I checked YouTube for suggestions. Removed the screws and pulled the dishwasher out. To my surprise the drain hose was spliced to the old one with a rusty pipe, not to the T drain as stated on their website. So all of the dirty water was literally going back into the dishwasher. As I said, wrote to them twice. Not even a canned response. Check any installation from this shady company. I need a new refrigerator but not a chance I would buy another appliance from them.

I had an initial conversation with the salesman later in the day about my situation and what I was looking to do. We needed a quick delivery. He called me back 10 minutes before they were closing and offered to stay as long as it took to answer my questions and moving it along. He was very thorough as we went through all the measurements to be sure it would fit in the space. The fridge I wanted was on sale which was a plus. They took a credit card over the phoine and I was told to expect a call the next day with a window for the delivery. The call came right on time. The two guys who came to take out the old and deliver the new were among the nicest guys I've ever met. They measured doorways, moved furniture and got the pieces in and out without any damage or issues. And they put the furniture back when they were finished! The mechanic who came to hook up the water line had the best personality and had so much patience for a senior citizen who had a lot of questions. He literally took the hands of a blind person and "showed" her the fridge. The delivery guys and mechanic were deserving of nice tips which they got. I wholeheartedly recommend Arts.

We were told they needed to order a part, and they'd call us to schedule once they received the part. The part came in, but it was wrong and the job couldn't be completed. They needed to order a new part. That was in Feb/March... again they came out in April, and still couldn't complete the job because the part was not right. Well now it's almost July, we still don't have a working microwave. No calls. No communication. Kyle, the repair tech was professional, and timely. No complaints on the guys who came to do the work. The company is not charging us for the extra repairs, so of course this has fallen on deaf ears and we have not heard from them in months. We have had to purchase another microwave and put it on our kitchen island because it's been 7-8 months without resolution.

On this given Saturday, I spent about half an hour walking through the various greenhouses. There are lots of interesting plants to look at - though many are not labeled - and in one of the building, the plants and flowers were for sale. There is also one area that was just for plants as part of the collection, which were really nicely curated and tended to. The community garden was also exquisite and quite dense. You have to be a member to participate, and you can tell that those who work in the garden know what they're doing. We saw some awesome tomatoes, rainbow chard, sunflowers, dahlias, and more. I can't wait to bring more people here to walk around.
