After negotiating a very fair price, which took all of one minute, Josh offered to fix both those things which he didn't have to do. I can't recommend these guys enough. I also almost never review businesses so for me to take the time to do this is means I'm beyond impressed. These aren't just used car salesmen, they're guys you'd have a beer with.

The service team is equally amazing. The cashier is very friendly, in fact the entire team is and they are all very accommodating. You can either opt to be called or texted during your service for progress updates. You can also pay for your service online and pick-up your keys from the sales team if you are unable to retrieve your car when the service department closes.

They do excellent work here. From customer service to actual work performed. I walk in explain my issue and they put my truck on the lift to perform a free diagnosis. I was weary they would try to upcharge or sell me on some hidden mechanical work I wasn't aware of. Nope the complete opposite, mechanic runs in ask me to come into the stall and walks me around under my truck, visually showing me discrepancies, didn't try to sell me a damn thing. Told me he could fix the shocks but that they would need to order new covers (think dust and debris covers) for the shocks because my F-150 ones were cracked. He showed me the wear and tear of the current ones on my truck. He went in and told the owner of the shop who works the front desk. The owner got on the phone and called Ford for the genuine parts. They quoted him one price and I literally watched him negotiate a cheaper price, never asked me if I wanted him to. When he got off the phone he informed me that he could get two of them for $9 and that ford was delivering them the next morning. I paid for the cost of the parts, nothing extra. He apologized for not being able to get them in same day and offered to change the oil on my truck for free for the inconvenience. My turbo FX4 takes 6quarts of full synthetic, that's a $93 oil change!!!!! I came back the following morning and met the mailman delivering my parts. They were Ford Genuines all right. These guys performed the install perfectly and didn't miss a beat. Did the alignment as well. The owner explained to me that he pays his mechanics a fair salary and doesn't do the commission from work performed model. Because of this his guys work hard and take pride in their work. The shop makes money off of inventory of vehicles being repaired and as such there is no upsell of additional work necessary. The owner made the right decision in his business model and it shows. All of his mechanics are proud of their tradecraft and do excellent work. All are licensed and certified mechanics.

Yesterday, my car died in the parking lot of Rereads bookstore. After my husband came with radiator fluid I was able to make it the few miles to home. Without even calling ahead of time I showed up at All Tune and Lube before 8:00 the next morning. Within minutes they diagnosed the issue (radiator leak), quoted a fair price, and said it would be ready by 4:00. I got a ride to work. It was ready by the time I picked it up. It sounds so much better and I travelled safely home 25 minutes away. It is worth it to drive a little further for excellent auto repair service. We would not go any other place than Ed Patrizio's All Tune and Lube. Did I mention they treat customers like they are family? My car was ready at 1:30. I received a very prompt call from Danny who let me know my car was ready. Even though I didn't get there until closer to 6:00 the light was still on and they were waiting for me to pick it up. The mechanics and owner of All Tune and Lube have kept our vehicles (Subaru and Honda) running smoothly for well over 230,000 miles. I wouldn't trust any other shop to repair my Honda!

Our issues began *days* after the 90 day warranty. To quote the dealerships reply: "You're problem. Not ours." We have cases open with the Attorney General's office, a complaint has been filed with the BBB, and we will continue to share our experience through every review we can find. The company charged me $89.95 diagnostic fee and advised me in writing that the problem was low on refrigerant due to the compressor leaking; needing replacement. Nothing was mentioned about any other repairs being needed. On June 10, 2022 I returned and authorized the repairs on my car and upon completion of the work, went home to find the repairs not fixing the problem. I subsequently called Performance back and told them that it is not fixed and arranged to come back on June 13th and waited approximately two hours for them to fix it. When I got the car back and drove home, it was evident that the unit was still not blowing cold air and called them back and brought my car back in on June 16th and again on June 30th. Spending all total about 8 hours of my time waiting for PROPER repairs to be made. Never being told what was wrong at any time no given a receipt for what repairs were made after the compressor work was done. Finally, I sent an email on July 2nd to them and followed up Tuesday July 5th with a phone call where I talked to the dispatcher and told her that I want my money back and I don't have confidence in the shop. Now they say because the car is old the system should be replaced but they can not state specifically what is wrong. When it was cooler out there was slight cool air at first. Now it is HOT air. Beware of this company as this is highly unethical and unprofessional and not the way customers should be treated. When you give an estimate to fix something, EVERYTHING should be in the estimate; not coming in after the fact and try to b.s. your way through a botched repair.
