Jackson came and agreed the room needed a repaint. the wrong paint finish was applied. the worker was angry and I didn't notice immediately but paint was dumped on my garage floor and splattered on my car. it was passenger side so I didn't see it. one sink had defective finish and I was told they would contact the provider. I stopped n twice and was told they hadn't heard back. this was 2022 and I'm still waiting. I then get a call stating I didnt make final payment and if I didn't pay within a week I'd be turned over to collections. I paid before the job was done. I show up with proof and they try to say i didnt make an earlier payment. I proved all payments. I asked for Paul the owner to call me several times. still waiting.. Keep away especially if they try to put Junior on your job. April is a dream to work with but the other woman and her grandson are horrid.

It has bubbled again and for the past two hours I have had to scrape the walls and will need to prime and paint these again. I am certain that you painted without primer and not the proper paint. Now the extra coats and labor I have to do. I hope that the drywall was installed properly since nothing else was. Honestly for the cost it was not worth it. It was crap workmanship for the beginning and the tub is still not finished properly since you scrapped it and they came several times to fix this. The amount of time and energy I am putting into fix your mistakes is ridiculous

We took several bids and ultimately went with VA Kitchen and Bath based on a variety of factors. And glad we did. In the early phases of the project, my spouse had a serious health issue. The VA K&B team was incredibly understanding, paused the project, and went the extra mile of storing our cabinets in their store for the better part of a year. Needless to say, that flexibility was incredibly helpful. Eventually, we were able to move forward and are now enjoying a wonderful kitchen that really transformed the central space in our house. When mistakes were made, they were not acknowledged or corrected but instead covered up, and their response quickly turned unprofessional. Some of the major issues included: Design flaws that resulted in unworkable solutions, which Onur refused to rectify. Poor attention to detail in measuring, planning, and managing the project, turning what should have been a 4-5 day job into a frustrating two-month ordeal. Installation problems that remain unresolved because Onur refuses to take responsibility. Two costly issues still unresolved: A custom-built laundry room that wasn't designed to be large enough to properly cover the existing washer and dryer and a floor-to-ceiling swing-out pantry cabinet that, despite being shown with back shelves in the original design, was delivered without them--something Onur insists is "normal," even though my previous pantry of the same style included shelves. So its "normal" for the shelves to swing out and provide access to no shelves and more storage?!?!? I have included pic of these two example but have many more of other details that just don't look good up close. Unfortunately, I've been left with no choice but to hire another company to fix their mistakes. I would strongly caution others to think twice before working with this company. It was a very negative and frustrating experience.
