I'm haven't been to this place for a while, and not sure why I started going to Cime Nails. But, I went yesterday and had a great gel manicure from Nancy, and great pedicure from Traci. The environment was peaceful and clean. I really like Cime Nails but they often over book and with an appointment expect you to wait 30+ minutes after your time. I just got my nails done here for the second time. I've been looking for a new salon since the quality of my regular salon has gone downhill. I wanted to wait to give a review until I had my nails done at least once. The first time I had my nails done I got a dip and a gel pedicure. Tom did my nails, and William did my toes. My nails were still in perfect condition when I went to change them today after 3 1/2 weeks they were just screwed out and my pedicure was still beautiful. I only had time today for Tom to do my nails again and I love how they turned out. Next time ago I'm going to have William also do a pedicure while I request Tom for my nails again. The perfect nail salon does exist! I have yet to be disappointed by anyone there and they are very affordable compared to Dallas salons. The shape is always perfect and the nails are never thick or bulky. March color sets are offered for the mani/pedi's. I have even stopped threading my eyebrows and just go to Galaxy to them waxed. My nails around the edges are rough, they've chipped from not having enough dip, and I was cut several times. A gentleman did my nails. It wasn't good. It's only been 2 weeks and they look awful. My pedicure polish chipped because they literally didn't dip the brush back hardly into the top coat and went so fast. For the price they charge, go into Lantana or Flower Mound. read more

Me and my friend came in expected to have a good girls day at the nail salon. So many reasons on why we did not have a good time. The lady doing my friends toes didn't even know what she was doing. The guy doing my nails was SO aggressive and he drilled over my toes and i guess i had a cut after when he sprayed the alchol because it hurt so bad. he was bendinf my toes in different directions that really hurt and he was pocking me with his own nails and it really hurt. i will never go back to this nail salon. I needed to stay short for a certain occasion. Vicky did my Pedi. She was soooo sweet. (Great work!) Nan did my nails. He had very good patience (bc I'm picky) Phoenix came through to do my design. I've been to the nail salon a few times. Most of the time they do a decent job at the last few times I've come in for no chip and my nails chipped within a day or two. It's annoying to go in and get them fixed and have the person look at you like you did some thing and then give you attitude. read more

The way this lady treated me was absolutely terrible! To give yall a little context, one of my thumbs are partially amputated. I still have a nail but it curves downward. I have a very specific way of doing this nail and I tried to explain it to her many times and she kept telling me no that I was wrong and it wouldn't work and disregarded everything I had to say. She ended up doing it totally different than any of the other nails when she could've used the dip method just fine like I asked in the first place. And in the end it didn't match any of the other fingers color wise. She skipped the base white color on the tip completely and when I asked her to fix it she told me she couldn't. Mind you the ENTIRE time I am at this appointment, another lady that worked there was sitting WITH HER making jokes and slapping her arm in the middle of the dip process. I tried to make small talk here and they would just look at me like I was stupid. After she told me she wouldn't fix my thumb nail I sat up and expressed how terrible the entire experience has been and how she disregarded EVERYTHING I said the entire time. And how the color of my thumb nail is nowhere close to the other nails, she goes oh! The color?! Okay I guess I can fix that! The other lady finally got up and walked away after that. Never again will I go back to this place. WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! And the color of my thumb still doesn't match the rest. But looks way better than it did before. Just please don't waste your time or money and skip over this place. When you go to spend money to get pampered, you expect to be treated nicely at the very bare minimum. I've been going to this nail salon since it was opened by someone who owned a different nail salon in Keller, I always loved him so I became a regular at his new location. Since I believe there has been some ownership changes, which comes with some differences of course, but they still do an awesome job! I have a very busy schedule and often have to come in at random times/close to closing and they always try to fit me in, I will however say the wait can be a bit ridiculous sometimes. This set I did have to wait QUITE a while before they got to me but it was a busy Saturday afternoon so I understood. I had explained I had to leave by a certain time to make it to work and they made sure it happened, even designs and all. Huge shoutout to Tom, he is one of their best techs and always does a flawless job with shapes and designs (I'm pretty ocd so I pay close attention to detail). They do sometimes switch up artists after they have started but I never mind as long as they turn out as I expect. There's some hit or miss techs but that's the case of any business, just gotta find your fit! Anyways after 3+ years of frequenting this salon I def will always recommend them. This is a hard review to put out there, but I have to be honest. They are so nice here, and the pedicures have been awesome. They need some serious help with dip. I asked when making the appt for someone who was really good with dips. They said I got the best. This is the worst dip I've ever gotten. My friend had her cuticles drilled off! Amazing experience once again! My husband and I had a day date for pedicures, both got their Galaxy Luxury pedi, and it was exactly that - pampered luxury! Kimberly was absolutely FANTASTIC! Just went to a new salon to get them re-done and they said my nails have never been more brittle! They're so thin and bendable now and the nail polish literally would not come off my toes! She had to drill it off when I literally asked for regular polish! Don't waste your time going here!!!! read more
