eat about 1/2 of the steak because the other 1/2 was all fat. I ordered the grilled mushrooms as a "steak topper" but there were not mushrooms in the bag or plastic packaging. The chain needs to ensure their individual restaurants pay attention to the quality of the product they're putting out. Perhaps a quick glance would allow them to see a particular steak should not be served. Double checking the accuracy of the order should also be a basic part of their service. Oh, by the way, I ordered my steak medium. It was delivered to me exactly as requested. They get kudos for this as other restaurants don't seem to know what medium means. Will I go back? I'm definitely not going to write them off over one visit. That just wouldn't be fair.

My husband and I stopped by yesterday for an early dinner and it was absolutely terrible. First of…read moreall, the entire restaurant needs to be renovated or updated. It's dirty in a lot of areas with water damage, and dirty HVAC vents. They received an 80 from the health dept on their rating, so that didn't surprise me. I'm very surprised they are still in business. Ruby Tuesday used to be an upscale restaurant, but it seems to be going down the tubes like Applebee's and Chili's too. I ordered a strawberry lemonade and it tasted like it was pure strawberry mixture. I had to water it down to drink it. Even though hardly anyone was in there, it took forever to get our food, but it shouldn't have because the type of food they sell at these chain restaurants is predominantly thawed out and warmed up in a microwave. I also ordered a Philly cheesesteak with fries. The Philly was smothered in queso cheese, instead of regular sliced, cheddar cheese, and the fries were extremely over salted. I was so disappointed and ended up taking my sub home to my dog. I will not be returning.
