A big thanks to Joseph with Gainesville towing. My car broke down in the middle of rush hour traffic. Called triple AAA and they told me it would take about an hour to get someone there. Within 15 minutes Joseph was there. The first thing he said was he was sorry my car broke down. He walked me across the busy intersection to get in my husbands car, and he didn't need us to follow him to the dealership. He dropped the keys in the after hours box and left a message. Jamal came out to my home to tow my car but it was very difficult and it took about an hour to figure everything out because it was in my driveway. But he wouldn't leave until he figured it out and got everything loaded and taken where it's supposed to go. I wish they had more people like him who really take pride in doing their job. read more
