So I went again to get my oil changed and the tech said they couldn't change my oil. No real explanation. Today I went in my Chrysler 300 and was told they couldn't do an oil change on my car since it is considered a "Luxury" vehicle. I've had my oil changed on the 300 before at this location. I guess they pick and choose when they want to do what pays them. Done with Take 5.

I received their sales pitch for their membership card not…read moreonce, not twice, but THREE times - the third was from the cashier who seemed agitated and was somewhat rude after I declined. As for the car wash, their blowers that dry your car off as you exit do not work properly, and I exited with my car still as wet as if I put a hose to it. I was told by at least three employees that they do NOT towel dry your car off with the basic wash. So then what's the point in going there? Had I not towel dried my car myself (with my own supplies I might add), my car would have been covered in water spots. Pointless.
