Hubby & I plus 7 of our friends had dinner here tonight. Never again! We drove 30 minutes to get there and we left so disappointed. You seat yourself & one of our friends beat us there. Our server was at the table so we ordered our drinks. Hubby got a beer & I got a Titos & cranberry juice. My drink was extremely weak. I don't like strong drinks, but it was like there wasn't any vodka at all. One of the other people got a vodka & cranberry & also said it only tasted like juice. He didn't drink it. I ended up drinking it when my 3rd one never came. Normally I get 2 drinks & I'm buzzed & would not even think of driving. I drank 3 & could have driven home no problem. I had to ask for my water to be refilled 3 times before it was. This place looks like a run down, old bar. The restroom was run down & the toilet paper holder was open & the toilet paper was exposed. Everyone started trickling in and ordering drinks. We then ordered appetizers. We ordered the pretzel & beer cheese. It was not good. It tasted like one you get frozen. The cheese was thick, set up & cold. Everyone ordered appetizers, but the only thing else I tried was the mozzarella sticks. They were not hot. I'm not sure how the others liked theirs. Hubby ordered 12 wings fried with sweet Tia Chili as the sauce& fries. I ordered the plain Mac n cheese. Hubby did not like his wings. They were not spicy & didn't have much flavor at all. He only received 6 wings. My Mac n cheese was okay. The fries are the batter fries. They weren't hot. Our server disappeared for a long time. She finally came back after we were all done eating. She didn't remove empty drink cups or plates & didn't ask anyone if we wanted to go boxes. Our server acted like she was overwhelmed & we weren't a needy group. She also acted like she hated being our server. When our bill came we ended up pay for 3 appetizers when we only ordered 1. The others were ordered by our friends at the other end of the table. We didn't say anything & just paid for hers so we didn't have to wait another half an hour for her to come back. Horrible service, food was not good & half an hour drive. Never again! read more

This place is awful. I went here on a Saturday to watch the ASU vs Texas Tech game with a friend. The first thing I noticed was the outdated televisions. They were early LCD models with the large frames. Their image quality was poor (too dark, colors were off, and images weren't crisp), and the placement around the bar was bad, making it difficult to see the game from where we were seated. Not a deal breaker, but pretty darn close if they're touting themselves as a "sports bar." The bigger problem was that the food was not good. Their nachos had poor quality cheese "goo" and the chicken was subpar -- even for bar food. The blue cheese burger was weak. It had a dry and bland burger patty, limp bacon, and blue cheese crumbles. No lettuce, tomato, onion, or other burger accoutrements. The bun was flimsy and dry. I didn't finish it; it wasn't worth consuming. Even the fries were poor quality. Service was okay, though not exemplary. Essentially, absolutely no redeeming qualities with this place. I'm not sure how they're still in business as a sports bar. I won't be back and would definitely not recommend this place to anyone who's interested in good food or a good sports environment. From the other reviews, I should have jumped on Yelp first to see that our experience is a common theme. What a disappointment. read more

Horrible service, the waitress was rude and brought down a lot of the ambiance in the restaurant! there was 2 tables that left because of the slow service. we were a small party of 4. &I ordered a Cesar salad with a SIDE of buffalo sauce and the clueless waitress brought me a plain salad w/no dressing i asked nicely for a the cesar dressing & i never got it. Our drinks were empty for a whole 20mins, we had to walk up to the bar to get served ! Been here a few times primarily for Happy Hour or for weekend HHs and light eats. This sprawling place is huge and offers both inside and outside seating with occasional live music and plenty, plenty, plenty of TVs! The food like the Spuds, Soups, and Burgers are the expectedly adequate, but with a large assortment on their menu, there's something decent for almost everyone. They have the regular beverages and bar items, such things as fried calamari, soups and their fish Fridays are OK. The food is average and nothing to write home about, but if you enjoy a boisterous, lively, carefree run-of-the-mill no frills Sports Bar upscale dive eating joint - this may be it. After a long road trip from Southern California, we went to Gallagher's to relax. We got there about 845 ordered food and had a couple drinks.. at about 10 minutes of 10 we were told that we needed to leave that they "were closed." Mind you it says they're open until 10 so I assume if I walked in at 9:55 we could have bought a drink and stayed there for a half hour??? The way that our plates and glassware was taken was completely ridiculously rude . My boyfriend said May I finish my drink ? .. and waitress said "no down it and "get outta here! .. we're closed." We spent over $100 and when we called management to tell of our experience the very next day, it seemed to not mean much to the manager, she said, maybe we should go to Applebee's. Wow. We're here for 10 days and we will NOT go back to Gallagher's ! ... way too scary rude! Nowadays, there's plenty of restaurants that need people's business and also Gallagher's might've been a good place in the past. I don't think it's keeping up with the pace. Not sure why this off the beaten path establishment was suggested to us for dinner, but we ended up here. There were only 4 people in the dining room when we walked in with our party of 9. The service was scattered and slow, the karaoke DJ was blasting us out with too loud unbalanced music and the food came out at different times. I ordered ribs and they came out after everyone else (8 other people) were done eating. Needless to say, they were not very good and there was barely any bbq sauce on the ribs. We sat for a bit listening to karaoke (the same 3 people) until I decided to get up and put a song in. When I asked if I could request a song, the DJ asked if it was a song to listen to or was I trying to sing karaoke. I know I looked at him like, "wth"? I asked, "this is karaoke night, right"? As I was telling him my song, my group of friends was yelling my name to go. Apparently the singer that was up was screaming obscenities and piercing our ear drums. Kendall rocks! + salute to Gallagher's early game-day specials including Mimosas for $3. Funny thing, just a few days prior I was here watching Thursday Night Football & Kendall was our Server in Training. After I did a double take on Sunday AM, she had taken off her training wheels & was serving like a pro. It was cool she remembered me as well. We sat at the high tops next to the bar with an easy view of the numerous TVs. The staff is accommodating in switching channels if need be. There are no time restrictions on the traditional sports bar menu with a few twists - breakfast, seafood, wings, burgers, beer, wine & cocktails. Throughout watching the game (Go Giants) Kendall took great care of our party of four & we couldn't have been more pleased with her friendly interaction & service. Prices are doable food & drink-wise. For the V-Crew only the Impossible Burger, nothing much else. Even for a 10A game, it was a nice vibe throughout the restaurant amongst friendly patrons. read more

I'm in my wing phase of the year. I only eat them for a bit and then stop. Gallagher's has ALWAYS been my go to cuz they do two cooks! Hell yes!!! After two cooks, fat was more than meat. The hot sauce swam in oil/butter. I guess the cheap meat went into the viscosity of the sauce‍ I was very specific that no celery. Didn't happen. GREAT FOR WATCHING SPORTS! Service was slow, yet friendly and good otherwise. It took a long time to get menus after sitting down (it's a seat yourself type of place) and it also took a long time to get the bill at the end. Food was pretty good. Nachos were just okay. My Sante Fe burger was amazing! You can choose any side without an up charge so I got sweet potatoes fries. My dad really enjoyed the onion rings. Prices are good. I visit Gallaghers often for their boneless wings. What I love the most about Gallaghers is their Garlic Hot sauce for their wings!!! Gallaghers, to me, is just like any other bar establishment. When my coworker suggested Gallagher's for a goodbye happy hour, I went with it, thinking she'd eaten there before or enjoyed the happy hour deals. Neither were true; she suggested it because it was nearby LOL. Gallagher's is definitely not the place for a goodbye happy hour if you are planning on being able to hear yourself/coworkers speak. The atmosphere is a traditional sports bar with multiple TVs, loud music, and even a sports betting/outdoor patio. The table next to us was an obnoxious group of 8 men asking which girl they should take on which trip *eye roll* The food is just as you'd expect; traditional sports bar food. We split cheese curds, the pretzel, a pepperoni flatbread, grilled wings, and onion rings. The food was fine; nothing to write home about. The pretzel was overly cooked/fried to a crisp. Gallagher's is probably a decent spot if you are looking to watch the game and dine on burgers/wings but for me, there are sooo many better sports bars. read more

Horrible! Six people in the entire place but still had to wait for 20+ minutes for our final check. We had to ask the bartender for assistance to find our waitress and get our "to go" bag. By the time I placed my elderly mother (92 yrs old) in the car and came back for our "to go" bag, the waitress (per her response) had already thrown the food in the trash. It was the fastest service we had ever experienced! AMBIANCE: The music was so loud that we had a difficult time speaking while sitting directly across from each other. QUALITY OF FOOD: The last 2x we've eaten here; the wings were so overcooked the meat was like saw dust. We asked for grilled but they deep fried them to oblivion. The sliders were about 3/4 of the size of the bun and grossly overcooked, hard to chew and swallow. The portion of the zucchini was approximately half of what the supposed weight per serving. The food and service continues to decrease in quality every time we visit this neighborhood restaurant. Unless you visit this place strictly for the suds, don't visit this for quality food. Ordered kids mac and cheese, it was definitely not a box macaroni, but it was very bland and it looked like cheese just gets sprinkled while hot instead of melted into the macaroni. Kids don't care, so it worked out. We ordered the Raspberry Chipotle wings 12- excellent, yummy - get these!!! Also ordered macadamia nut sundae, which is a warmed cooked with scoops of vanilla ice cream-- wow!! Also easily 4 people could eat this dessert. I just had 2 peeps and we left half of it because it was plate-size huge. It was amazing. Service was bad, the waiter kept forgetting stuff the whole time and saying sorry. Outside of that food was worth it. Went to wash up after and it was actually the same broke tissue dispenser from when I went a few months ago, no tissue, broken tissue dispenser and one sink faucet doesn't work. There was also water all over the floors, so could easily be a slip and fall scenario. Be careful. This is pretty good atmosphere, sportsbar style, loud, just be aware of the service and restroom etc. It was a $42 bill. read more

I had the displeasure of being seated next to a table full of middle aged, obnoxious, disgusting men who spoke about everything and anything super loudly with no consideration of the surrounding patrons. They made extremely inappropriate comments as they were being served, I cannot imagine being a lady and having to serve such repulsive men. The food was ok but I was disappointed in the laziness with which our onion rings were made. One onion ring had a whole 5 layers of onion. We decided to try the wings due to a comment on Yelp claiming that it's the best wings he's had; the wings are as good as Pizza Hut wings, I would never come here for wings again. The sauce was not spicy on neither the garlic hot or raspberry chipotle wings. I couldn't taste the chipotle on my wings at all. The service was ok, friendly but not very attentive. Stopped in based on memories of a 90's Dallas steakhouse on Father's Day Eve- holidays are a little challenging after the loss of my family so I'm committed to exploring and moving forward. This was definitely not the place of my memories, but I'm still glad we stopped in. We sat at the bar and had a couple margaritas and some chips and salsa. The margaritas were kinda quirky (first time a cocktail has prompted that descriptor) and I suspect the mix involved some leftover lemonade. The chips and salsa were surprisingly satisfying- chips nice and hot, delivered quickly fresh from the kitchen, and the salsa had an awesome kick without burning my tongue. A trio of guys directly across from us were pretty funny- I think blowing off steam after being in virus lockdown- and the bartender confided they had placed a bet on a random televised cage fight. They were super focused on the tv over our heads so we could kind of just watch their antics without them being aware of the entertainment they were providing. I also noted on the way out the door that whomever is responsible for vending machine content gets my vote- South Park stickers and minion and woody woodpecker stuffed animals- what's not to tempt your hard earned quarters in that equation?! The bartender was also a real sweetheart. Prices not exceptional for what you get, but that probably ensures they will be around awhile. read more

While the food was really fantastic, it was the unfortunate customer service that made this experience just okay. I'm not a huge fan of seat yourself because then servers don't know who hasn't been helped. However, it was not too busy and many servers looked at us, but didn't step in to ask if we had been helped. Right as we were about to leave (after about 15 minutes without being acknowledged) someone stepped up to help us. She was really friendly!!! The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich was a thing of beauty. Everything came on the side so you could build the sandwich how you want to. I love adding bleu cheese to the sandwich because it compliments the Buffalo sauce so well. The flatbreads were perfect size if you aren't looking to devour a huge pizza. Comes on a plate, but looks delicious. Also don't you hate when you don't get any pictures of the food because you dive right into it before getting the chance. I guess that is when you you know the food did its job. If you are looking for a place to get served in a timely matter, however, look elsewhere. read more
