This is a great business. My previous experiences with cable/tv/internet etc service providers had been dismal. Constant service disruption, speed spikes and crashes, price increases and shilling for extras and unnecessary services. Not the case with Giggle Fiber. The service works, they increased the price once (by $5) in 5 years, outages are brief and seldom and best of all they leave me alone. I do not track my speed for the service and cannot say if it is consistently what is advertised. The good thing is I don't need to because everything works. I can stream a movie and work on my laptop while my kids play video games and my wife watches something on her phone with a tablet on and everything will work like it's supposed to. If you live in Monrovia or surrounding neighborhoods with service available I would recommend it.

I decided to pick it up since it was going to be faster, so I went to the Alhambra location to pick it up. It was fairly quiet so I was helped right away. The guy who helped me was really nice and made small conversation, so I wasn't just waiting there in silence which was nice haha. He pulled up my order and put everything I needed in bag. He also included additional cables just in case I needed them for set up. He mentioned that there was a 24 hour service number I can call if I ever needed help setting up. Overall, I had a great experience in the store. Ive been using Spectrum for the past 2 years and I haven't had any real problems. Sometimes it does get spotty but itll reset within a few minutes which is no big deal to me. I also like their online portal. It made everything easy for me.

No one seems to know who Michael is or reluctant to provide his phone number. I believe "Michael " is the name given to "Americanize" an Asian name. They hire young college students. On my most recent visit, it's nice to see that they renovated this place to match the look and feel of other Spectrum stores. May have been awhile ago but it's clean. It's nice that Spectrum offers walk in stores but this location will get a lot more older customers that need more assistance making it harder to get in and out without an appointment. This is the WORST internet service I have ever had. I thought Spectrum was bad, but this is even…read moreworse. Anytime you call it's a minimum of a 1 hour wait before speaking with someone. I pressed the call back feature and that call went straight to voicemail even though my phone accepts calls from unknown numbers. I called back the number provided to me. After an hour of being on hold, I was connected with someone who told me to restart my router- even though my building does NOT have physical routers as our wifi comes with our building. She then told me she was from the SALES team and would connect me with someone from the tech team. After being on hold for over an hour, I was connected with someone else from the sales team?! Luckily, Bernadette was initially from the tech support team and was able to actually do something and restart my router from her end. Thank god for Bernadette or I would have thrown my phone over my balcony. Although in the end, there is nothing you can do besides restarting your router. Bai Connect/Zentro is the WORST, DO NOT GET THIS PROVIDER. I can guarantee all these 5 star reviews are FAKE from people in their company. This internet provider is a SCAM. At least At&T or Spectrum has actual people able to help you or send technicians. I would NEVER get this internet service again.

My family enjoys watching streaming shows from iTalkBB, however there is plenty of aspects of this company that I need to point out. 1. When the streaming box is turned on, the quality of the image would change from color to black and white. I thought it might've been the television quality at first that is affected, although when I switch to a different channel, color resolution is normal. 2. When I asked for an agent that can speak English, it takes them hours to call me back before a technician is able to assist. Sometimes I wouldn't get a call back at all. 3. Be careful with the information you provide this company as I have received SCAM calls through this company which tells me that they have been selling customer information without our consent. 4. When I engage in conversation with an agent, I get the feeling that they dont even want to work with the customer to resolve their issue and making them feel like a total idiot telling them information that is absolutely rhetorical. Overall, I would give this rating a negative review. Please do better with training the staff to have better customer service and improve the quality of the service otherwise customers will be throwing money away like it's meaningless.
